If you charge $17 for butter chicken which doesnt include rice, it better be good and there better be a lot. Came home and found it very watery with 5-6 small pieces of chicken in each container. The chai tasted like a cup of water with a splash (slightest hint) of Chai tea. I didnt even know watering down tea was a thing. The naan was good. Lots of better places around.

The lady owner is not respectful at all. I am a regular customer here and usually do big orders. But this time I just needed naans because we prepared a curry at home, I called for the order and the ladys demeanor was terrible. She straight away said no naans as side orders. If thats the case, why put it in their menu. Why cant you just call it out in your website. I have had some pretty issues in the past like this with the lady when she has tried to over charge for items rather than putting the prices from the menu. Will never visit this place again. How you talk to customer is paramount, but this business clearly doesnt understand that.

Had a great time in Seattle and the last day we decided to enjoy some Indian food. We picked Tandoori Hut for our lunch on 4/14/2021 and the food was excellent. Goat Biryani and Chana Masala that came with Poori Roti was out of this world good. I would highly recommend all to try their food and it’s finger licking food. Family run business, 20 years of experience and great hospitality... you will miss it if you don’t try it... good job guys

OMG! Two Amazing points:Amazing point #1. Singh answered my call and advised me they did not have delivery services. However, Singh spent all the time I needed to order my dinner online with Doordash. Singh is an amazing restauranteur. He assisted me with designing my Vegan meal for me as I have to work tonight till 8 PM on. Saturday!Amazing point #2: the food arrived quickly and delightfully piping hot! The Vegetable Samosas were delicious! Hot! Soft! Tasty! The Tandoori Roti seemed like it just came out of the oven. Wonderful! And then....hold on to your shoelaces: the Vegetable Korma was outstanding. I could not get enough! Amazing flavors! Just fantastic!I am a pre-COVID lunch buffet customer. Now, I am back!!!What should you, the reader do, order online or even better, go visit Singh, and have the best meal ever! Tell Singh I say hi! I will be there this week for lunch!

Authentic Indian food. I dont usually go to Indian restaurants when I am out and about but I thought Ill risk it and try Tandoori hut in Seattle. I am glad I did. I enjoyed their mango lassi and their vegetarian options. They do have some excellent meat dishes but I went for vegetarian and I was impressed. I would definitely recommend for the cuisine. The restaurant space and decor is warm and cozy. Since this is a small restaurant, they seem to only have one waiter. So, on a busy evening, I am not sure how they cope. I went pretty close to closing time. Quality of the food was very good. Service was very good. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because i believe they will struggle to service a full house.

This is such a great place. Food is awesome and the owners are my favorite people. Theyre so nice, smiles all the time and deserve a successful business all around. I had a cold one day and the woman behind the counter came over and gave me at least 10 ideas for home remedies while I was waiting. Another time I was waiting for food in my truck across the street and the gentleman left the restaurant and ran over with my food. So awesome. Basically, its tasty goodness with all those exotic spices. The antioxidants are great for your hair, skin and nails too. Also, they allow buffet takeout. So what now?Lets talk cost..... Ordered a goat curry which was lacking in flavour. I had to add the extra tamarind sauce, mint and salt to make it taste like anything worth while. For $16 a dish I would expect it to come with rice but instead, we had to pay an additional $3. The menu has it written that the dishes come with rice but it was scratched out. Also ordered the garlic naan which was great. Again, for that price, tiny quantity and quality of the curry, Id expect a side. The curry is made in a way that you have to have it with something so theyre really taking you for a ride for not adding more.It was very stuffy inside and took my breath away when I walked in. Wasnt very comfortable. I would have left if we werent adamant on Indian food.I wouldnt go back again. There are many greater Indian places elsewhere. Ill stick to the places in Caphill instead.

I told the restaurant that I ordered the dish to be spicy, and they were quite rude and told me it was my fault because I was supposed to say extra spicy instead of spicy... I was hoping they could change it out or offer some chillies on the side or something.. but the lady just talked to me extremely rude and reactive.. even after I was super nice about the whole thing. In the end she told me that I was not welcome in their restaurant! We were out of town visitors and were excited to try this restaurant. When we walked in we were met at the door by the hostess who very plainly told us they would not have a table available for half an hour and it would be longer than that before we could order. More than half of the tables were empty, 12 or 15 patrons being served. Maybe they did not want to serve a family in the evening (two older children), who knows. Summarily ushered out the door, we had a very nice meal just down the street. So, if you want to be judged worthy of trying their cuisine and maybe live a real-life Seinfeld episode, soup included, give the Tandoori Hut a try!
