Great service! Everyone working at Dunn Lumber is very educated and knows their stuff! Im glad they are my local lumber store.

I have not walked into that particular store in years. Their covid policies are a bit awkward. Front door is locked. What used to be the drive in pick up area is no longer accessable. New faces that dont seem to know what materials the need to find. A lack of effort by the picking crew... just wanting to go home, because they close @ 5. I waited 10 minutes before I went hunting for them. Thought I missed the instructions about how to pick up my lumber purchase. Nope, 2 guys waiting to go home, didnt see the sales order drop. They are conveniently located so I would go back again. Experience comes with learning the products they sell... patience is required.

First, the service is terrific. Outstanding. Great.But the lumber.... I bought some wood for replacing steps, a time-sensitive project, so I had to go with the only store that stocked the particular size I needed for an old house. The wood was barely usable, cracked, rough-edged, cupped. I would call it unusable, except that I was sort of forced to use it... or not have steps for however long it would take a yard to mill better wood.The worst part was that they werent even embarrassed by the quality of the wood.

Ordered 115 2x2s and blown away by how nice and helpful the person was taking my order over the phone, then how amazing Keenan was with loading into my truck. Communication was outstanding and asked me if I wanted to choose the pieces while he loaded. He was fast and proficient and fully considerate. I had to ask no questions. When we were about to run out, he had already moved a bunch of pallettes to get me access to new bundles. Awesome service and quality wood. These were among the cheaper non treated wood and Id say 95+% were straight and limited sap and gouges. Very impressed.

Very poor customer service with no personality. They were not willing to assist with bringing product to my car where all the other lumber yards will get the product for you and bring it to your car with a fork lift. Prices are very double the completion as I contractors I will not be returning unless absolutely necessary.

My wife and I went in to look at various deck material. The sales woman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She provided us several quotes for different decking types, and explained in detail the differences between them. Great experience. We know what were getting now, and will be getting it from Dunn Lumber.

As always, they are super friendly and helpful, even though Im making very small purchases. This time I had my there daughters in tow and everyone went out of their way to help from holding doors to helping me load the car. And their lumber is superior to the big box stores.

This is the worst place to go to they take forever and the guy in the front gives you a attitude for no reason. Its no customers fault that his bored with his miserable life

Lumber here really is the highest quality. So I’ll make a special trip for that. The Greenlake site is the one I go to most. “If they don’t have it you don’t need it”

Holy God this place was so much more than I expected. I usually go to Home Depot or Lowes but thought Id give Dunn Lumber hey trying since theyre pretty close to my house. I wasnt prepared for the level of service that I got from Travis but he was very patient with me and they got everything that I needed and all the cuts that I needed and were just really knowledgeable and helpful. In the end I asked how much all that would cost if we switch to a different type of wood without batting an eye he redid the whole thing and save me about 50% off the total cost. when it looked like they were going to close and I wouldnt make it either he kindly gave me a call to let me know that my stuff would be there waiting for me whenever I needed it and I just picked it up and help me take it all to my car and send me on my way. So thank you Travis thank you Dunn Lumber!

Perfect. I explained my project. They knew exactly how to do it the best way and gave me instructions. All employees I encountered were pleasant and made sure I was being helped. Thank you. This is my go-to business now.

Super helpful. Skip Home Depot and come here if you have and lumber-related needs. Friendly staff, took very little time to get what I needed and was affordable too.

Never built a deck before. Sales folks could not have been more helpful. They know what theyre talking about and they help you find what you need so you dont have to wander around a warehouse looking for things.

This is a fantastic place to get lumber and hardware. The only carry the best thats available. This means you pay a little extra for it, but youll never have to deal with a warped 2x4— which is often worth the price.

I needed some marine plywood and Dunn Lumber found the right size and trimmed it to a size that worked for me. Very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely buy something from them again. Very impressed with the freindliness and service.
