They are very honest and work their bottoms off for you. I will never go anywhere else.Moving to a service type review now, Wes and Robert were awesome to work with. A very easy 5 star rating. Had a emergency situation and broken down on the interstate with family. FIgured I was out of luck to get me truck fixed that day. I was wrong. MIke the service manager got me in and kept me updated on the repair. Colton the mechanic even brought the part to me to look at. A first.Best customer service I have seen in a Ford place in 60 years of being a solely Ford buyer.Thanks again for the nice experience.
0 Stars. Purchased a Chevy Silverado from Griffith and within 5 days the vehicle had a flashing check engine light and was not drivable. Approximately 68,000 miles were on the truck at purchase. Tried to be nice and explain my situation to Casey, one of the Sales Managers. He told me he would call me back in 5 minutes and never returned my call. After calling 3 more times I finally got a hold of him and was directed to the GM, Darren Whit. I politely asked for a loaner until I could get my car in the shop, but the GM refused and began to insult me with rhetorical questions about my decision to purchase the vehicle. I tried to explain that I needed a vehicle to do my job, and he said there was no way he could give me a loaner. All Darren did was breathe into the phone like he just ran a marathon. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.
It was easy to get an appointment with Griffith Ford Seguin. I took my car in and was given a ride home to wait for my car to be ready. What a surprise to be called much sooner than I expected to say my car was ready. Griffith Ford Seguin did a great job.

Stay away. Please read the 1 star reviews, we all have similar experiences from title delays, pricing issues, demanding payment issues, mechanical issues that the dealership will not address. Buyer be ware! They will not deal with any issues after they are paid. Purchased car with a faulty door spring and windows that would not roll up for my teenage daughter. The passenger door comes open when driving. Salesman said you purchased a warranty. I didn’t. Sales manager lied about window issues in an email. He even couldn’t understand why the door didn’t come ajar in test drive. Both GM and sales manager just pass the buck. This dealership has no integrity or scruples.
Never do business with this company.. Found in F250 that I liked call to see if it was still available at the price that was shown on the Internet.. The salesman said it was still available.. Check off of work work got ready was on my way over there and they called and said it was a mistake and the truck was $5000 more expensive.. The ad was on the Internet for use the Internet for at least 5 dais Eastern 5 days but the sales manager said it was a mistake.
10 out of 10 stars for Wes, Steven, and the entire Griffith Ford Seguin service and parts crew. I had a fully loaded truck on I-10 headed to San Antonio when the truck blew a hose disabling the vehicle on the side of the freeway. With the help of the team at Griffith I was able to diagnose the issue on the phone with them, send pictures, and confirm they had the part and could swap it out. After chatting with them, I had the truck towed from Luling area to Seguin where Wes and Steven were already waiting and ready to assist. They were quick to action and were able to get the truck up and running again within the hour (this is RECORD time for diesel work). I honestly cannot emphasize enough how they saved the day as I needed to be in Laredo that evening. If I ever have a vehicle issue in the area again they will be the first team I call for the work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WES, STEVEN AND GRIFFITH FORD – HONEST, QUICK, AND AFFORDABLE! Angels are all among us and this team definitely qualifies for that classification after all they did to help me out in that time of need. Thanks guys!
We just moved to Seguin from NY and Brandon and the team at Griffith found a way to buy us out of our existing lease and into the F150 we wanted. A great experience (including the financing) not found in many dealerships.We also serviced our son’s Ranger after the cross country trip and found Robert and the Service team a pleasure to work with.
Never take your car here for repairs. We have a 2018 ford expedition with 39k miles its been in there position for 8weeks first they could not find nothing wrong with it for 3 days but then they found the transmission slipping finally. So they were going to have to pull transmission. On top of that they didn’t want to give us a rent till they found the problem even though i have the extended warranty and should get a rental if they have my car longer then 24 hr. Then they wanted to give us some compact car That wouldnt fit our family. after 6.5 weeks of not having a car and then calling us back to say they put the transmission back in and should be fixed the next day. They called us again to say something happened and the transmission is broken again so now finally i yelled at them enough that we got a ford truck. But we still after 7 weeks do not have our expedition back and who knows when we will.
My family and I have had two separate experiences at Griffith Ford Seguin. Both experiences were amazing from the moment Don Smith, Internet Manager, our arrival, viewing/test driving the vehicles, through the negotiation process and the final paperwork with Daniel.My wife and I bought a 2020 Ford Edge in December. We had such an amazing and positive experience with Don, Daniel and the dealership, we went back over Easter weekend and purchased a 2020 Ford Escape with the same amount of professionalism and courtesy that we received on our initial visit.I highly recommend anyone who is looking at purchasing a Ford in the Seguin area to stop by Griffith Ford and view/test drive the vehicles that they have in their inventory and ultimately purchase your vehicle with them. So my deal started out very smooth. No pressure to make a deal or anything of the sort. Asked about damage to the vehicle, before driving out from San Antonio. Most damage and imperfections were disclosed via text. It appeared to have all of the needed maintenance done, since all recalls were satisfied the week prior.We negotiated our deal, which included swapping the tires on my trade in for a different set of tires. I was told to bring in the other tires on Monday, since my deal happened on a Saturday. Okay, no problem. Fast forward about a week, and I find out my tires on the trade in had been sold! Keep in mind, they had a set of tires that I brought to them to swap out. So they agree to replace the tires, but the tires I had on my trade are on global backorder and no one knows when they will be available. My calls were avoided by the manager that helped work my deal. Now lets jump ahead FIFTY-SOME DAYS! Ive made my first payment AND I have permanent plates on my truck. I have now discovered that the cabin air filter has not been replaced, nor has the engine filter. Ive replaced both. Ive discovered that they lied about the cracked tail light not being an issue. Ive brought this to their attention today. I dont expect them to do anything to make those right, as I had to call Ford this morning to get them to honor their deal with replacing the tires they sold. I had to ask for signed copies of my contracts, again, as I was given UNSIGNED contract copies.Long story short, this afternoon I finally received the replacement tires and the signed contracts.I gave them two stars because fair is fair. They did replace the tires, but took what seemed like forever to do it. They did finally provide me with signed copies of my contracts.

