At first I was skeptical because my pump took so long with no updates. But, after I got to talk to Bill, he explained to me everything that was going on. I got my pump back and he was very helpful with instructions on how to correctly re-install. I still had a problem with my truck and I took it up for them to look at it, ended up breaking down in their parking lot. Bill and his team went above and beyond to solve the issues. They basically stopped everything they were doing to get me back up and running. I dont have enough words to express how awesome they are!

O k I first tried a weekend mechanic to get my chipper running. Bad idea and not cheap Then it went to Arundel Diesel Mr. Bill and his son not only fixed the problem with the injector pump but corrected some other issues and got me back to work. I cant thank them enough that cat now runs like a Deere and sounds like a cummins thanks man

97 diesel was taken down there and they worked on it in a timely fashion. Found the real problem in three hours that other shops couldn’t find for a very reasonable sum! Truck now runs perfect better then it has in months!

Second worse experience with a shop in 15 years of adult life. Schedule on Friday for a simple diagnosis Monday. Truck lopes at idle. Trying to get a jump on it. Showed up Monday and they seemed to have forgotten to schedule. No problem. 2 hour round trip but honestly no harm done. I offered to take the vehicle back and retry because I own a business and itd be better if I went to work. They said no that they would absolutely have no problem. they only had one oil change on the books. They just about guaranteed it. Truck never got seen. No phone calls. I called three times between 4 and 4:40 to make sure the key was left in it. first two picked and hung up? Finally got ahold of them. Told me no problem come on by. I show up and all they have is shrugged shoulders and Im sorry. Whatever, it is what it is right? I left with the truck because it was past their closing time and called back to reschedule. I explained the situation and told them I dont want free service, I dont really care but this time when it comes in it absolutely needs to get done. They had a real problem with that. By the end of it. I simply asked for them to solidly schedule the truck maybe 10 times as they gave me EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK BUT we messed up. even lied and said I was getting to it next. at 5:30 well past closing? I dont think so. Billy is a jerk. His girlfriend is a jerk. His father is a jerk. Mother is a jerk This a white privilaged family of mean dishonest people and I would guarantee almost every one of their ratings is fake or family based. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE JOKES.

Super professional. Best diesel shop experience I have had. Will talked me through a turbo rebuild today and i will be returning to have the work done.

I had a set of injectors rebuilt by these guys and I had an issue with one of the injectors with the threads being slightly stripped and they told me theyll see if they have a spare body laying around(which they did and they didnt charge me! ) and when I picked them up they looked brand spankin new. I would highly recommend this place for anything diesel related to anyone.

I brought my 6 injectors to these guys thinking 4 out of 6 were bad (Mack stealership told me they were bad 30 mins earlier). 2 hrs later I get a call from Arundel Diesel that saves me over a $1,000.
