Service representatives were nice, I had great experience going over the quote and schedule part.The job performance was ok. My front passenger window was replaced with no problem, mat and seat were cleaned pretty well. The only problem I have now is that they didn’t fully remove all of the glass pieces inside the door panel so when the door open/shut at a certain speed it rattles like a piggy bank.

I recently used this service to replace my windshield (10/19/2021). While I am very pleased with the new unit, I am sincerely disappointed overall.Why? Because during installation, they disconnected an air line for my AC, then failed to reconnect it. This created a vacuum leak, which triggered my engine light. Due to this oversight, I had to take a day off from work, and drive to their shop in downtown Seattle to get this fixed.That should not have happened. I wrote an email to customer service last Thursday (10/21/2012), and as of this posting, I have not received a reply. As you can imagine, I am a bit frustrated.I lost a days pay and fuel to fix their mistake. At least an apology would have helped.As of now, I would caution using this company. People make mistakes, but this put me in a tight spot financially, and again, should not have happened. An admission of accountability would have helped.Barry (Martin) Coxwell. We needed to get my window fixed after it was broken into. We thought this place would be good but first time we called they quoted us a price and then when we went in they were trying to charge us more. Then they had us scheduled for two days later after we paid them. We were out of town and had them do a drive out. They didn’t get it done on that Wednesday so we arrived back home the next day and called them. First excuse was they didn’t do it because the part did not come in. They told me they didn’t have anything available till the following Monday and then came back and said no they were coming out today to do it. Had to call them back because the dispatch tech was suppose to call, didn’t receive a call. The dispatcher said he was just about to call me and then advised me that the tech guy called in sick so they weren’t able to come until Saturday. And I said No that’s unacceptable then he came back and said I can get you in probably tomorrow and I said well how did it go from Saturday to tomorrow. He was rude and hung up on me when I was trying to get a refund. So I had to call them back and give them my card info and process the refund.I drove in to pick up my keys at All star auto and the Gentleman in front of me who had an appointment at 11 was frustrated because they had told him that they would take care of the insurance claim the Lady at the front said they wouldn’t be able to do it and he would have to call. The customer said well I could have called them 2 days ago.I ended up canceling with them and going to Golden Auto on Rainer. They said I could drop it in today at it’ll be ready later. Golden Auto got my window fixed within 2 1/2 hours. I highly recommend checking them out before doing business with All Star.

I called this place to get a quote on Wednesday afternoon. First female employee put me on hold then one guy answered my call. He asked me a question regarding a safety system that I wasn’t familiar with, then he started raising his voice. He sounded like he was frustrated that I do not have the knowledge about what he was asking. So far this was the WORST customer service that I’ve experienced in my life. Yelling at a customer? He could have kindly explained to me what he was referring but I guess that’s not how he normally treat customers. I’m definitely avoiding this place no matter how good they are or even they offer a competitive price. I would rather pay more and get the right customer service from the right person.*I didn’t read all the reviews before giving them a call but I just found out that there are multiple reviews saying that employees were rude, annoyed, and unprofessional. So these problems have been addressed by previous customers over the years but I guess it is still an ongoing issue.

I paid cash for my window replacement and their employee by the name of Brent pocketed the cash and I got an invoice saying theyre sending me to collections and several voicemail messages everyday. They obviously have shady employees and no good system in place.