It was my first time using Griffith Ford of Seguin, it was a pleasant visit, they were quick, I did ask for the Works but I was told that they did not have enough folks working so they could not rotate my tires. However, they did lower the price and charged me for a regular oil change. It was Great service. What would I do to make service better? I would make sure the vehicle got washed, cleaned or give a car wash token, card as the Seguin Chevy does when I take my pick-up truck fo an oil change. If they are too busy to wash it, I get a token to have it washed. Other than that, I was great to have my vehicle serviced there. Sales Manager Taylor Brannen and salesman Brandon provided an excellent experience, especially for a customer that drove all the way from Cedar Park. They were patient, respectful & knowledgeable. Inquired about a vehicle over the phone and was told one price but when going to the dealership the same day the price was raised by $10,000. Was told that purchasing an extended warranty was required to purchase the vehicle however all paperwork showed as an optional package. Overall process was easy, but communication was lacking.
I do NOT recommend. Keep a finance calculator on your phone and watch for tire and windshield coverage on your contract. Further, lower your customer service expectations regarding follow up and follow through after the sale. Bluebonnet Ford is 12 miles up the road.

Griffith has an 2021 Ford Bronco that Ford gave to them so people who have ordered one can see it and drive it before their order comes in. My ordering dealer only has a manual which my wife cant drive, but the one Griffith has is an automatic, they would not let us drive it because we didnt order through them. We didnt and now never will!
Called this dealership before I got there and also sent pics to get a quote on my trade. With pics in hand, they came back with a trade in value of 13k but could push to 15k upon setting eyes on the truck, now mind you theres was nothing wrong with the truck and rough trade was 13.5k and average was 15.5k. So I drove 8 hours to make the trade and purchase a truck, let the games begin. They hit me with the bait and switch, they came to me with an offer of 11.5k, so Im like hold up, thats not what we discussed. So they tell me, let me see what I can do, they come back with an offer of 12.5k but only if I use their finance company, which was 3 times the interest rate of mine. So we negotiate and they take away 500 and only offer me 12k. Now mind you I drove 8 hours to do this trade. So we finally agree on a deal only for them to tell me I had to wait until they get a physical check in their hand before I can leave with the truck. My finance company insured them the check was on the way and also gave them a tracking number. I not only still had to wait for the truck but also had to drive 8 hours back home and they wouldnt even deliver the truck to me, I had to meet them halfway to get it, after they got my money. And I was insured that all the proper checks had been done to the truck, only to find out that the battery was bad, the brakes are worn, and they lied about sending my registration to my local dmv. That turned into 3 weeks for them to finally send it after I had been lied to multiple times and was told it was sent but since it was Texas to Louisiana, it just takes longer.. I called the General manager, finance manager, and the teller, they all seemed to be in a meeting, off, or with a customer everytime. I never received a call back about the battery, which I had to replace, and never received the service record, which I called and texted for MULTIPLE times! This dealership is the worst I have ever been to, no follow up or care for the customer after they get your money. Do not go here to purchase anything, service sucks! If I could give them a negative star, I would, 1 star is too good for this dealership.

