I wouldnt advise using this store - only authorized retailer up-charged device, and charged $100 setup fee for turning on the phone and having me input my apple ID information even after I told them I was comfortable with doing the data transfer myself. Also advised incorrectly on rebates and ended up voiding my rebate with upgrade.

We have been satisfied customers of Verizon for 12 years and moved to Arizona 5 years ago.The store at 14900 N. Pima Rd. is truly EXCEPTIONAL. We went to upgrade one of our phones with several questions and each one was answered clearly, patiently, explanatory and politely by a TRUE PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE - Hanadi. Had a great Verizon experience the other day. I came in to the store afterhours last week and was helped immediately. Frank was really good, helped a lot. He took the time to set my new phone up and to reset all my passwords. He even offered me a glass protector that i am pleased with so far. Hope I dont break my new phone. Great store! My experiences at most phone product/service locations have been all over the map. But, I will say that this location was the best I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There were no high pressure sales.We went in last Saturday to pick out a smart phone for my mother, who is 71. This is her first smart phone. The young man who was helping us, immediately selected one with a larger screen that would be easier to use and see. While she was being helped, I mentioned to another member of the staff that my phone had been running slowly and I wasnt sure why. He took it and figured out the setting that was slowing it down and reset it in about 30 seconds!Mom is loving her new phone and I highly recommend this location for your smart phone needs!

I had an outstanding with this store. I came in with some issues with my old phone and getting something sent back to Verizon. Erik the manager helped me out and made everything so simple and easy for me. Its been a rough year for me and its nice to have someone like him at the store. This is honestly the best service I have every gotten at any phone distributor. Jamar in particular helped me when my phone was stolen, and receiving new service and a phone. He also helped talk to the police to help me locate the phone which we could view from the find my phone app. to recover my phone.Although Jamar has mostly helped me, I have noted the excellent service by all the other sales and technical people here at Verizon.To say it briefly, I am more than satisfied with the store location and always return here.

Purchased an iPhone watch for my wife as she currently graduating in her medical program and she expressed great interest into the watch as it allows her to view any messages during work without having to carry her phone in the case of an emergency. EXPRESSING this entirety to Alex and the importance that this is a surprise he failed completely to comply. Sent my wife 2 notification text messages and she also received 2 emails stipulating her recent purchase and shipment of an iPhone watch. THANKS for waisting my time and allowing my wife to have her Christmas issued on Dec 1. I provided my EMAIL and Contact number to avoid this issue and expressed DO NOT NOTIFY MY WIFE .... FAILURE and I will never return...

Tired of being oversold and pressured by Verizon Wireless stores in the area I decided to try this one. I was fortunate to have Camille as my sales gal. Shes: honest, smart, sensitive to customer needs, doesnt even try to take advantage of her clients, like the bozos at the other local shops. I got exactly what I wanted, and never felt pressured. I have already recommended her to others and would absolutely return. The wait times can be long, so bring a book!

My husband and I just returned from the Verizon store on Pima Rd., in Scottsdale, Az. We had a variety of issues on our older phones. Your representative named Mike (underneath his name was store manager) helped us get through our issues, answered all our questions, figured out both our phones that had separate issues and did it all with a sense of humor and very efficiently. We had been dealing with phones for over 2 years that would not let us buy apps and no one could figure out why. The DC Ranch Verizon store is worth going out of your way to get to -- if you have questions about service or need guidance about new technology. Recently, I purchased 2 phones from DC Ranch Verizon because the staff at that location offered solutions that really made a difference. Ask for DJ the manager, or one of his team.

Frank was awesome he helped me and 5 friends all get on a plan together and even stayed past closing time to make sure all of our phones had updated and working on the plan. Frank seriously is awesome!

When we got there no one was in the store but the salesman so we had his undivided attention he was very nice and informative let me try all the phones I wanted to and told me the different between the ones I looked at.

Mybullfrog is by far the best place to get all your Verizon phones and gear. Their outstanding support and friendly staff is by far superior than any other Verizon store around. There are probably 4 stores closer to where I live but I always go here. well worth the little extra drive.I worked with Bryan Levato. To say he was great to work with would be an under statement. He was able to get me the phone I wanted when the other stores couldnt. And even called me a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied. Went to this location to get an account problem fixed and some instruction on a Jetpack purchased thru Costco.Dexter Giesen was professional and persistent. He discovered that the message I received earlier in Sept. from Verizon abt going over my data plan on my smartphone was bogus.He worked with a supervisor at Verizon-Crenisha-to get excess charges credited back to me and got me a credit for the month of service that I didnt use on Jetpack because I couldnt get it connected.He also got my smartphone acct and my Jetpack combined on one account so all data is shared..which was what I wanted to begin with.I was very pleased at this development as I had previously been told by Verizon CS that I had to have a separate plan.I am so glad I got stuck in the Phoenix area due to a truck breakdown. Getting this resolved made it worth it.

Upgrading to a smartphone was a huge step for me not being up on technology. Michaels patience in walking me through how to use my new iphone was amazing.
