Convenient experimental store. You would need to have the Go App installed before going, ideally. Cold sandwiches boxed sushi, salad, beverages etc.

We were excited to visit amazon go for the first time. Finding the location was easy. Once we stepped into the store, we felt we were in a futuristic movie set. There were cameras and sensors everywhere. The store was well stocked. It does not have a huge selection but enough to meet your needs. There are ready pick up food. We were there mostly for the experience. We were amused to test out the system. You download the amazongo app to your phone and as you pick items from the shelves and put them back, the cameras, sensors and your app amazingly communicates with each other. We were hoping we wont get charged for the items we put back. Unfortunately, you cannot see your total while at the store. After we left in 10 min or so we saw our bill. The prices were ok. There were staff on the store who mainly keeps the store well stocked and answers questions. I am not sure if I liked the experience that much. It was different, experimental but not sure if enjoyable.

Love the idea but the store itself had a very limited selection. It sounds like other locations have more selection. In summary the place was fun just not what we were looking for.

Amazon Go is an amazing experience! You just walk in and walk out with no lines! The meal kits are so convenient too!

You, AMAZON, who has been (I must say brilliantly) built by technology and networking certainly should be not so incredibly and disrespectfully lazy to not update your TRUE store hours for your mortar and brick stores in Seattle that you have built on the backs of small local business.Clearly a sign from above NEVER to support your mortar and brick greed, as it was only an urgent need that forced me to walk 1.4 miles to one of your amazon go stores to find the website still reporting open until 8pm, and it being 738 pm, closed up tight. Shame on your whole greedy corporation,

This is a great product, reminds me of being overseas! However, what’s the deal with being closed Saturday & Sunday?! There is nothing open around yet because of the SkyView Observatory, there are a lot of people around. Even more so, you are a bit of a novelty, but closed nonetheless🤔

Just awesome! Walk in, Scan your app, get your things, and walk out! Also the staff if super friendly. They make you feel very welcomed and like your not stealing when you walk out the door!

30 seconds to grab a lunch! You can’t beat that! Also, people who work there are great

This is a really cool place! Amazon may have the whole shoplifting thing figured out - THERES NO WAY TO SHOPLIFT! Whatever you pickup will be charged to your linked Amazon acct. So if you do happen to exit with an item, go review your Amazon acct!

Could you POSSIBLY create a less gluten-friendly place? Answer: no. I have been gluten free 13 years and literally they deliberately tried to remove any possibly gf item. This experiment deserves to fail, what horrible horrible people.

Its a good idea to download a dedicated app from Japan before going to the United States. Enter the store by holding the QR over a place like an automatic ticket gate. If you buy more than one, I recommend you bring myBag. (Bag inside the shop is charged) There is no money exchange or conversation in English, so even people who are not confident in language can purchase food and drink without hesitation, it is very convenient. Just be careful as this store closes early!

It can be used like a familiar convenience store.There are knives, forks, seasonings and microwaves just outside the gate.

You can get a glimpse of the shape of the worlds most advanced retail store. Please download the app in advance before you come. There are many healthy lunch boxes such as salads on sale.

When I got off the bus and crossed the intersection in the morning, the store that was originally under construction opened quietly! For its low-key, I also took out my phone and scanned the app bar code, opened the door and grabbed a box of salad, and walked out quietly without paying, no one stopped, a peculiar shopping experience.