AC drain was stopped up water coming into car also making noise as it was hiting the fan making noise we thought it was an air leak. My wife had a doctors apointment that morning they got right on it found that was what was makimg the noise anmd cleaned it out and had us on our way to make the said apointment on time.Thank you so muchStan & Deddie Johnson
Worst experience ever while buying vehicle. Went to Griffith Ford on Saturday, tried out a truck and negotiated price for truck and agreed to purchase for cash. Called back Monday morning to discussed my purchase with my salesman and picking up truck to try out for the day. I called my bank and sold some stock and move money around to complete purchase. Just before lunch salesman called and notified me new MG/Sales Manager withdrew the offer and raised price $1500.00 and informed me that I also needed to finance it thru them as his new condition to purchase truck. I tried to call GM and he would not take my call, so I drove to dealership to question the decision. He told me I did not have anything in writing and prices fluctuated daily. He also stated I should have paid the cash on Saturday after I finished agreeing on price. I ask is that anyway to treat a customer that was tying to purchase a vehicle? Total disrespect .... and after talking to others, seems this is not an isolated instance! Advise anyone to do your homework before doing business here.
I cannot describe how well the service I received from Mr. Moryl and his finance manager Mr Daniel was for me in a way that would do these gentlemen justice. On the sales side Mr Moryl did not do the usually Bulldog tactics most vehicle salesmen do he was honest and patient with me. He didnt dangle a good deal in front of me until he knew for a fact it was covered. On the finance side Mr Daniel went above and beyond for me going so far as after I had signed paperwork and left another company called with a far better offer and instead of just blowing it off since the sale was done called to inform me and get me to come back to re sign the paperwork. As long as at least one of these men is employed there Griffith Ford will always have my business. Its rare to find honest and good salesmen in todays world and I feel fortunate and blessed to have found them.
Went in for normal oil change on our F350 dully. Received a call that we needed to update two recall items and that my batterys were also leaking. The big one was the tech noticed the seperation of one of our inside tires on the rear. I cannot thank both the tech and Griffith Ford for being so proactive in closely looking at the vehicles they are working on when in for service. My wife uses this truck weekly to pull her horses and this helped me keep her safe. So a big SHOUT OUT to the Griffth Ford folks for alerting us to these be fore they became bigger issues. Batteries were replaced under warranty and the recalls were corrected and she now has six new tires to get her and her horses down the road safely.

Be careful when you buy a part from the and try to borrow a pair of pliers to put it on and they act like they are Good Samaritans and going to help you out. Surprise they finish a 2 min job and charge you $78 so make sure if they say they can do it for you they are not helping you out.

We set up a meeting because he knew we were coming from out of town. When we arrived he had the vehicle out front for us. Joe and the rest of the team made the rest of the procedure real fast and easy. If you live in Seguin or surrounding area I highly recommend Griffith Ford for your next vehicle.
I am completely disappointed with the service department at Griffith Ford in Seguin. I took my truck in because the back seat wasnt locking and they said it wasnt covered by the extended warranty and wanted to charge me over $200 to fix it. I needed the front camera checked and they said it wasnt covered, because it looked like a rock cracked it (I understand this one), but they wanted to charge me $800 to replace it. I was charged $147 for them to check these two items.I then took my truck to Griffith Ford in San Marcos. They fixed the back seat and said it was covered under the extended warranty. I havent got the front camera fixed yet, but they only want a little over $500 to replace it. Why the differences if these are Sister stores? I will drive the extra miles and give my business to Griffith Ford in San Marcos even if its not warranty work. They have outstanding Customer Service.

A really great experience buying my Expedition here. I was expecting to get sold on all the extras, but they were straight up and werent pushy when I turned the extra stuff down.
I saw a truck I was interested went in to only find out they wanted more for the truck than what was listed on car gurus. The manager then tell me the for got to change the price on car guru to match the price on the website when he went to the back to talk to his so called boss I checked there website and it was the same as car guru so he lied to me twice. I was looking to walk out with that truck but that manager lost out on a sale and cost his new sales person which was nice a commission.
Bought a used 2017 f-150, graded at a 94, excellent condition. What they didnt catch was an oil leak and a ding on the tailgate. Took it in a 2nd time to fix oil leak, hopefully they got it this time.
The Service department worked with me on getting my transmission working and was able to do it under the warranty. They also replaced all of the door latches on the car. The service department did a great job.
I have now purchased two vehicles from here and have had nothing but great customer service both times. They work with you on negotiating prices and get you from the lot and keys in your hand in just a couple of hours. Highly recommend these guys!

