Just wanted to say thank you to the employees here for helping me repurchase a hand cream I loved but had forgotten the name of, and also for helping find an item for a gift! :)

I absolutely adore Aesop, every shop is an architectural dream and the products are divine!-However, this location unfortunately has very unkind staff that create an aura of ick in the environment..Truly unwelcoming, its shameful and does not speak true to the brand.

I bought this delicious Moroccan roll on perfume that unfortunately broke in my bag within 24 hours of my purchase. It was completely my mistake but then I just wanted to see if I could get a discount. I got an immediate response and was told to go pick one exactly like that for free. Can you imagine? I felt like I was back in the streets of Rabat when the oranges are blossoming :)

Esther was a wonderful help! She was so knowledgeable and patient when answering all my questions. It was a great experience! Thank you again!

One of the best Aesop stores I have been to. Very welcoming. The location is easy to get to and is always looks appealing to walk in.
