So many options! I found CAKE flavored vodka!

They carry a great selection. I entered the store 15 minutes before the close time. The staff was really courteous. They helped me find the right aisle and I was out of the store within a couple of minutes.

What an incredible store. I always get out of there with way more bottles than I intended to. Love their recommendations at any price point, and the depth of knowledge of some of their staff.

Highly expensive. Were visiting for my boyfriends birthday and let me just say the Washington state tax here, will definitely catch you off guard. Our purchased was $15 dollars additional due to state tax.

I found my favorite Maritime Whiskeys from Cadée Distillery here. I had been looking everywhere for them. I was so excited to find all the Cadée whiskeys that I ended up buying all of them. I wasnt taking any chances 😉Total wine is a living paradise for Spirit lovers.

This is consistent with other Total Wines. As far as I know, theres no better place to buy wine. You can probably get cheaper deals at Fred Meyer or Costco, but not by much. And Total Wine has over 10x what they have (better beer and liquor, too. Plus, they separate by region, which is helpful if youre trying to get into tasting and understanding wine.

Excellent beer selection from which you can mix-n-match six packs. Great local beer and wine selection! Wonderful prices on tons of wine from every major region and grape! This is my go-to shop. And it’s conveniently located in Interbay near Queen Anne, Magnolia, and Ballard. They also have cork recycling so if you’re not DIYing with your old corks, bring them here! They could go into compost, but when almost all cork comes from Portugal and there’s a cork shortage, why not get your corks recycled? (Also that’s a reason to buy good wines with screw caps or boxed.)If a local shop could provide all this, I’d love it! For now, Total Wine gets my business. And the staff are always super helpful.

Id like to thank Jeff for his incredibly knowledgeable and patient recommendations, on rums on two separate occasions, as I begin my journey into a new realm of sugar cane liquor. Fantastic customer-service orientation, with genuine interest and knowledge in the product. Two other associates proved to be very helpful as well (though I didnt catch their names). One, in particular, spent several minutes with me teaching me about cognac (VS versus VSOP versus XO, etc). Thank you! I am a young professional bartender, and will continue to be a customer here as I build up my home bar.

The ginger chad who works curbside really hates his job and broke the merchandise by throwing it in my trunk as hard as possible, causing serious damage. Then he slammed my trunk as hard as possible and literally broke the hinges. Now my vehicle needs structural and corrosion repair but Total Wine doesnt claim any liability, so thanks.

Huge selection, good deals, easy to find stuff, and the employees go above and beyond to help figure out exactly what you want (ex. if you describe a desired flavor profile and price range for wine, theyll guide you to a bunch of options). I especially like their German beer imports and their prices on local ciders.

Huge inventory of wine & spirits. They also have a cigar humidor & a variety of fine cigars. Many floor personnel eager to help. If you cannot find it here, it probably does not exist. Bright. Clean. Well-stocked.

On 3/1 I went here to do a Instacart order for someone. I usually shop for myself at some stores and do a separate transaction. The Instacart order was only four items. All the sales associates were so kind and helpful. I was considering the crown royal coolers for myself. I asked a sales rep for his opinion and he didn’t recommend it so I changed my mind about it. Since I was so far from the area I picked it up at I thought to return to the cashier.My problem was the cashier! I told him i didn’t want the last 3items on the belt and the rest is for a Instacart order. He insisted continuously that he check my Instacart order to make sure it’s right. I was very offended and didn’t understand why it was necessary. I told him the order was right several times but it was like he didn’t believe me. He just said I’m not trying to offend you I just want to make sure the order is right. I had to wait longer in line and go back on my phone to reload the order to show him on my phone. This wasted my time and my customer time. I just kept thinking this is not your job to worry about the order I have for someone. It was only four items and I said it was correct many times.The cashier made me feel like I was doing something wrong when I wasn’t.

The four stars are for the liquor selection, particularly the vodka. Holy Infusion, does Total Wine offer a huge selection of vodka from around the world and every corner of the US.I was disappointed in the wines offered. Primarily inexpensive and popular, the vino selection was very pedestrian. Unique, small producers are not available. From my youth, the wines for sale would be akin to Blue Nun, Lancers, and Mateus. Anyone over the age of 60 will understand my reference.I will certainly hit up Total Wine imagining it to be called Total Booze. My wine needs will be met elsewhere in Seattle.

This place is the BEST store right now! They are crazy fast with online ordering and curbside pick up. It says online its pick up next day but Ive ordered 3 times and even on Sunday it was ready in less than an hour. When you pull up they bring out the order in less then 10 min. And always friendly and wearing a mask.

Over many trips here I have received really great advice, especially recently, Jayne was particularly on the money with finding an alternative to a very pricey product. Not only did she suggest a perfect alternative, she also highlighted they were doing tasting of that product. Wed have bought it anyway based on what shed said, but trying it too resulted in me opting for the bigger size :)

Was bummed to see that this location doesn’t pick the orders for DoorDash drivers like the pierce county location. But stars for help from some of the employees of locating some of the alcohol that I needed. Being someone that doesn’t consume alcohol made this quest a challenge.Imagine being a customer walking into aAuto parts store and needing spark plugs and walking along the entire walls of stock of thousands if not hundred thousands of white boxes with numbers and a shape of a part, then trying to find your part for your car in those rows of thousands. A little overwhelming right? Well you get the jest of how this trip felt looking for clear bottles of alcohol with light reflecting off the labels.

Amazing selection! Added bonus: HUGE selection of non-alcoholic beer, wine, and even liquor (yes, non-alcoholic liquor) Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a wife variety of otherwise hard to find non-alcoholic beverages!

The last 2 orders I made for curb-side pickup were placed online. All items were in stock when ordering, however, after my order was placed and confirmed, I received item cancellations on both orders. These items were then replaced with similar, but more expensive items without my consent and my credit card was also charged the higher amounts. I called customer service both times to let them know that this was not okay, and I had difficulty resolving the issues both times.After the first incident, I also spoke with the store manager who assured me this would not happen again, so I was extremely disappointed after the second time this bait and switch took place. 👎

Theyve got everything you want. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, store is laid out nicely and always clean. Theyve got a bottle chiller up front, as well as a decent selection of cigars in a walk in humidor. All in all, a great shopping experience!

Love, love, love this place!! I have never been there when they havent had exactly what I needed and when I needed it. The staff is always available to help and does so in a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner. SO glad they recently opened this store nearby my home!!

Overwhelming supply but it takes time to figure out where to find what youre looking for. Staff is helpful and prices are good. Just be prepared to give some time to get what you want. Probably best to save this stop for a time for stocking up or responding to specific bargains. homework in advance is worth the effort.

Huge store. Hidden behind the Animal Shelter in area where they used to walk the dogs. Lots of construction around it. That is part I didn’t like. But they have great parking and inside I was greeted nicely, helped right away by pleasant helpful employees and personally taken to the items I was looking for. Once you get oriented the store is easy to navigate as they have signs indicating where things are. So overall it is a great place.

Total Wine does a great job keeping prices competitive but the real value is in the selection and knowledgeable staff. The savings in your favorite wines is worth the trip but while youre there definitely ask for a few recommendations. If you have something you really like, theres almost always three or four others that are similar and might become your new favorite.