The I instructed the Service Advisor of what needed to be repaired 4 times and it was not done. I gave him a poor review and the Service Manager would not service my car until I removed my review. The Gen. Manager told me he agreed with the service Managers decision and I could have my truck serviced somewhere else. Definitely not customer oriented.
They dont really help you get into a vehicle unless you can pay full price or have excellent credit. Not worth the trip to see if they can work with you if you less than perfect credit.

I was in to get service done on my husbands truck and while i was in i noticed a young man in sales pretty much bully one of his coworkers. The young lady seemed pretty upset by it but noticed when i went in to pick up the truck on Monday that the young man was still there and over heard him having a conversation about that young lady to other co workers. I dont know what is going on with the sales team but for a man to treat any female the way i saw that young lady treated is just unacceptable. My husband and i loved the service department but cant believe they would keep a bully like that on the sales team.
Went to this dealership on July 3rd 8 am for an oil change they informed me it would be a 2 hrs wait because it was only 1 guy working that morning I said ok they told I could go into the office & wait did not feel comfortable sitting in the office they offered me a ride but I have no one to bring me back to pick up my vehicle. with this pandemic I feel like this dealership should have canopies outside for customers who do not feel comfortable being inside but they did not.So I sat on the curb in their parking lot for about 45 minutes it was very uncomfortable so i went got my car keys and left . Went to a oil changing location I was in & out in 8 minutes.Will not ever be back to Griffin ford Seguin again

Overall geat customer service! No frills, no gemicks, and no BS. I arrived at 0800 for an oil change and there was no line. Unfortunately, only one oil change technician was in on this day and with four customers ahead of me I had to several hours. But the waiting area was comfortable and there were commentary refreshments available. No sales people harassed me while I was walking through lot as I waited. Also, the pricing for the service was the best of any dealership Ive used in recent years.

I purchased my new SUV from Griffith Ford in Seguin at the end of the year and my experience was exceptional. I had a sales man that wasnt pushy and was honest (and wasnt bad to look at either ;) think Jude Law). They didnt have the vehicle I wanted to test drive but he had me test drive one that was similar and because of he was so great I had them get the other SUV I was interested in from their sister dealership so I could purchase from him.They were mindful of my time and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or oversell me something I really couldnt afford. I went in knowing what I wanted and with my own financing and didnt receive any push back. I would absolutely recommend Dewayne and the Griffith Ford team to anyone looking for a new (or new to you) vehicle to anyone. They were great and I love Pearl my new SUV

Paid for a tire rotation and they did not even check the air in the tires. The paper said the right amount of air for each time, but my computer system did not. I even checked them when I got home. I am not sure why they were too lazy to check the air or why they lied on the paper work.

Bought a new 2019 Ford F-150 from here on 1/13/2020. Worked with Taylor and his staff who really helped me get a deal on a truck I have wanted for sometime. There was no pressure, he took his time (several days) gave me a lot of options with various trucks, answered all my questions, worked with me to finance a deal that I felt was pretty fair (better then what my credit union was offering at under 2%), sold me the truck at a very competitive price (lower then many of the bigger dealers), and has been genuinely nice since. From first meeting the sales and finance crew to walking out the door with my new vehicle I can confidently say if you are in the market for a new car or truck this is a great dealership, I know I will return next time I need a vehicle. Thanks again to Taylor and the whole sales and back office team!Note:I also bought a 3 year maintenance plan so I will update after I get my first few services about the shop. If the back side is anything like what I have experienced thus far I am betting it will also be a pleasant experience.
Professional Service. Friendly and Helpful Service from Steven, the service scheduler. Also the new General Manager was very friendly and helpful during a short visit by him, while I was in the waiting area. The showroom and waiting area was very clean and well stocked with pamphlets, magazines, bottled water, and coffee. A Large screen TV and viewing area of the maintenance area was also in the waiting area.
Great Team very friendly and kept me informed of progress on truck. Love that Wes (I believe) was kind enough to call me and make sure I was signed up for Ford rewards.

Went in to have a service done, when it was ready they told me what was done and I asked did they replace the wiper blades. Wasnt done, had to wait while that was done. Then the cashier was looking for the cost, doesnt cost me anything I have a service contract. Get to my truck and no sticker for when next service is due.
I recently took my truck in for an oil change and a couple of recall issues . They got right on it and had it ready to go in a few hours. The dealer I bought it from never called me back to schedule that appointment. Will definitely visit Griffith Ford Seguin for my next purchase .
