I have used KNACK for sending both wedding and graduation gifts. The assortment and curation of unique high quality gift items is top notch. The gifts selection varies allowing customization for many price points. In addition, Ive worked with their customer service team after a package I ordered did not make it to its destination. The KNACK team was AMAZING in helping replace the missing gift at no charge to me and sent the replacement quickly. I would highly recommend KNACK and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Had an amazing experience buying a gift from Knack!! Their site is beautifully curated and I love that you can customize every gift but they also give you lots of ideas to get started making the perfect gift for anyone. I bought a gift for my girlfriend from college who lives down in CA, it was great that they send a you picture of the gift once its made so that you know what the final product looks like that youre sending off. Its not just another boring brown box either, their packaging is really well done and the overall presentation is great-- my girlfriend absolutely loved the knack I built for her!

Ive had great experiences with Knack! Ive used the website to shop for birthday gifts, Christmas presents, and bachelorette party favors so far, and every time people have been thrilled.
