The staff there were too pushy and it was hard to look around in peace without someone breathing down your neck. Most are nice just a bit overbearing but some of them tends to look down on those who they think cant afford anything there which is very off-putting.

Very nice salespeople and I love my earrings. The earrings are perfect but the backs are terrible they oxidized.

I have had nothing but good service at this location. The pieces are beautiful and memorable but I cant afford all the ones I want. The only thing I dont like is that there is always a new person working every time I go in

Worst customer service, tried to return an item after 2 days and was told that I needed the original box, so I brought back the original box and was told that I also needed the outer box, I had the bag, box the receipt and they would not give me a refund or even a store credit, they said it was Swarovski policy, I contacted Swarovski corporate office and they told me all I needed was the receipt, I guess they needed the money, but lost a long time customer.
