Went to the Apple store with my iphone7 that I dropped and they did an hour of diagnostics and wouldn’t even try to fix my phone because of a small dent on the BACK. But came to phone guys and they fixed it in under an hour and for a way cheaper price. Rose, the receptionist/cashier in the front was also kind and wonderful. Would highly recommend!!

Bought a note 10 from them, the first one had issues with the camera, I told them about it and while they do not offer refunds they will replace your phone completely which they did and even gave me a free screen protector. Very happy with my purchase.

I had bought a Galaxy S7 Active which was in good working order for a fair price. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and the phone did not work as expected. After talking with the owner we came to an agreement for a Galaxy S8 that works well and looks brand new and the deal made everyone happy. Overall I would say this is a good company to work with and do business with.

Seattle University District store is a major scam they sell the new note 10 and they said its unlocked for any service then once At&T was connected and running for 1 hour the account locked and killed my service and in fact the phone has hidden program to steal account and information.The store in the Seattles University district when called about this claimed they didnt recognize the IMEI number to their records but my receipt proved otherwise then the worker claimed to not speak English on 2 occasion and had a accent and hung up, its sad with this corona-virus thing that this store and the people would treat an elderly person that way.I would never recommend this store location to anyone.And there is too much false review by people that are not people to get sales for this store.Seattle is full of a community that dont need cheaters nor false claims to take advantage of our families and friends.ask any about this place you will see that are very much bad.I plan on taking these people to court

I didn’t damage the phone(it’s still in the bubble wrap sleeve)you guys sold me a damaged phone that was supposed to be like new. You knew the screen was scratched lightly all over and still sold it to me even tho u said ud give me the best one. I was looking at many other phones I didn’t look at that one for very long. You can’t see the cracks unless the screen is off and you had the screen on the whole time. Bad business

The shop is a scam. No one replies from customer service. Used phones are sold at Market Price. Essentially nothing is covered in their policy. No refunds allowed. Once made a bad purchase you have to live with it.

Hands down the best place to buy a new phone in Seattle. I just got the Samsung S8 for only $389 and its in great condition. Will come back for the next upgrade! Highly recommended.

My cousin and I bought a few phones from them to use with our carrier and to send to Mexico. At first we encountered some issues with 2 phones but they were able to fix mine and also exchanged my cousins phone with no extra cost. They stand behind their products and will always find a solution for you.

Went and bought a phone here and it was exchanged 3 times for different phones of the same model.All the phones seem to have the problem with the battery and the phone shutting off when it was below 30 percent at random times. I wasted my time going down there multiple times.They say they test all their phones and the batteries, but thats obviously not true as I had 3 phones with battery problems. I ended up with a phone that continues to have the same battery problem as the first two.The women at the front desk also told me that I shouldnt update my phone as it can cause problems like this. I told her that is just not true and that updates are for security and patches to known exploits in the OS. But she said she that what she was told. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, this place is a joke.

(Seattle store)Bought a LIKE NEW s10 and played with it for a min w the screen on but once I got home and looked at it with the screen turned off it had light scratches all over the screen. So much for new. The lady there also said she would give me the least used looking one but didn’t do it and now I’m stuck with a waste of 700 dollars according to the Lady from Everett store on offer up I talked to even tho the policy says it covers the screen she says it’s only if the screen doesn’t turn on but obviously it doesn’t specify this. She offered me a screen protector for “FREE” like that does anything to help cuz there should already be a Samsung factory one applied! .Obviously the better business bureau needs to hear about this as well as my friends and social media following. This won’t be the only 1 star review i put up either what a waste of time(30+ miles away) and money.

Had a miscommunication/ issue with my lease and service provider. However, upon speaking with customer service, not only did they call me back to resolve the issue and help me. They were professional, respectful despite myself being upset and rude over the situation.Would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing to get a new phone and service plan!!! Their customer service is second to none!

Im changing my review after some considerationI called them to see if they were open and inquire about stock. I went to their renton location and bought an s10. When I left the store the battery was at 3 percent. The phone had a Puerto Rican carrier called Claro software all over it and it wouldnt upgrade to android 10. I called several times it took their tech guy 3 days to get back to me at which time I wanted to bring it back. I brought it to the store in the u district and asked for a note 10 instead. He at first said i needed my receipt which is laughable because i saw him look up the imei in his own system. I told him i paid 550 dollara cash a week ago.. he finally said ok and promptly charged me the difference plus a 100 dollar restocking fee. I am most upset about that. He kept saying it would take his tech people hours to return the phone to its normal state. When all you have to is reset it to factory which I had already done. I wouldve thought that a repeat customer and one that is paying in full during this shutdown would be more highly valued. I guess not. I will not be going back. Im upset about that extra 100 dollars for a few reasons. One the s10 i bought had obviously not been reset correctly, two its stupid petty and cheap to charge a restocking fee when the phone sold was obviously a mess with Claro software on it. Buy online instead

Hannah is very personable young woman. I am 70 years old and have tech phobia. She is very good at explaining things in a way I can understand. Today I came in because I thought my phone died and she showed me that I was pressing the wrong button. Lol She was very kind and didnt embarasse me about it.

Helpful and informative! I was intimidated about getting a new phone cuz companies always try to up-sell some kinda package, but made the drive cuz the reviews were good. I took my broken phone in; they quickly diagnosed and gave an estimate, then pointed out a new phone would cost less. The sales clerk helped me choose the right phone and accessories, and the repair guy offered to help load my old photos and contacts and calendar free of charge, but then the clerk ended up doing it lickity-split! A chore I dreaded instead went quite smoothly.

Bought an iPhone 5s and then a 6 plus here, both used, the 6 plus bought it at a higher price than at other places or online. Big mistake.. both phone’s batteries die in no time. And metro pcs is a joke, paid for the 60 dollar unlimited plan and one day after I have not enough data to watch YouTube. I’m done with them.

I bought an Galaxy S7 a week back and the battery drains so fast, I went to store, they said they tested and it was normal.No its not normal I have used Samsung phones in past, never had this issue.I finally contacted Samsung they told me that this phone totaled which mean the phone is a fake all parts inside are not original.Sounds like these phone guys bring some parts together assemble phones and then sell it.I just wasted $250. Now when I call them they wont even answer my phone. It is so frustrating..

Worst service ever !!!! This guys signed my brother up for a payment plan for a phone and charged him 50$ as down payment that were not deducted from the original amount, when we went back to see where those 50$ had gone he started getting attitude and being hostile towards us. The he started saying he should of never done anything for free when he charged us a 20$ service charge. He kept cutting me off as I talked and the attitude got worse every time . Horrible customer service he needs to check his attitude !
