I called them on the phone and I asked him a question and they never want to help me and they just hang up on me

Im a plumbing contractor that needed a critical part for a boiler for a nursing home. This company sent me to a location a third party vendor to pick up the part. The address was incorrect in about 50 miles out of the way. I had asked the salesman to verify that this location had the part and that it was the correct location. The salesman swore up and down that it was the correct location and they had the part. I get to the location the vendor is not there and its the wrong location. Salesman tells me the new location and again verifies that the part is there. I get to the new location and there is absolutely no one there. I contact the company it is the third party representative and they dont know anything about this order at all. This company wasted over two hours of my customers and my time as well as fuel and other expenses. Im lucky to just recoup the money that I put into the part.

The service from this company is exceptional. The Branch Manager, Travis S. is willing to move heaven and earth to help a customer in need. Excellent service from the counter by Mark A. as well. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience.

Super nice guy helped this novice DIYer find a specialized fitting, after hearing a non expert description of the problem/fitting needed. Seems they do large orders for contractors and plumbers mostly, but they were happy to help me with my random singular issue. Thank you!!!

Had to repeat what I needed like 6 times and the person kept bringing back the wroung product. For example I needed a 3/8 x 1/4 double compression engle stop and they brought up a 3/8x1/2 - 1/4 turn valve double compression angle stop. Needless to say I spoke very clearly on what I needed and kept getrin