EDIT: Tom the owner, and Greg both called me at the start of the following Monday after my windows were completed. They were very sympathetic of the situation and very thoroughly explained why everything went the way it did. Unfortunately Covid is still playing a big part in delaying manufacturing and deliveries of important parts. This I totally understand and appreciate the insight Tom and Greg gave me. They were extremely professional and friendly. Due to the unexpected delays though, they helped me very generously. I was very happy with how they treated me at this point and would honestly go back to All Star if I ever needed.I had my vehicle broken into over the Memorial weekend and called All Star as soon as they were open (Tuesday). They said they could get to me Wednesday. This was the quickest anybody could get me service. Safelite told me $499 for both windows but could not get to me until Friday. All Star quoted over $600, but I was semi fine with that due to the speed at which they could apparently fix my windows.Come Wednesday, they expected to show up from 8-12, and actually arrived closer to 12:30. After nearly 2 hours, I checked with the tech just to see where we were. He told me he got the wrong parts, and my second window could not be fixed that day. They had to order the parts again, promising to come out Thursday.After having to plastic wrap my 2nd window and try to get to my office with some time left in the day, I quickly realized there was still glass inside my driver door (the only window fixed so far), all over the floor, and in my seats. I then also could not start my car, so had to get a jump from someone passing by luckily. When heading to the office, I had to stop on the side of the freeway to fix the plastic wrap on the passenger window. This is where I found out my driver door handle and lock were not working.I called and they told me they could have someone come fix it Thursday, but had to wait until Saturday for the second window since they had to re-order again. And reduced my total price by $50. So really $30 off the labor of the first window, and $20 off the total after tax. This did not seem too appealing since I now had to wait longer than Safelite and received a poor quality job.Thursday, the driver door glass was cleaned out, and the handle/lock was fixed. So after that, I waited till Saturday and called at 11:40 to figure out if they were coming still. I was told the techs would arrive before 1. This time I got a dispatcher, JD on the phone. Unfortunately he did not have any knowledge of the situation here and did not seem interested at all based on the last few days of waiting and incorrect parts.JD apologized for the inconveniences, but became very annoyed when I was asking about the quote after everything and wanting to see why Im paying so much more than other companies when I received non-optimal service. When looking for my original price and going over the $50 discount, he hung up on me and did not remember where we left off when I called back less than a minute later. After this, I felt I had to express my thoughts on the service and was in disagreement on the price. JD then became very direct and stated since I dont know how to please you, Ill have Greg (the lead dispatcher, and was always very nice) give you a call, goodbye. Even though I asked if there was a manager I could speak to on the matter he directs this back to dispatch and hung up on me again.There was a lot more said in the conversation with JD, but I dont want to write an additional 2-3 paragraphs. For yours and my own sake. This is already pretty long. But I hope it helps reflect the service.

Inquired about a windshield quote with a couple hour turnaround to hear back from them. Their communication was on point. When I called to make the appointment, the sales associate was very friendly and helpful. At the appointment, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and also communicative. WOW! If it was possible to give negative stars I would! My experience was sour from the get go. Disorganized operation, Poor communication and one of the WORST ambassadors for any business I have ever experienced in decades of business interactions. A gentleman who would only identify as Greg was unprofessional verbally abusive and flat rude. Instead of working to resolve problems with their services his response was to bark of how the problem was never theirs to begin with. Dont walk but RUN away from this Co.Edit: Contacted by ownership. Every effort to address my issue was applied. Appreciate the communication & given a 2nd chance. Very satisfied now!

They have poor communication and the day I was supposed to have someone come out to fix my window, I called the office to see if they had a timeline as I was given between 1 and 4, and it was close to 4pm and no word from anyone. I was told that the office has no way of communicating with their technicians. needless to say, no one ever showed up or reached out with an explanation. I even called them the next day to try to reschedule and no one ever called back.

We got our windshield replaced at All Star and on the drive home we had ANOTHER rock fly up and chip the windshield. We took the car back to All Star the next day to have the chip filled and they did it for free! Outstanding service from All-Star Auto Glass, they get my highest recommendation!

I will never be going back to All Star Auto Glass. I had an appointment for Saturday just to replace my passenger front window, which was fully smashed in from a car break-in, and I get to my 8am appointment and they check me in and I decide to wait in the area because it should take 2 hours. I walk off, go and get food, they cal me 45 minutes after I dropped my car off to tell me they “forgot to order my glass”. They FORGOT? So I’m very annoyed and the representative was not very concerned and they reschedule me for that coming Monday. Monday comes, and I call ahead to make sure they have my glass, they say they do have my glass this time. Great, I walk to the nearby Starbucks to do work, because it should only take 2 hours in the morning. They call me 2 hours after I drop my car off, me thinking they are calling me to pick up my car, but NO. They tell me they ordered the WRONG GLASS. I am livid because I wasted a 2nd day because of this businesses incompetence. They finally had my car ready for me at the end of the day. Didn’t call me to let me know it was finished, I walked back and saw it done. The manager did not care. They have the worst customer service, please go elsewhere if you can.

