One of my favorite cookie spots in Seattle—it’s definitely a staple. They’re smaller—but thick and chewy!—cookies, so I’d say it’s a good idea to grab at least a few while you’re there. I always love their seasonal cookies. This time around they had a blueberry pancake cookie, which, honestly, was so stinkin good and might be my new favorite. They are just taking orders from their window right now for social distancing measures. In a really cute little neighborhood with nearby shops and restaurants to check out!
If I want a cookie treat, this is the place I go. Their cookies are freshly baked daily and I have yet to dislike one. Even their gluten free, vegan cookies eat delicious. That they gave a selection of Molly Moons ice cream makes it even better as they make ice cream sandwiches on demand. What else could you ask for?
I tried the chocolate flourless & GF oatmeal chocolate chip and they were divine. Crunchy texture with just the right amount gooey soft center. Flavors were strong & customer service was friendly!
Rich creamy salted caramel ice cream sandwiches between two soft chewy brown butter snickerdoodles is my kryptonite!!! Its a flavor explosion in your mouth. Hello Robin is one of my neighborhood jewels. You can keep it simple with a scoop or let your taste buds explore the flavors of the different ice creams and cookies. Service is always friendly when Ive stopped by the walk up window. No better way to top off an evening walk or staying cool in the summertime heat. Hello YUMMY!
Amazing cookies, I especially love the oatmeal chocolate chip one.The ice cream sandwich was really tasty, but it was hard to break apart the cookie with a spoon
*Hello Robin offers to-go Nov 2020*Best cookies in town, with some vegan and gluten-free options. My top 3 flavors are Orange Habanero Chocolate Chip, Brown Butter Snickerdoodle and Salted Butterscotch. If you are a fan of pumpkin, the seasonal flavor is Pumpkin Chocolate Chip (egg-free too!) These cookies make the perfect holiday gifts too 😉
OMG just the smell of the place is amazing. Highly recommend the snicker doodle cookie with cookie dough ice cream.
These cookies were the delicious!!!!!!! The number one seller here was the chocolate chip cookie and the macklesmore and boht were our favorites out of all them. YOu may think a chocolate chip is simple, but they do it very well. Crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The other cookies were also very good, i like that they all have their own distinct flavors.
Ice cream and cookies are a great way to close out the day. Some folks in our party wanted a higher ice cream to cookie ratio. The ice cream selection was moderate for a high end ice cream place.
Beware... The cookies here are addicting. And dont waste your time with the regular chocolate chip. Even though they are amazing, all the other cookies are unique and tasty. Not great for big groups, but the place enough is nice for a few couples to enjoy some dessert. They even have Molly moons ice cream and you can order one or two cookie ice cream sandwiches.Prices arent too crazy either. So grab a cookie, or a dozen and enjoy!
Stopped in for some ice cream on our last night in Seattle and wish we had found this sooner! Everyone in our group loved what they got: strawberry, melted chocolate, salted caramel and coffee! Yummy!
Love it. Love it.Molly moon ice cream, which is great, and great cookies. Ive had every cookie now. My favorite is the butterscotch. The chocolate chip is just a really good chocolate chip cookie. All are warm and rich. They also have a mexican chocolate cookie and white chocolate triple berry if you want to switch it up. Cant go wrong.
Holy macrol. I lived above this place and gained 10lbs. Worth every lb and penny. Classic chocolate chip is good but don’t sleep on the lemon poppyseed or birthday cake.
Very sweet workers! Thanks for a great birthday! 🙏🏾
Very friendly staff in a very good location and very fair prices
Super delicious and flavorful cookies, excellent texture, great bake!
Lovely ice cream and bakery shop with the most delicious treats! My roommate and I decided to go for a half sammie (ice cream sandwich) and full sammie with chocolate chip cookie on the side. I had the vegan coconut ice cream which was spectacular - and let me tell you, I’m not easily impressed. Def a must try! You won’t regret it!
Seriously genius ice cream sandwiches. Their selection of cookies is amazing - Im looking forward to trying them all.
This little ice cream shop is one of the best I’ve been to! It’s a lovely place with a walk up window only, due to Covid. Their cookie sammies are just the best and they carry Molly Moons ice cream!
