Such an amazing experience at Follain in U-Vill! After stumbling across this store a few months ago, I have learned so much about what it means to use clean beauty. I had my first skincare consultation with Micheal who was incredibly helpful with his knowledge of ingredients and specifics of each product. They also have amazing makeup brands with very knowledgeable staff to help find the best fit. Follain truly is a one stop shop for all things beauty with great energy and the kindest people. I’m so excited to continue to learn from the Follain team and definitely looking forward to my next trip in!

Upon my daughters recommendation, I visited Follain @ U Village for the first time a few nights ago. It was a wonderful experience as friendly, knowledgeable staff member, Kelsey, was accessible without being pushy and took the time to discover my custom needs before responding with suggestions. I enjoyed a full skincare & makeup consultation and purchased several high quality products that are winning me daily compliments on my radiant skin. I love their refillable soap program and they seem to have a lot of great products in the store. But this weekend my experience was quite disappointing. Bought a set of soap & lotion, and while still in the mall I realize the soap bottle was full of scratches. Went back in and exchanged. The next day at home when I tried to use them, the pump on the lotion was broken and cant be opened. I had to go back in again for the second time to do another exchange :(Not what I would expect from a higher-end brand.

I went to check out some hair sprays and some other natural items. This is not my first time buying here, but this time I went in and asked if they had an item the lady at the counter didn’t even bother to come to me from the counter she said no we don’t have it and didn’t seemed to want to helped me out. They did helped other people, but not me. I just left never again shopping with them. They don’t seem to care for good costumer service.