All star does not have time for a waste of time, they do not take time of because they want you taken care of first and so soonest you pull in they jump on your work and get you out and about with so much professionalism that drops your jaws.I have been there 3 times and never will I go anywhere else.The entire team from the receptionist to the folks in the workshop are just so good at what they do and so caring to your property you cant have it any better . Bravo to the Seattle team.

I came across All-star Auto Glass in the usual way: broken windshield and Google; they had the best price by a significant margin. That was 3 windshields ago on three different cars. Each time, theyve done perfect work at a price better than theyre competition. Itd be 4 windshields on four different cars as of today, but no one makes glass for my particular car anymore; this is not All-Stars fault and should not be counted against them.

I got a morning appointment for a mobile replacement of my windshield. They called me the day of and moved the repair time 2 hours back. I wasnt upset until they never showed, or called. When I called them back they said, I dont know what happened, let my dispatcher call you back. Spoiler alert the dispatcher never did.

I have used All-Star Auto Glass on two occasions. Once for a rear side window that was destroyed in a smash-and-grab. Another for a windshield that was damaged by a rock on the highway and needed to be replaced. Also, based on these good experiences I referred a friend who Ive been working with rebuilding an old Vanagon. It needed all of its glass and seals installed. I didnt know if theyd even take the job but they did, did a great job, and all three of these transactions the price was reasonable, the work was solid, the delivery was on-time, and they were great to work with. Both my friend and I are picky about results and dont take these things lightly. I have and would continue to recommend All-Star to people I like, and plan to enlist their services again when I need them.

All Star was able to get us quickly scheduled for a windshield replacement, and they had no issues coming to our home to complete the install. Everything looked beautiful and the service tech was friendly and professional.Yesterday, a few weeks after install, we unfortunately got a pebble chip that started to spider. I called All Star to ask what they recommend. I spoke with Edward and he was very helpful, getting us in same day to fix the crack before it gets worse. You almost can’t even tell there is a crack there now. Very pleased with All Star.

I had a phenomenal experience with these guys. Sadly the location I had it schedule to get done issue happened with the owner for that shop, but the All Star GM helped me out and we got it all figured out. I felt a little bad because I was on the guts who installed my windshield like a hawk, observing every little thing they do, nitt picking and asking a million questions. I was concerned because anytime I have had anyone work on my vehicle I’ve always had to go back and fix something. These guys understood, they explained everything they were doing when putting in the new windshield and why they did it that way. Honestly the people were amazing, they didn’t seem to mind me asking all the questions in the world (I felt kind of bad) but all in all I’m thankful and the windshield looks awesome. I didn’t know I got 3 month of brown bear out of it (neat deal too). The guys let me take pictures of the inside without the windshield so I could determine what area had been leaking. Now that I have had them replace my windshield I don’t think I’ll go with any other company for window repair. Thanks a ton All-Star

Brought my car here based on a recommendation from a local bodyshop. The new glass was great, but they broke the old windshield taking it out and didnt vacuum afterwards. When I picked the car up there were glass shards all over the front seats, dashboard, floors, etc. I asked them to vacuum it up before I leave and they acted like I was putting them out. Got home and noticed they broke the rearview mirror trim and glued it back. I insisted they replace it with a new part, which they did. On my last visit I talked to a manager-type and he made some weak excuses for all the shortcomings. I was paying cash, so maybe theyd treat me better if my insurance company was covering it.

Update:Tom took care of me. Even though it wasnt company policyfor the warranty he did what was right. Thank you for the great service.Replaced windshield 5 days ago. There was a slice an my windshield on my passenger side. Didnt see it obviously since i dont sit on that side. My windshield started to crack. Suprise surprise its not covered by the warranty.

