Sketchy area but the guys working are great and helpful and your inside a fenced area

The staff at the warehouse was great. The Albert Lee experience was poor. Although promised to be at the Fife warehouse on Saturday, when I called ahead they said they had delivered my appliance to someone else. I had to drive to Ballard to pick up the refrigerator because my elderly mothers refrigerator failed and she needs cool storage for medications. The store manager apologized and said that their system was to blame.

Amazing customer service. The dishwasher we wanted wasn’t in stock and we couldn’t wait, OK. Bought one in stock at a good price, warned it could be several weeks wait for scheduled delivery but they’d try to squeeze us in. Got a call same day and it was at home installed. I know this isn’t typical but we’ve always found they try their best.

Ive bought a hand full of item over the years at Albert Lee. The delivery guys are great fun people.

Manny the delivery driver was amazingManny totally stated what he could and could not do per the delivery chargeI think Manny is a very professional and courteous driver. Manny made my shopping experience so much better. Up until I met Manny during the delivery it was pretty much normal appliance buying. However since Manny delivered my new fridge my life is so much better

These guys were super helpful over the phone, I got a new washer and dryer set on sale and they set up delivery and hauling away my old set within the week. They even answered all of my dumb questions very patiently!

Just received our new Bertazzoni oven. The delivery went so smoothly, on time and great communication. Troy and James unloaded and delivered without incident even though it was a tricky building to get around!Thanks so much, highly recommend.

Worst experience ever.We purchased over $12.000 worth of appliances from them since they were recommended by our contractor.the fridge they sold us was a used one that was returned to them because the water line was broken so we had to replace it and the replacement one is not working either, when we called for service they sent us GE Technician when our Fridge is a Kitchen Aid band.the washer and dryer were sold to us used also, the drum on the washer was completely disconnected, when we tried it for the first time, it started vibrating hard and started leaking water all over our floor, damaged the wood floor, when they send their tech he was shocked and witnessed the floor damage. when we called to complain they treated us like we are trying make things up and just wanted some money from them.now the stove: since day one it will not light up so they send a tech to look at it ( less than a week after we purchased it) determined that the heads were not lined up, we followed his recommendations but we can never know when it will light up and when not, after a month the spark stopped working and we have to use a lighter to use it ( when it works ).the hood fan: it stopped working completely, this was almost a $2000 hood fan. when we called for service they said that they are 1-2 months out that means we should stop cocking until they can find us a tech to come out.Dont get fooled by their advertising campaign and name, they are a bunch of liars.I spoke to their service manager, he was very rood and started being sarcastic over the phone and finally hang up.their prices are not the best either, we found that we paid at least 10-15 % over what we couldve paid for the same Appliances from other retailers.I recommend you do your home work before you give your had earned money to these people.our sales associate was: Roy Schmidt

Very professional appliance delivery company. I would definitely give them an 5 star rating.

I bought a Blomberg fridge/freezer from them, it immediately leaked and caused 6K+ in damage. Blomberg washed their hands of this (never ever ever ever buy anything from that shady company) and Albert Lee has been unable or unwilling to make to make it right. This is after I spent tens of thousands with them.I used to be all about buying locally but you are truly better of with some corp big box. They have deeper pockets and probably demand their vendors don’t sell garbage.

The annual warehouse sale is quite an event and not for the faint of heart. Its crowded and noisy and the checkout line is long (although it moves quickly). But you can get some great deals here. If you have a truck and can take your appliance with you there are scratch and dent items that are practically new. And if you want delivery they also have new items that can be ordered. It would be good to know what you want. There are manufacturer representatives for the major brands to answer questions, but for the most part youre on your own. But did I mention really good deals??

I had a custom home built and I purchased ALL my appliances at the Albert Lee Appliance Warehouse Sale. My mom convinced me to wait in line the morning of the sale and I am glad I did. I was able to purchase everything that I had been hoping for at a tremendous deal! If I ever build again, I will make sure to make one of their sales again!

Amazing selection and great staff! We went for their warehouse sale and got like 70% off a washer dryer. The staff was super knowledgeable and were able to work with our delivery schedule.

Went to warehouse sale. Ridiculous prices compared to Lowes. All sales final, 1 month delivery, curb side and in home delivery are 2 different prices. I eventually got all new appliances cheaper and a $250 gift card with next day delivery at Lowes. I went during the November warehouse sale. Overhyped.

Great appliances and helpful warehouse staff. They let me pick up some cardboard boxes so I could help my kids entertain themselves building club house at home!

Does not open for will call to the general public until 9am. They are packing up their trucks for delivery prior to that. You can get in sooner, but not until they are done loading their trucks.
