I went in to get a screen protector replaced on my phone, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and very knowledgeable staff. Well, I can actually say I had a good time there......which shocks me since I hate technology and fixing things.....they were 10x more responsive than U Break it, Ill fix it....who said my phone was too new to get a new screen. They were less expensive (That does not mean cheap) but they were fair and fast.and...they were accommodating and friendly. They also sell refurbished computers...and I needed a new one, so ended up with a nice computer as well which was exactly what I needed....I would never go back to U BREAK it. Richard, the owner, was amazingly helpful as well as Victor. I highly recommend them if you need a repair.

Broke my phone screen a year ago and went back to this location because there was a warranty . Was denied because of scratches on the screen expected me to pay full price when the screen whent black outt of no where.NEVER Go here!!!! Was claiming to be will to work with me requiring me to still pay 129.

They should change the name to cell phone destroyers. i have been to this and the other Scottsdale location four times now (gonna be 5 soon) and have paid over $200 to get my cracked screen fixed. after the repair, the camera stopped working. they fixed that now the face id no longer works on my iphone. come to find out other places charge way less for screen repair and your phone will still work after lol. go somewhere else and avoid the headaches and frustrationEDIT: this guy won’t take responsibility for anything. First the repair that was done at home had NO ISSUES, it was only after i brought it to CPR with the “licensed professionals” that the issues began. secondly you didn’t make it clear to me that the other CPR franchise that I went to was separate from the one that you own, which has caused a whole other plethora of issues because now I can’t get my original complaint resolved because I’ve gotten repairs at two separate stores and neither of them will claim responsibility for my phone no longer working properly. Then I did end up going back to the store where one of your employees said that he could not repair the face ID because you guys were in Apple certified and wouldn’t be for another couple of weeks so and nobody has called to follow up on that so. I will not be removing the review, sorry.

Worst place ever for phone repair. I’m a huge Apple person, always go to the Apple store for everything. Came here since it was cheaper for my iPhone XS Max screen. They put on a new one and it didn’t work, then they put on a 2nd screen which still didn’t work. I told them to back the old one, and they forgot to put in the speaker. What a joke. Manager refunded us and now won’t even listen to the problem?!?! Another customer is literally here right now with a similar issue, a battery replacement that they didn’t fix correctly.

Fixed Series 3 Apple Watch after lens fell off. Replaced the battery as well since the watch was open. The cost was a little steep especially during September 2020, right before Apple is supposed to reveal their new products for the year. Hopefully the repair was worth it? Debated about repairing this watch but a new series 5 similar model was still $200-$300 more than the repair costs. The owner and employees were honest and responsive to all questions. They explained the repair procedure, timeline, and where the parts come from.

This place was awesome. I thought my phone was completely done for. I took it to the at&t right across the parking lot, and the person there said I could try here as an option for repair. They save me so much money by just replacing the lcd screen. Plus they were so friendly and upfront about costs and such. It was a very pleasant experience! Chris and Luis took care of me that day. Plus it’s so adorable that I’m definitely planning on getting my cracked camera lens fixed there soon.

I needed a new on / off switch installed on my Dell laptop. I went to Best Buy in the same shopping area and was told they were only taking appointments for repairs. The Best Buy Associate recommended CPR and said they also fix laptops. I brought it over, gave them the new switch I had already ordered and they quoted eighty dollars labor. I was called the following day to say it was completed. Their were no extra charges, it was done for the price they quoted. I would go back to CPR for a future repair. Thank you.

Richard is awesome. I dropped a heavy piece of metal on the front of my iPhone X and it cracked through the screen protector I had on there and into the front camera. I thought the Face ID was done for. Literally within an hour the phone was completely fixed as though nothing ever happened to it. Highly recommend CPR Scottsdale and yes they are open during the Covid pandemic if you have any phone issues.

Max and all of the cpr staff were amazing. They answered all of me and my husband’s questions. We are hard people to sell to so financing we were at first skeptical but they gave us all information we needed. They processed our financing information quickly and even gave us over and beyond what we expected with two new iPhones. They definitely earned returning customers and tons of referrals from us to family and friends.

I broke my iPhone X screen and brought it in to be repaired. They explained to me the different kinds of displays, hard vs. soft which was kind if cool actually and very informative! These guys are not only honest, but smart and transparent! I had called other stores and they had no idea on the differences. I have a new beautiful screen that looks, feels and acts like my original but for a fraction of the price Apple wanted to charge me. Highly Recommend!

First went to Geek Squad at Best Buy and waited 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged; no sign of life except a sign sayin the next available appointment was in 3 hours. So, I went to Digital Doctor as I had seen the sandwich board in the parking lot. They were amazing! Fixed my laptop issues quickly, reasonable price and really helpful. Highly recommend.

In terms of computer repair, they have VERY limited knowledge, maybe that of a few YouTube tutorials at best.I brought my laptop there and they just deleted ALL MY DATA! And reinstalled Windows which is the easiest thing to do. And had the audacity to charge me $120 for that job!I told them the data was very important. I spoke to more qualified actual technicians and they told me they only backed up the read-only files. A lazy attempt to do a job. My little sister can do that....The guy said he will backup and clone the drive. No clone was made. Not only did they lie to me about it, but they also didnt do the job I PAID FOR! WOW!I hope the drop in a star rating on Google Reviews teaches you the lazy way isnt the right way. If you wish to resolve the issue, contact me. SAD!