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but after the horrible experience I just had at this mickey mouse shop I feel its my duty. Drivers side window was shattered in place last night (Not broken into or vandalized in any way) and my preferred shop Safelite was booked up for the week, but my insurance company was able to get me an appointment here same day. An hour into the replacement a manager pulled me aside and explained some of the window brackets had been bent and the drivers side window switches seemed to be faulty. I thought this was a little weird considering this window was broken by a small flying object, but to the shops credit, they were able to straighten out the window bracket. Their comments on the switches, however, did not wash. They had been functioning flawlessly the afternoon before. Two and a half hours into the replacement, the technician whom had actually been working on the car, a rotund Caucasian man, pulled me aside and proceeded to explain out of the yonder blue that I should close my door by applying pressure with my hand to the metal door panel, not the window. Im not joking, this actually happened. I explained that I always close my door by pressing on the door panel, not the window to which he responded curtly, Okay, well Im just lettin you know thats what you should do. This technician then explained that he was wrapping up and he was going to be leaving the master window switches unplugged until they were replaced to which I EXPLICITLY responded, No, please put everything back together exactly like it came in. I then voiced my reservations about their diagnosis of bad switches seeing as the car is less than five years old and they had been functioning flawlessly the day before to which the tech responded, Well I been doin this for 16 years and thats what it looks like to me. (Because doing auto glass for the better part of two decades makes you such a maven of automotive engineering, right?) I left the shop with an inoperable drivers side window somewhat frustrated and confused, failing to notice that the porky tech had left a giant chunk of the doors vapor barrier sticking out of the edge of the door card (photo attached) and the mirror adjustment switch mashed down and misaligned with the hole its supposed to sit in. I was able to get the mirror switch squared away with a little wiggling, but I will need to remove the door card to fix the shoddy vapor barrier installation. I made a beeline straight from All Star to the Toyota dealership to troubleshoot the inoperable window as it wasnt in the full up position when I got it back from All Star and its supposed to rain in a couple days. Toyota discovered the window motor had not been plugged back in. Ive attached a photo of the Toyo techs comments so you know Im not bull****ing too. With the motor plugged back in, the switches operate the windows up and down just fine, with only the auto up and auto down features not functioning properly... something All Star likely damaged through their incompetence. Thank you so much All Star for wasting hours of my life and returning my car in legitimately worse condition then when I brought it in. Its now very clear to me why Safelite was booked up until Friday and you were able to get me in same day. AVOID LIKE POISON!

Theyre cheaper than competitors, but for a reason. I had to come back 4 times in a month after they replaced my windows due to a variety of problems. I even found a loose screw in the back seat they forgot to put back. If your insurance will cover the costs, go somewhere more expensive. Out of pocket, this place is reasonable and the staff were willing to hear me out each time I came back for warranty.

My rear driver website was smashed and I was quoted 400 from safelite through geico when I filed a claim and I thought that was pretty high so I shipped around and this place was a total of 300 and had better reviews than safelite. They did a fantastic job. I called around 9 am they took me that same day at 2 and it came out fantastic! They even vacuumed my car and the receptionist was very nice and informative and it took about an hour. Id def recommend!

Our call lasted les that 3 minutes and I will never bring my car back to all star. You’ve replaced a few of my windows as Seattle is prone to break-ins. Truly disappointed. Do better.

All-Star is simply an outstanding business:-Owner Tom and the staff are exceptionally courteous and responsive. I am especially grateful to Edward, who has gone above and beyond handling our companys needs.-Their prices for glasswork are extremely competitive. They even bring mobile techs to you for a fee significantly lower than Ive seen elsewhere.-In my experience, All-Star consistently exceeds expectations without being asked. For example, I recently had to leave a car with them a few days after vandals blew out a back window. They garaged the car every night for safety, and while they were waiting to do the repair (a wait caused by our issue not theirs), they carefully installed plastic on the open window so that the car would not be damaged by the elements.In short, and absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend them without any reservations.

I chose allstar because Ive heard of them. I set my appointment at what I thought was allstar in Issaquah instead it was their sister company. I dont use unknown places for my truck because they dont tend to have standards of service let alone any customer service and this place just solidified my theory. Allstar should disown their sister

We got a quote for the same thing (windshield replacement) online and in person and got 3 different prices over the span of a few weeks with no reasoning for why it varied $100+. What? Ended up actually paying the lowest of the 3 seemingly random numbers that we were quoted but the experience sketched me out.On the bright side, my new windshield looks great.Overall, a weird experience but my car looks good and the employees were cool so there’s that. *thumbs slightly up*

