Was a little worried over location as Cap Hill has seen must unrest lately but happy to find it very safe with good security measures, EXTREMELY clean, very polite office staff and reasonably priced. Very happy with it.

A smaller storage company with a corporate feel. The specials offered are great and the secure entries are comforting. There seems to be many unwritten rules which seen unfair and are a turn off. The spaces are, well, clean and spacious, the goes are decent and its very accessible if you live in the city.

I had a unit here for several years and have always had a good experience. The people working here are always very nice and helpful. They have better customer service than most other businesses. The units are a good size for the price and the large freight elevator is a nice bonus. I would go there again if I needed to store more stuff.

I have been using Urban Storage for more than a year now. Ive moved my unit once, and have always found the guys who run it to be responsive, honest, and helpful in figuring out what I need.

Overall, all the experiences Ive had with this facility and the management have been good. Moving can be very stressful and not fun! Although I did not have my things stored here, my Uncle did. Me and my husband have made several trips in the last couple weeks to complete moving all of my Uncles things. Bernie, who works in the office, is a totally awesome guy! His customer service skills are top notch! So although moving is never a fun thing to do (in my book anways), at least Bernie makes any dealings with the office, bill, questions, or whatever is needed, a pleasant experience. This facility was the logical choice for our move. The convenience, cleanliness and staff provided an excellent representation of the storage industry. Above all I would like to acknowledge Burney for his pristine customer service. He is the person who you need to ask for to have the best moving experience.

I was given the best customer service Ive had anywhere in the area when I went to 12th and Madison Self Storage. Burney was really helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Id recommend this place to everyone.

My experience was terrible. The two guys who run the place,burny and the assistant are convinced that if you go to there place more than a couple days a week. You are living there. The rules given to me after i was nearly attacked and then screamed at and told the police would be on there way if i didnt leave the property. Were i could not in anyway sit down in my unit, i could only be there for twenty minutes and would be written up and fined if i stayed longer. The weekend i went there to rent a unit,the two usaul people were out of the officeso the gentleman i dealt with was a sub. From another location. I spent six months putting up with there harrasment even paid for a couple months in advance. But they just could not be very nice to me. The security is nice but there sneaking onto floors and spying on there customers was flat out really weird and creepy. The units arw over priced as well.

This location is clean, safe and customer friendly. I had a thorough discussion with Burney involving storage and was pleased with the outcome!

Walked into the storage facility today and was greeted by one of their employees, Burney. I wanted to extend my appreciation for his great customer service at such a busy time of day. Moving is already stressful enough, especially when an entire family is on a deadline. However Burney grace, professionalism and great personality really made the moving process that much easier. Owner is super nice! Reasonable rents

Everything about moving is difficult, everything that is with the exception of 12th and Madison. My fiance and I were having such a tough time until Burney came to our rescue. The manager here exceeded our expectations when it came to renting a storage unit. I just wanted to give a special shout out to the guy who helped us. That Burney guy is a real cool dude.