Delicious cookies and ice cream. Had vegan options which were very good! My friends had several combinations which included an assortment of their tea and coffee
Delicious classic chocolate chip cookie with vanilla bean ice cream from Molly Moon. Highly recommended.
The good old chocolate chip cookie is worth the stop.
I LOVEEEEEEE this place. There cookies are so good! Especially with the ice cream. If u ever need a cookie or ice cream Hello robin is the place to go. I might get one later
Hello Robin is a cute cookie & ice cream shop on a block of quaint cafes and restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I sampled the strawberry, strout mint, and original cookie dough ice cream. They were all delicious but I ultimately decided on getting the strout mint and original cookie dough ice cream with the birthday cake and snickerdoodle cookies. And loved it.
Best Chocolate Chip cookie that I have had in Seattle! Highly recommended to me, especially their Ice Cream Sandwiches made with Molly Moo’s! Good variety of ice cream and cookie flavors to choose from. Cookie had great consistency; was very buttery, perfectly crispy, chewy, and had just the right ratio of dough to chocolate chips! They have a seating table where you can see the cookies getting baked. The S’mores cookie is also fantastic and so delicious!
I visited Hello Robin on a Tuesday evening after dinner. The line was very short when I visited, but as I drove by a few minutes later the line was out the door. Hello Robin is a smaller space, but it is bright and the woman working there was friendly. I ended up getting the regular chocolate chip, lavender chocolate chip, flourless Mexican chocolate, and Mackles’more cookie. The cookies were all nicely warm when I bought them. All of the cookies did not skimp on the chocolate. My favorite was probably the lavender chocolate. While it didn’t have a ton of lavender flavor, it did taste better than the normal one. The Mackles’more cookie was good as well, definitely and interesting concept that tasted pretty good with the chocolate chip cookie being surrounded by graham cracker, marshmallow, and more chocolate. I would definitely return to try an ice cream sandwich.
They have the best cookies in Seattle.
Great little adventure with my son before bedtime. He really liked the chocolate chip, not so much the birthday cookie. I really enjoyed the smores cookie.
So good. Orange habenero - what a cool cookie flavor.
The ice cream is good, but what makes this place great is the cookies! They make the interesting and creative cookies. Make sure to try both if you go here.
When my housemate and I found a place within walking distance of Hello Robin, I was pretty excited. However, after a month of living here, I have come to realize this may have been a mistake.Every day on my way home, I pass Hello Robin. The tiny shop has developed quite the night life, and often develops a line out the door by 8pm. And in my experience, the line is completely deserved.I think that part of this popularity is due to the fact that Hello Robin offers a unique product: the ability to justify eating cookies and ice cream at the same time. Not to mention, Molly Moons ice cream and some of the best cookies Ive ever tasted. Macklesmore? Hell yes.Another part of the popularity here is that the staff is very nice. Part of Hello Robins atmosphere is that the kitchen is open and connected to the small seating area, so you often see staff making cookies right in front of you. This really adds to a feeling of community there. So here lies my predicament. I now live walking distance to a fantastic dessert place, complete with a hip night life, kind staff, and amazing cookies. Every day, I have to peel myself away from the crowd lining the street waiting for Hello Robin, and force myself not to join the same crowd. It has been quite the struggle. In my first weekend here, in fact, I went to Hello Robin twice in one weekend. Needless to say, I may have to move.
You can’t compete with ‘Hello Robin’ there cookies are INCREDIBLE!!! Freshly baked every day, the aroma just envelopes you as you walk through the door. Their ice cream is outstanding with the perfect balance of flavors and amazing texture. Highly recommend for any occasion. It’s a truly wonderful place with the friendliest staff who greet you with a smile every time. It’s also a great place to hang out with friends or to celebrate after finals! Everything they serve will soar past your greatest expectations and leave you wanting more! Keep that in mind when you go so that you are sure to get their ‘Ice Cream Sammie’ in order to try as many of their delicious treats possible!