All star auto glass was able to get me in for a window replacement same day and completed the work quickly so I could make it to a job interview! Took my truck to get a new windshield installed today. I had an appointment and showed up on time. They got my truck in about 10 minutes after the appointment time. An hour went by and I walked back to where they were doing work out of boredom, and the guy that was supposed to be working on my truck was standing next to it doing nothing talking on his phone. Another hour went by and it was done. First thing I noticed was my mirrors were not adjusted. So I tried to adjust them with the switch inside and nothing happened. I then noticed my radio clock was not on and the radio didn’t work. Lastly I have a small monitor in the corner of my dash that shows me additional gauges. That wasn’t turning on either. They of course said it was them they didn’t mess with anything. Well it worked before you replaced the windshield and now it doesn’t. Drove home and realized my wiper arms weren’t installed correctly. The wiper blades weren’t covering the whole windshield like they were before. They were actually moving below the windshield near the hood and hitting the plastic below the windshield. So I had to remove them and install them properly. Last thing that annoyed me is there is no coffee in waiting area. Who doesn’t provide coffee in their waiting area? Also this is All Star auto glass and they have soaps playing on TV and not any sports? Anyway I’m beyond frustrated and will never recommend or bring another vehicle back in the future.

Pretty expensive for a process that took 10 minutes to complete. Staff was friendly. They check the vehicle prior to taking responsibility to ensure no damage is blamed on them if there prior. Lobby was pretty comfortable. Easy entry and exit system with an easy to find location. Parking was a bit tight but its Seattle.

The windshield replacement was fine, just dont do it for the car washes! All-Star provided me with the best quote to get my 2017 Outbacks front windshield replaced. Scheduling with JD was easy. The tech showed up within my appointment window and worked quickly. He did a great job installing my new windshield and taking care of the old one. He told me to let it sit and set for at least 45 minutes before I drove it. I did a walk around my car and it looked great. There was some trash from the install left in my driveway. 4 hours later when I had an appointment I went out to my car to find the battery completely dead. The tech left my passenger side door slightly ajar, causing the interior lights to remain on and kill my battery. There was also more trash from the install left on my passenger seat. I ended up having to get a friend to come jump start my car, and was late for my appointment. This was obviously a huge inconvenience.After everything I wish I wouldve gone with another company who paid more attention to details that matter to their customers. This ended up just being a big headache.

Someone broke into my car on Friday. Safelite amazingly fixed it the next day. Sarah was the tech for my car and she really hustled to get it finished. I had my kindle and a cup of coffee and was gratefully willing to wait several hours. She was done before my coffee was cold!!!!Im sorry if anyones car is vandalized, but these guys are amazing!The waiting room was really clean and well stocked with snacks and hot or cold beverages. Comfy chairs and a quiet atmosphere👍

Ive used All Star in the past and have been happy with the quality of their work and materials. In this case, we had a cracked windshield and scheduled a mobile replacement. Following the replacement, a long scratch was found on the passenger side windshield, so we scheduled another appointment at their shop to replace it with another one. We were not charged any extra dollars over the original estimate and they waived the mobile service fee. Everyone including the receptionist, the technicians, the shop manager and general manager were all very friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs. All Star has gone out of their way to make sure our needs are met. They have stand behind their workmanship and have taken responsibility when there is an issue. I would use them again and again because of the customer service and commitment they have shown us.

Brought a friends car in to have some window dings fixed before they spread. You do not need an appointment for that service but depending on the time of day you may have to wait awhile. I was able to go in and be done and out the door in about 90 minutes. The employees are helpful and very nice. Would definitely use their services again.

Sadly, I’ve had my car broken into twice in two months. Both times, All-Star Auto Glass was able to get me in for a same day appointment to replace the broken windows. They took care of the car and cleaned up the broken glass. It’s great knowing there’s a local shop that can accommodate last minute and do a good job. This kind of service makes it much easier to move on from when unexpected damage happens.

Especially when I call one day in advance to get scheduled and am told to just call the day of and before 4pm so they could make sure someone would be available to do the work. Then the day of I do exactly what i was instructed by calling about 1hr in advance and whoever answered says, if youre here after 4pm there may or may not be anyone to help. Not exactly the answer i was expecting. The guys attitude wasnt so great either. Didnt seem like he was really willing to help the situation. You guys could make quick, easy money through my insurance too.

