Found this clothing retailer while in Seattle, and truly love it! I went in for a hat in the window, and loved it so much ended up going back again for multiple items. Will be looking for their clothing online, which pretty much looks sold out everywhere, but really will be on the hunt to get more and more!

This review is more about my shopping experience than the products they sell. I had a favorable impression of this store until this situation unfolded. I went in a couple of weeks ago and picked out a jacket to buy for $123. I asked for the medium size and they gave me a small, which I didnt realize until I wore the jacket a couple of days later. When I brought it in to exchange it for store credit, they were very hesitant to even do that and kept saying that because I had worn it, they couldnt take it back. I know the guy helping me that day probably didnt remember this situation and was just following store policy, so I dont blame him, but it was really frustrating to experience this as a customer. They were finally able to make an exception in my case but did not admit that they gave me the wrong size. I was able to get store credit but because they didnt have any gift cards, the guy helping me that day told me to just keep the receipt and I could use that instead of a gift card.I went in a few weeks later to buy a $15 item but they told me that I couldnt use my store credit on that item because it wasnt on a gift card. Instead, if I wanted to use my store credit, I would have to use all $123 of it at once. I was pretty frustrated about this entire situation because they never told me about that when I returned my product, but I was still trying to figure out a way to buy the $15 product until the employee working there asked me to stop using such an aggressive tone. This baffled me because I work right next door and deal with guests all day long, some of whom do get frustrated for a variety of reasons. I dont think my tone was aggressive, but I definitely was frustrated because of all the things that led up to this point. I tried reiterating that this started because they gave me the wrong size jacket to begin with, but the employee working there this time kept trying to suggest that it didnt really happen. This would frustrate anyone. The fact that I didnt get my store credit on a gift card made things even more difficult, but when I asked when they were getting more gift cards in, he seemed annoyed by that question as well. I dont know if he was having a bad day but I was really shocked by the customer service I received this third time going in.Honestly, I hate to leave this review because I like several of the employees who work there, but at the end of the day, I paid $123 for the wrong size jacket and instead of being helpful and understanding, Ive been treated like someone whos been trying to pull one over on them.

My husband and our friends were in Seattle for the weekend. Everyone really love cookies clothing so we knew we needed to go by the store. We stopped by Have a Heart and the staff was so friendly and quick to help us with any needs. Our group then went next door to the cookies store and the vibe was completely different. All the staff was sitting around and we didnt even get a hello or welcome or even what up guys!?. We all looked around and found a couple items we liked but still no one said a word to us. One of the employees was even eating a sandwich at the cash register. No lost love for the clothing, we just continue to order online!

Ive been rocking cookies for 4 years, love that after hempfest in 2k13 Bern finally realized the love Seattle shows him, and how connected we are to the bay. R.i.p jack!

Hella cool gear hella cool glass hella cool stuff hella to high prices . Unfortunately subpar customer service as well I was in the shop for well over 5 minutes and was never acknowledged by the employees working during that time I could understand if they were attending to other customers but this was during the snowstorm and the store was dead I think there was maybe one other person in the store while I was there.

Got the worst and cheapest made piece ever from this place. Literally fell on carpet and broke the day I got it. Tried to see if they would give me something else and they just acted confused.Don’t go here!

You could just come for the delicous cookies and hemp2o and theyll deserve a 5 🌟 let alone the one of a kind works of art (mothership glass). All the proper cookie supplies; ashtrays, glass crutches, rolling trays etc. Oh, and they have some dope/quality clothes and a great dispensary next door. The service is great too! Its so close to pike and great food like Los Agaves! Now once those exotikz hit the shelves next door at Have a Heart Ill be able to call this heaven on earth.
