My husband and I went to this location with the intent to resolve a billing issue with our wireless service. I had made numerous phone calls and spent hours on the phone with customer service. I spoke to numerous customer service agents and supervisors but they could or wouldn’t resolve the issue. Owen greeted us when we entered the store and immediately reassured us that he would do his best to assist us. He patiently listened to us and got Zack his district manager involved. Zack made a call and our billing problem was resolved. Kudos to them!
Never visit this store. My plan was changed WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. The person that talked to me was not helpful. He was so rude to me I ended up telling him not to change anything on my account and I walked out of the store. Apparently he made changes anyway, and now Im getting charged for texts when I used to have an unlimited plan. I will be reporting this location to the BBB.