They have no distinguishing flavor between each cookie / just a pile of sugar with some gluten
Wow, just had the chocolate chip cookie as a reward for working out. What a delicious little thing, just chock full of melt-in-your-mouth yummy goodness. The cookie has the perfect chewy interior texture with slightly crisp exterior delivering loads of chocolatey delicousness. Had their ice cream sandwich (a chocolate chip cookie with Molly Moons salted caramel ice cream), and it was heaven. The cookie still had that fresh, out-of-the-oven warmth melting the ice cream ever so slightly.Highly recommend.
Got Ice cream sandwich with Strawberry ice cream, Snicker doodle and fruity pebble cookies. Great for those with a sweet tooth!
Amazing chewy tasty cookies. Wish they were larger
Delicious cookies. We had Salted Butterscotch, and a seasonal flavor. Salted Butterscotch was bomb!
I don’t write reviews much but was so excited for this cookie. So let down. Nothing special. Overpriced for a small cookie. Dry. Not warm and melty. So sad.
The best cookies and ice cream and the friendliest place around. You can taste that they make everything with high quality ingredients and our kids love watching them actually make the cookies. They are also a great go to place when you need a unique dessert for a lot of people. Weve ordered from them for events, as well, and everybody has always been happy. I also appreciate that they really seem to treat their employees well.
Warm cookies meets Molly Moons ice cream! What can I say, this place is amazing, especially their butter scotch cookies! I’ve frequented here more times than I can remember. I highly recommend!
The best cookies in Seattle! You have to try the Macklesmore if you like smores at all.
Hello Robin combines passion for excellence with kindness and heart. Everything on the menu is amazing and the staff is welcoming and helpful. It’s just one of those special places that you just feel good giving business to.
Excellent cookies coupled with Molly Moon ice cream (if desired). They have vegan and gluten free options that do not disappoint! Not much space to hang out, but close to Miller field and playground.
Tonight I had the best ice cream sandwich Ive ever had: orange habanero chocolate chip cookies with vanilla bean ice cream
Amazing obviously! Mackles’more cookie and Yeti ice cream. Good night! Employees are great fast and helpful. COVID guidelines respected here
Delicious! Great customer service. Has a pick up window. Easy ordering!
Such an instagram-able place! Cute, white and blue interiors, fresh and clean! Its the sort of place you think of when you see cute instagram stories. I loved the cute vibe. Very friendly staff - they assisted me and didnt rush me since it was my first time. I grabbed a few cookies like the classic chocolate chip cookie, the flourless Mexican cookie, oatmeal cookie and their lavender based chocolate cookie. I have to say, I liked them all but my favorite were the classic chocolate chip cookie and the flourless Mexican cookie. All the cookies have the handmade and homemade feel. The sweetness is balanced perfectly, the size is pretty big so its easy to share, the packaging is adorable and they are worth the drive up!I loved everything about Hello Robin and looking forward to my next visit already!Tip: its pretty hard to find a parking so you might have to wait or drive around a little to get a nearby spot.
The Macklesmore cookies are life changing.
This will definitely be on repeat! The cookies & ice cream are delicious. You choose your cookie and the ice cream flavor. I picked the chocolate chip cookie & the staff recommended the coffee ice cream flavor and it was perfect! Cute little store. You can sit at the counter & watch them make the cookies. So good!
Theres a thin line between soft and warm and uncooked and sometimes they thread the line.. I went continuously, cuz Im always loving cookies, for 4 days and at least two of those times I got some uncooked cookies, it was rectified and I was there the next day but always remember theres a very thin line between... best cookies in town though.. great flavors!!
Found this quaint ice cream shop on a walk. Nice people, great selection and good serving sizes.
I mean cookies.... Get a dozen for you and a couple for your friends beleive me its worth it
Great ice cream sandwich place! I love the cookies, sometimes you can see them make it (probably pre-COVID-19). They use Molly Moons ice cream, and you can get a different variety of things. They have many different cookie flavors. Definitely a great dessert place!
Large, fresh cookie selection.
Simple yet delicious! Staff is fun and friendly, the cookies and ice cream are amazing! A must visit everytime i go to seattle.