Dropped my iPhone and it cracked the screen plus the generic screen cover I purchased from Amazon for $7. So, for $119 to replace the screen then another $40 dollars for an upgraded cover they HIGHLY recommended. To replace the new screen protector it will only be $10. Well I unfortunately dropped my phone again. So I come in to get a replacement and they told me I cracked my screen again (the fancy screen protector I was sold did not protect my phone screen) so it will be another $140 to fix it vs $10. Should have just purchased the Amazon screen cover and saved my self $40. Complete rip off!

Great job of serving several customers at one time including excellent service to someone from out of town who they knew would probably not be coming back. They set me up with my first cell phone service plan for the brand new iPhone I brought with me and made no complaints when the first plan I had chosen turned out to be incompatible with my phone. They helped me pick out one that did and sent me on my way with a working phone and best wished for a very reasonable charge.

Called to see how long it would take to install batteries for 2 iPhones & replace their cracked screens. I was told it would be one hour. When I got their they told me it would take at least 24 hours. Total waste of my time. Been going there for years, but I’ll be going somewhere else from now on.

I only had my screen replaced per the Invisible Shield warranty but the guys there answered several questions about computer issues I am having and I will be taking my laptop to them very soon. The costs of their services were very reasonable. I wish I had known about them before I tossed my last phone and bought a new one. I bet they could have repaired it. Thanks guys! I will be back.

Digital Doc is and will continue to be my go-to repair shop for my computers and smartphones! I have had multiple repairs done here and the team is incredibly knowledgeable, as well as very personable. The work is always done in a timely manner, and they have been very accommodating of my hectic schedule and my need to have as minimal downtime away from my computer/s as possible. I love that its like coming in and having my friends fix up my computer for me. We talk computers and even catch up on personal life stories, its such a comfortable and trusting place. I recently brought my mother in here as well and she was very impressed by them too. They took great care of her computer and were sensitive to her needs (she can get very nervous about her computer). They were very patient with her and explained everything to her in detail and even showed her videos so she could visualize the issue at hand. I recommend them to anyone who has any computer or phone troubles! I plan to utilize them for all of my employees computer needs as well. Please dont waste your time going to places like Data Doctors, or Best Buys Geek Squad (please...dont even consider that as an option ha). Richard and his knowledgeable team will take care of you!

It took about a week and a half to get it back and I am very please and so is my son!! The Vita looks like I just took it out of the box. Great job Louis!!

My son decided to throw my phone in the toilet and flush it! I thought my phone was a goner! I found Digital Doc on Google and decided to try them out and see if they could fix it. The staff was very professional and polite. I am happy to say they were able to fix it and my phone works like nothing happen! Definitely coming back if need be.

STAY AWAY!! Wow, not only did they tell my wife there was a warranty and then say there wasnt, but she was yelled at and felt physically threatened by the employee, multiple times. The owner had to remove the employee from the floor, but didnt appear to seem that it was something abnormal. Quite honestly weve never had a business act in this manner, its beyond out of line.

Absolutely impeccable work, and the best prices in the valley! Brought my Nintendo switch here after it broke from a drop, and they had it fixed in less than week. Many places out here say they dont work on Nintendo switches. Ill be giving them business as long as devices keep breaking lol.

From my initial email inquiry to the day I picked up my shiny repaired phone, I had a great experience. Quick, too.

Manager was yelling and tried to intimidate me. The owner asked him repeatedly to calm down, stop yelling and go in the back room he stood his ground. I asked him not to stare me down and he said, “I can do whatever the hell I want.”The owner asked him again to leave to he refused. The manager had to be escorted out by another employee.-In response to the owners untruthful comment:-I never called anyone a liar.-I did drop and brake my phone.-No I did not expect a free repairI understand the warranty to be a lifetime repair I had already paid for.-You did not offer a huge discount. You offered $10-I never said your offer or response was stupid* I will remind you that there was an eyewitness present.The store manager said with sarcasm, “ you can break your phone as many times as you want and bring it in as many times as you want and you’re going to pay ....”I cut him off and said please don’t say something stupid. That’s not the issue here. He took that as me calling him stupid and began to yell and verbally attack me. The Comment was rude, sarcastic, and unnecessary. Any customer knows that they can bring a product in for repairs and pay full price.After the manager was removed I was able to speak calmly with the store owner. He agreed that his employee was completely out of line. He agreed that the comments were unwarranted and rude. He did offer a $10 discount in addition to the $10 repeat customer discount he offers everyone. I told him that I was scared and didn’t feel comfortable leaving my phone in his store with his manager.There was a misunderstanding on the warranty. I believed it was misrepresented by the owner and employee. I tried to explained to the owner I understood there was a life time coverage on damage. The first time I was in the employee explained that if I broke my phone again I could bring it back for repairs for the lifetime of the phone. I was surprised by this and I guessed this justified their higher prices.Regardless of the misunderstanding on the warranty this review is about the managers behavior in front of the owner and the owner not seeming like it’s a big deal.

I called in to get a price to fix my iPhone screen. I got a weird vibe from this place so I kept calling around. After calling a few places and doing some research online I found my suspicions were correct. These people will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get you to come in. Even if it means theyre lying. Do your research people!! I copy pasted comments from the owner on other reviews and they speak for themselves. The owner is a liar and a crook. Why would I give money to this place?!?!Response from the owner 5 months agoAll Apple screens and Samsung are made in China. All my replacement screens are from reputable distributors that every repair shop uses, and all repair shops use the same screens. Only Apple sells OEM screens, just an FYI . I give a lifetime manufacturer defect warranty on every iPhone screen replacement.
