Very rude customer service. Lied to my face when they said they ran my grandparents credit and found red flags. When asked what they were they ended up admitting to not running my credit and just didn’t want to sell me the vehicle because they didn’t think the vehicle to trade in was worthy of their time. I personally had a bad experience as well, I was a first time buyer with a good amount of money to put down. I explained my situation and said I had no credit and was willing to put whatever was needed down, the manager said they weren’t going to do anything with me because I don’t have credit and it wasn’t worth their time. This place is not professional what so ever and I would 100% recommend finding somewhere else. Every sales person we had “help” us were very rude.

To say we were highly satisfied with our purchase, customer service provided and the professionalism of the employees would be an understatement! Advertised one price online and then when I got there the price was much higher and they wouldn’t bring the price down. I’ve already paid off the car and I still don’t have my tags I’ve called repeatedly for the last two weeks to try to get some assistance to get my license plates and inspection sticker and nobody follows up and nobody gives me a call back! Doesn’t take much to send somebody down to the tax office and pick up some plates. I can understand maybe some delay because of Covid but not returning phone calls and text messages is unacceptable. Horrible customer service guess my car Will just sit in my driveway until someone decides to follow up bevauae my dealer tags are out !!!

Don’t shop here. No willingness to negotiate. During all this covid stuff with the payments being pushed back thought I’d get a car for the first time ever and was told I had 90 days temp tag isn’t even over for another week and I get a thing in the mail saying I missed last month. Good ol small used car company.

They took my sons truck for trade in and said it was at a certain amount but lied and only gave him less than that. It’s also no where on paperwork and have nothing to say about it. Decent price on my vehicle, but the paperwork was incorrect multiple times and I had to drive back to re-sign some documents. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased. Car needed detailing (and repairs to the tint) after purchase and there were several chips in the windshield. I had to replace the windshield on my own dime since I didnt notice the windshield before purchasing. On a positive note, I really did like the staff there. Just the attention to detail can cause problems if you arent on top of things.

Buy a bicycle to go with your new car or you will be walking to work... just made my first payment on my new truck and have already spent almost $1000 at the shop and still can’t figure the issue out. Nash will do nothing to make this right wouldn’t even help with a loaner vehicle while my truck was in their shop... should have known I was gonna have issues when I found out that their “certified” mechanic over filled the oil by what looked about 2 quarts!!!! The seller, mechanics, service manager, etc everyone there knew that this vehicle had hidden issues and still sold it to someone.. o well gotta learn some how and my lesson was to never buy from this shady dealership again

I got one of those ads that I have won a bunch of prizes from this place. I read thru the small prints and nothing there eliminated my prices. Yeah I know this kinds of ads are most likely a scam. But I checked them up and they ad surprisingly good reviews... So I just had to go in and try it out... The ad said that I might have won everything from a silver dollar to 25k +100 dollar Walmart gift card. They took my information as expected to try sell me a car... Then they swapped my prices to a 1 dollar Texas lottery ticket that they claim is worth more than a silver dollar and my Walmart gift card was two 25 dollars gift cards to some weird online stores that had no cash value and said that they cant be sold... Then they start calling to sell me cars as expected... Who would buy a car from someone with that kind of unethical ads that use bait and switch tactics... Its not really like I would trust their cars either! Next time I need a car I know where not to go at least.

This place gave an appointment that I drove 40minutes-1 hour for. At first Beau(Bo) was friendly and set up the appointment for me to look at a specific 2016 Subaru WRX STI limited that was there when I got there. Beau was with another customer and had me wait 15 minutes for Rocky. Rocky was missing so Beau gave me to one of the sweet ladies there whom started the process of paperwork. I noticee about 30 minutes into the process that the Subaru was gone and asked Beau if he knew what happened to it? He told me another gentleman is about to purchase it. I warnes him that Id get pissed if they did. They couldve told the guy that we have an appointment with someone who is thinking about purchasing it but instead they sold it out from underneath me. They almost pulled a Bait and Switch because then they tried to sell me a Cadillac and a Vette. It was almost a Bait and Switch (witch is illegal) because if it had been gone before I showed up then it wouldve been a true Bait and Switch. I went off on the Owner and Beau. Rocky showed up and he was the one trying to sell me something else. This place does bad buisness. My wife made an appointment for a specific Santa Fe, and Red McCombs Hyundai pulled it out and had it ready to go for us and had 2 people wanting to look at it but they told them it was being held for us, thats good buisness. Chuck Nash is garbage. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!!!! Also I told them not to run my credit before I walked out and they still ran it without me purchasing a car.

Apon arriving i was greeted by daron super friendly helpful i was there for about 20min no hassle great customer service great deals they check on you after your purchase i will definitely buy a vechile from them again.

Had a young male sales employee that refused to provide service to us since his cell phone call was more important, and despite managers directing him to do so.

I have tried every one of the dealership phone numbers. Nobody has answered the phone for over 30 minutes. Very disappointed and annoyed by this.

I say that because of their attitude and how much they truly care about their customers, they just want you in to sign the paperwork to make this months quota. Received no help whatsoever from the only two “gentlemen” in the office. You can tell they used to sell cars in that exact office back in the 80s.