A love letter to Hello Robin:Thu, Dec 27, 2018, 2:26 PMto HelloRobin and team,Many thanks for the wonderful cookies that you delivered to me at Children’s Hospital yesterday! I wanted to say a big thanks to the amazing nurses who take care of my kiddo each week, she has a genetic disorder that requires weekly infusions, and I thought there is no sweeter way to say thanks, than a big box of chocolate chip cookies filled with love from Hello Robin’s kitchen. You generously tossed a few more in, remembering the gluten free needs of others, and they were so enjoyed. You are my go to place for cookies. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate what you do for your community.A huge thanks and please keep up the good work. The people of Seattle needs you and so do moms and nurses at SCH.Here’s to a prosperous New Year,Alisa & Olivia Vitello
Hard to find a better cookie than the Mackles’more. And my kids are obsessed with the birthday cake cookie. They are my excuse to go as often as I do!
Yum! A Capital Hill must! You will love the classic chocolate chip cookie.
Good cookies, with a variety of flavors. They dont have an ice cream window anymore, but this is still such a cute place to treat yourself to some simple sweets. Theres usually a line in the evenings, especially on the weekends, so be prepared for that. Street parking can be hit or miss-- just turn down the side street and there should be plenty of parking there.
Great vegan options, delicious cookies, and friendly staff. We are so lucky to live near by. What a gem.
These cookies are sooo yummy. The classic chocolate chip is super good.
Nice ice cream!
Best chocolate chip cookies in town.We drove all the way from Auburn to get our cookie.fix!
I got the Urban Coffee ice cream sandwich with molasses cookies... Fantastic
Best cookies in Seattle. Also very friendly service. This spot is a local staple that my girlfriend and I are proud to support.
Pretty memorable cookies, went there on a whim because the sign said something to effect of free smells. Saw a good selection of cookies and got the Snickerdoodle and the Oatmeal Chocolate. Safe choices that were well constructed and not over baked. The baker/cashier was very nice. The other two were a little abrasive and standoffish. I saw one staring at the back of my head when I was sitting by the clear glass near the back, perhaps I looked threatening. Will return for the ice cream.
Such a great little shop: delightful cookies, neat decor touches like baking island at which you can sit and watch. We will soon order the challah ahead of time. Favorite cookie may be the salted butterscotch. Summer delight too: sidewalk window from which they sell cookie sandwiches filled with Molly Moon ice cream.
All right so Im going to start by saying I was commanded to go get cookies at this joint by my pregnant wife and my step daughter who swear by these cookies. I got really lucky that there was parking right out front but this hidden gem in the middle of a suburban residential neighborhood has really enjoyable desserts and specifically cookies. I cant say that I am a fanatic about him but I will tell you that my family loves this place better than anywhere else.
Kids ADORE this place. Easy access, quick service, and a loop door to the local market stitched to the side. No complaints...and the Darkside of The Moon cookie was a nice add to an already great selection
Hello Robin has the best vegan chocolate chip cookies Ive ever had, and the staff is always super friendly. Be prepared to stand in a bit of a line (so popular!), and the vegan cookies are baked to order, so it will take a little more time if thats what youre after. I highly recommend bringing your own container and asking for a half dozen bake-at-home!
Is give this a 3.5/5 (rounding up to 4).Dessert is exactly what you expect. Solid cookies and great Molly Moons ice cream. A bit heavy (obviously) so make sure you come with a hungry stomach. They dont skimp on portions.I came in about half an hour before they closed and was a bit disappointed to see a nearly empty display case of cookies. A little surprising given they seem to always have a steady crowd. Not a problem for me because they had just enough chocolate chip left, but it would have been nice to see other options. Some people behind me were also disappointed in the lack of options. It was also clear that the employees were ready to get out of there. I was slightly annoyed by this, but its not a huge issue. I got what I wanted without any fuss, but it wasnt a warming experience by any means.Ill definitely be back, but I wouldnt bother going if its close to their closing time.
Came for the first time on a saturday evening. despite the long line and late night, the employees were super friendly and let us taste multiple ice cream flavors! all of our cookies were warm and fresh and so delicious! definitely will be back! also it’s stinking cute in here and you can see the cookies being baked right in front of you
Came here with a friend that was visiting from out of town because she cant have gluten and let me tell you, Hello Robin did not disappoint. I also brought my sister here when she visited me. Cute shop with such friendly staff. Gluten free options and yummy ice cream. Next time I will return with my family!
