Lauren was so much help. I’m incredibly grateful for their help! Lauren has so much knowledge you can tell they know the ins and outs of every mattress. I was allowed to lie in the beds (with sanitary pillow covers) and rest for as long as I needed. Store has excellent sanitation practices as well as sanitation stations!

I just moved to Seattle and I was scrambling to get stuff for my place. Lauren was super helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help me. She even took the time to find out the bus times for me to get to Target for other home stuff and to get back home since I’m new to the city! Incredible service and amazingly kind-hearted.

Patrick Bartels was an excellent salesman made sure that I got what I needed for the price I could afford. When I called back the person I spoke to was very accommodating and tried everything within her power to get me the bed earlier than originally planned. The two men who brought the bed were very polite and efficient and had my bed set up in no time and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone at any time because it was a great experience for me and if I have any further need for anything to do with the best I will go to Mattress Firm without a doubt.

Alissa was super helpful. She made an entire showroom of mattresses seem simple by walking us through an easy to follow and understandable process. She was the only employee on the floor at the end of the day and managed to easily juggle I think 4 separate couples who were looking, testing, and asking questions. My partner and I have large weight/height/bed differences & preferences and she was able to easily narrow it down to a bed that we both loved. Her sales method isn’t to cram everything down your throat, it’s to listen and provide feedback based off the customers needs. The only feedback is it would have helpful for the sales person to have clarified the process first because we started on the highest end beds. Once it explained, it made sense and we ended up with a mattress at the price point we wanted without any undue sales pressure.

We came in with intention of trying out the Purple 4 to see if we wanted to go for it after doing our research online. Brad, our salesperson, was very personable and took time to show us other bed technologies and let us try it out to see if Purple was definitely right for us. We went to the store looking for a sleeping mattress after I developed considerable back pain from sleeping on our current one. We were greeted and served by the super lovely Alissa. She was very friendly but also to the point and just generally did a fantastic job. We appreciated her guiding us through the process in a way that is impossible with an online purchase. She also made sure to point out all the costs that we might incur if returning/exchanging. We were super happy with her and the experience generally, and we did end up buying a mattress from the store.The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the stores delivery dates. A months wait is pretty hard on someone whos in pain. Of course, at present, Im unable to determine if the mattress itself will prove a good purchase or not.
