Came in to grab something really quick. Not much customer service. Got cash back and they said they aren’t giving cash back. No sign was posted and then she tried saying it should have been posted. I wouldn’t have gotten cash back if that was the case. Then the cashier next to her didnt even know how to check out properly. Then she forgot my birthday after showing my ID to get wine, then the jerky wouldn’t ring up and she had to ask me where it was. I guess it was too early in the morning.

Brendon went over and beyond to help me. I needed something to use a carryon on flight back home. He went downstairs to see if they had a backpack left from that season. Came back with the perfect backpack. Was very polite and helpful!

Initially, I was enjoying shopping here and conversing with an incredibly charming woman.. She was so helpful and happy to assist me with my PayPal question. I dont think the smile left her face the whole time we were talking!I went to the beverage cooler and grabbed a Gatorade. I went to the front registers and paid for my drink in full, making sure I remembered my receipt. As I was exiting the CVS an older lady asked me, quite rudely Are you gonna pay for the Gatorade? I didnt know what to do or say. I held up the receipt I had just been given, and left before I got mad.Will not be returning.

I went in to buy an at home COVID test from this CVS so that I could qualify to go back to work. I found out that I could get reimbursed for this purchase after I left, but I had already told the cashier that I did not need the receipt. By the time I called to see if they could print it for me, it was about 2 hours later and they had to dig through all the receipts to find mine! The cashier, AbbieAnne, and the manager, Brendan (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), were very helpful and patient with me. They spent at least 30 minutes looking for my receipt and gave me a call back right away once they found it. I know this was a rather tedious task and I am so grateful for their time. Thank you so much!

Store had some working going on in the ice cream isle just so happened to have a door to one of the freezers with the ice cream I wanted was broken so they had it taped shut the ice that was near that door was all melted an soft an then some of them had a lot of ice build up on the ice cream cartons the employees that were working in the isle didnt offer help at all didnt say anything to me acted like I wasnt there the icecream should of been pulled from the sales floor honestly an multiple times that I have gone there the cashiers an other employees near the registers will sit there an bad talk customers or make fun of them

I was definitely not impressed with the employees working at the pharmacy counter. My insurance provides me with quarterly amount of money to purchase otcs from CVS either through their catalog, their OTC site, or in their store. However when I went into the store to make the purchase, the employees had no idea what I was talking about and it seemed quite unwilling to spend any amount of time figuring it out. I walked out of there without making a single purchase and they they told me I should look into it the next day. I think that if CVS is going to be the exclusive OTC provider for an insurer, then their pharmacy employees should have some clue about processing OTC claims. I was quite clear that this was an OTC claim and not an FSA or an HSA.

They have less stock on the shelves since the pandemic. Used to be 24 hrs. Now 8am-10pm. If you look a particular type you are followed the entire time you are shopping, if they dont throw you out first.

It better than the CVS on 4th n Lenora they are visible very authenticity bout the store its customer service n how we greeted n help while shopping.

They dont do COVID testing, but they deleted my appointment and denied me the ability to make a new appointment elsewhere on the same day.

I went an bought a gift card with cash, which I often do, so I did not get a receipt. This time the cashier did not activate the gift card and I can only assume they kept my $50. I went back when I realized it had not been activated and the “manager” said they are unable to look up the transaction or cameras. She also claimed that if my story were true, the register would have been over $50 that day (not if the cashier cancelled the transaction), basically accusing me of lying. I reached out to corporate... no response. Get your receipt! They’ll scam you.

EDIT: 1 month later 2 of 3 construction workers 20ft from pharmacy wearing no masks! Unreal!Original review: Tripped over construction materials that are blocking nearly every aisle. Multiple construction workers wearing NO MASK or mask below nose. CVS doesn’t care about your health. I’m transferring to Bartell’s and never going back.

The staff at the cvs pharmacy have been very helpful. I started using the Queen Anne pharmacy this year and have been very pleased with how helpful they are in navigating the complications of prescriptions and insurance. Kudos and thanks!

Both the cashier and manager assisted me. I was able to find the items I needed and a bonus item on sale (Welch’s Fruit Snacks). This is a good location in the downtown area near the Seattle Center/Space Needle.Also the store is organized.