Had an appointment today between 1&5. Installer called and said he’d be closer to 5. Here we are at nearly 7 and not another word from them. Not a good start.Here we are 3 days later-After my first appointment snafu I got a call from the dispatcher and owner both apologizing profusely for the lack of communication. I can understand how stuff happens and schedules can’t always be kept. I scheduled another appointment for today and am extremely happy with the work. The technician, Gary, was very skilled, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will definitely use them next time if I can continue to get these results!

Recently had my rear truck window replaced here. The first red flag was that the receptionist politely coached me not to leave a message for the manager when I had specific technical questions on which replacement window to buy. After several calls I was told both times that they couldnt find the tint to match my truck even though they are readily available online. When I left a message I never got a call back. I showed up in person and was able to get help from the manager who was helpful in person. Turned out they are able to get the part I needed. While hanging out in their office waiting for the work to be done, it was clear from the staff that the manager is frequently MIA and leaves them without the support and communication they need. When the window was replaced I was disappointed that the tint didnt match my expectations of what I had very specifically asked for. It appears lighter than the windows I was very clear I was trying to match. I was surprised that a place that does this all day doesnt check with the customer before doing the work. By the time I saw the window it was obviously too late.For over three hundred dollars I expect to get what I want. To top off my dissatisfaction with All Star they didnt even bother to vacuum up the broken glass from the window they replaced and didnt even clean the window they had just installed. It was covered in glove prints, no pride in their work. For a company who bills themselves as so great, my experience was nothing notable.

Pleasant Receptionist. Really long wait times. Vehicle was a mess when returned to customer. Left permanent black butyl upholstery stains on light colored cloth upholstery and debris all over the front driver/passenger compartments and floor mats inside, and butyl stains on exterior White paint that took lacquer thinner to remove and took 45 minutes to remove it when I returned home.

I went to this place to get my cars windshield replaced. They inquired all things they needed to know about my car and then gave me a price quote. But when I went to collect my car, they had bumped up the price because of a higher quality windshield. They did not bother to call me before they fixed the windshield with extra cost than what they told me. I ended up paying more than what I was comfortable paying. Make sure to ask a lot of questions to them to make everything clear before doing business with them.

My experience with All-Star Auto Glass was very poor. I called to book an appointment to get a vent glass replaced in my vehicle that had been broken into the night before. The person who made the appointment told me that it was possible to have a mobile repair done on Friday morning. This was crucial since I had guests coming in town in the afternoon and I needed the repair done before then. However, a few hours passed (and I was already at work at this point), I got a call from one of their representatives notifying me that the repair cannot be guaranteed in the morning but it would be completed by 3PM at the latest. Although this was far from optimal, it was something I was willing to work with. Another hour after that, I was told that they have a delivery vehicle that is bringing the part from Portland and that they cannot guarantee a time for when the part will arrive. The representative was quoting me a time that was far too late in the afternoon and was suggesting that I perhaps consider rescheduling to Saturday. After going back and forth a few times on scheduling, I could start to notice signs of annoyance and impatience from the person on the other side of the phone. Furthermore, I decided a few minutes after our call ended that I would prefer to bring the car into their shop in the morning instead of having a mobile repair done without a time guarantee. However, once I gave the call to the representative to change the plan, he was visibly angry and seemed annoyed that he had to make a bunch of changes to the system to get this done! I was simply appalled at the response I received even though the mix up was caused by mistakes on their end. At this point, I decided not to proceed with All-Star Auto Glass and found another shop to get the job done. I am leaving 2 stars because I did not actually get a repair done by All-Star Auto Glass and I think it would be unfair to give them anything less without factoring in the quality of the potential repair that would have been done on my car. However, judging by how I was treated, I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Someone broke into my car a few days ago, so I needed a new drivers side back window. Was able to schedule an appointment ASAP. When I got here, the staff was friendly and had my car done in about an hour and a half. It was the correct fit, correct tint, and operated as its supposed to. They also vacuumed the shattered glass from inside my car. I recommend this place.
