The clerk was very courteous. He heated up my burrito with a smile and made sure I had napkins when I left. It was a little bit of a slow period so it was nice to see that he gave his full attention to me instead of just phoning it in as a lot of clerks do cuz they let themselves get bored when it is slow.

This is a rough neighborhood but the employees keep the store clean and uncluttered. This is a much nicer store to shop in than the other one in dowtown in SEattle. That one is always messy. The clerks are also friendly and will look in the back if an item is out on the shelf.

One of the best store of all time. They have more products than any other store I have seen, and the customer service is the best. No doubt!!

It is one of the most amazing store in seattle. Everything how the store set up, The amount of items they have, how the store is so clean, most importantly the costumer service is the best.

Hard working gentlemen that deal with a lot in this area besides providing great customer service and keeping the shelves stocked with fresh and tasty foods. The place was clean and the pizza is not bad either.

Given the options for fresh food in this part of downtown, this 7-Eleven has been a lifesaver. The people who work here are awesome too, very friendly and have even helped out some of the poor who live here in small but effective ways.

They close at random times for cleaning or whatever. I understand the need to clean, but you can clean around customers rather than denying service during open hours.

All 7 Eleven stores are pretty much the same yes? I would rather drink a cup of coffee from 7 Eleven than one from Starbucks any day of the week. If you want to try the coffee drink that the Seattle locals drink, fill your cup 1/3 full of the caramel macchiato drink, then the rest with black coffee. Stir and enjoy. Now you are a true Seattleite

COVID WARNING: the overnight staff never wear masks.

One of the WORST 711 locations in ALL of SEATTL!! From about 12am-5an theyre almost NEVER open even though they advertises being open 24hours. My boyfriend and I live just two blocks away. As most locals know, this is the only option if you need something late at night (unless you have a car in an imaginary parking space) However, no joke, atleast 8 out of 10 times we walk all the way down the hill, intending to spend our hard earned $ on their price gouged items, they are closed. Usually they give no explanation. But the few times they have they say claim to be, closed for cleaning, or on their 4th one hour break. Even though you can clearly see all of them either sitting around helping themselves to free snacks provided by their oblivious employer no doubt, or more often than not, theyre openly smoking pot inside the store while ignoring pleading customers waiting by the door and windows... All of which are simply asking when they will be finished with their so called, break/cleaning and finally open back up. PLEASE CHANGE THIS COPORATE/OWNER! Thank you.

Well its better than the 711 downtown on pike but honestly thats a rock bottom standard. That place is worse than New Jersey. This one was clean and the employees were nice. Except to that one homeless guy that came in and yelled at everyone.Oh, but they didnt have onions for my chili dog, so 4 stars.

The condiment trays were gross and contaminated. None of the taquitos were ready and the hotdog selection was sad. I dont expect much from 7-11 but this was just, ugh. And I usually love a spicy bite with chili and cheese with salsa. Or some buffalo rollers. I ended up leaving with out buying anything.

The store is well tended but I gave 5 stars because the people who work there are so nice and thoughtful. They have a challenging location but they treat everyone with care.

I got everything I wanted at every time I wanted and it was close to my hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Went there a few times during my stay.

I went by this “24 hour” market and was turned away because they were closing for an hour to “mop the floor”. The guy wouldn’t even wait for 10 mins (or less) while I got a few snacks. Never going back.

Ok spot they are friendly and nice enough prices seem kind of inflated. I normally drop by to grab a vanilla coke and some funyuns. A quick in an out and on to my daily business.

Not that bad as seven eleven goes the store has everything you need the service is not incredible but it is not bad watch dates on some items.

It is not 24 hours. The hours listed are incorrect.

The staff are kind and helpful. Yeah there are bums but that is life in Seattle. Be polite and spare change, food or drinks as they wouldnt be begging if they didnt need it.

Rude to customers warm food in the refrigerator lots of drug activity in the evening hours outside store Ive seen people walking to the store together and pass things back and forth if I ever start smoking crack Ill know where to go Ive noticed before they were a lot more reviews they disappeared hummm

They have sluprees, which is the reason I was there. Non-descript store - it is what it is. Get what you need, and off you go.

Another grungy, dirty downtown 7-Eleven. I always like stopping for a slurpee and a hot-dog when I am out and about, but this location really turns me off to any of the locations in the downtown core. The people are not very friendly, the food sits out too long, and in general, the location is not as clean as locations outside of Seattle.

A decent ghetto-A$$ store that you can get a chili dog for breakfast.

Despite the unfortunate location, I have always had great interactions with staff and they always have what Im looking for.

I have been going to this 711 since the day it opened. The people who work here have always been friendly, and very helpful.

People dont usually realize that you can use the Citi cash machines (in this 7-11)for free if you have a BECU account

Just your normal neighborhood 7-elleven the prices are average but they are always open so you can get what you might need anytime you might need it.

The only 7/11 in walking distance that lists itself as open 24/7 but every time I stop there, theyre closed.