Ive alway had a good impression of the people working here until yesterday. I went to pick up a photo print I ordered 1 week before. There was no line at the register, only 1 person who was finishing paying and 2 staff members there. So I asked one of them for the photo (woman around 50 years old) she was already not friendly, sent me to the printing station and came with the camera to take pictures. So I repeated I was there to PICK UP a photo print. She started to ask my last name in a very unfriendly way, I repeated that 4 times, I know I have nasal voice sometimes so I said first letter is L like London. She keeps not listening to me and searching the wrong one. Then I saw my name printed on one envelope so I told her, she started saying its L not N, drops the envelope to the other cashier and said in a more unfriendly way than ever he will take care of you. I mean...I know this moment is not an easy one but come on guys there was no line and basically no one in the store. Take time to listen to your customers and that will lead to less time spent by them in the store, less stress and less tension. Thank you

Absolutely rude pharmacist and rubbish operations. Out of stock prescription one week ago, informed me it would be ready today. Automated call indicated it would be ready too.Today came and the prescription is still out of stock. Guy on the phone sounded like he couldn’t be bothered as well. Go to the Safeway pharmacy or another place.

The pharmacist who answered my call literally insulted me. She was terrible and I was just asking why my script was not available. The store as a whole is fine but this one pharmacist was just terrible

I went to this drug store to buy some vitamin C, but I forgot the brand of my vitamins. Thankfully, the pharmacist helped me and gave me options that would meet my needs it comes to vitamins!

Super big store!! Beer and wine sold here. Friendly and informative staff members. Clean and large aisle, well organized, and strategically placed.

This store does not provide mask for the customers or should I say its too cheap to provide it, shelfs are empty and not organized.

Everyone here is super nice, and Ive never walked in without them making it a point to say, hi. Ive never been one of those uppity people to make a big deal out of whether or not Ive been greeted in a store but I actually really appreciate it. Everyone in the pharmacy is great too! Every time I’ve been in, I’m greeted promptly. The employees are always friendly and prompt. It’s also got a large selection and is really clean.

I have been using this CVS pharmacy for almost a year and the whole pharmacy staff is always helpful and friendly. In my most recent experience, I called CVS pharmacy to check if my prescription had been sent in by my doctor. Jennifer told me that it had not come through in the system yet. I thanked her for checking and hung up. 30 minutes later she called me back- of her own accord- to let me know that they had received the order. This was incredibly nice and unexpected. Thank you CVS pharmacy staff for consistent above-and-beyond service.

Im from the east coast so seeing CVS pop up made me happy! I dropped by CVS their opening week and was assisted by a BEAUTIFUL Indian pharmacist. She is a dime and helped me find the best vitamins for me to take. I ended up transferring all my medications from Bartells because of her - she was friendly and patient as she let me rant to her about our current health care system. - JAKE

Employees are very friendly. Walked in and both times I was greeted. They are open 24 hours so that helps a lot especially when you are traveling and have forgotten an item. Very clean and well kept.

I recently switched over after Bartel wasn’t caring my prescription. Overall great service and I kinda love the text notifications that my prescription is ready as well as the automatic refills. Only con is they are not open late or early.

Pharmacy staff is very inconsiderate. 1 person working on a Thursday at noon in the pharmacy. There was a huge line of people waiting for Rx or flu shots and I waited 30 minutes without acknowledgment just to be told there would be an even longer wait for a flu shot. They really dont make it easy for you. Also, the pharmacy staff person that was there was incredibly slow and had no respect for anyones time. She spent a lot of time working in the back without acknowledging anyone waiting in line. It would be helpful if they could just do something as simple as thanking people for their patience or explaining how long of a wait there is for flu shots instead of taking 40 minutes to get 4 people checked in for flu shots and then notifying others of the waiting time. So aggravating. I will not be going to this CVS anymore. Terrible first impression. In addition, the store manager coundnt figure out how to use my gift card for my purchase and I had to walk away empty-handed.

Half the employees are great. Other half make me never want to go back. I had an employee just argue with me over charging me double too much in taxes and they won. Dont go in the evenings.

Convenient for procuring breakfast and light meals at nearby hotels. I liked the big muffins separately and I was in trouble because I couldnt sell them at the nearby supermarket. However, if you want yogurt, you cant find it unless youre in a supermarket.

The membership card can be used now, and the discounted items are cheap.
