My mom and I went into Verizon and met with Kelly. My mom needed a lot of guidance in purchasing a new phone and transferring over all of her information. Kelly was kind, patient, affable and caring. She went above and beyond as we had to leave my moms phone there because the process was taking a while. Kelly stayed late, called my mom to give her an update and was just spectacular!!!! I want to warn you about Employee by the name of Will. I was so disappointed to know how sneaky this kid was. First off I told him I wanted to purchase new IPhone but did not want any extra coverage. He said okay. So I purchased iPhone, cover case, screen protector and box. My total was $187.00 I paid amount. After I paid Will put receipt in bag . I said I want to see receipt he was like I’m sorry but insurance was added but they won’t charge you. I stood there for a min and told him I told you I didn’t want insurance. Will said I -can’t take it off or it will mess up transaction but not to worry it won’t charge account. As I added up items I purchased there was two charges around $30 each. One for there assistance for setting up phone. Which they never set up my phone. And the other amount was for there warranty. I went back in the store asked him to explain these charges. Will said sorry that’s just what we charge there is no way out of that. I was very upset bc he never informed me of theses charges and charges for insurance coverage. I don’t understand, how an employee feels it’s okay, do add extra charges on some ones purchases with out the buyers consent! I was going to be charged MONTHLY for insurance I didn’t ask for and another 30$ I got charged for the water damage all this extra stuff, this employee added with out my consent !HORRIBLE customer service!

This store is full of scammers and employees that will not help you. I was quoted $1,400 for 2 trade ins, they took my phones and never applied it to my bill. It has been 5 months and they are claiming the phones were sent back but I am being charged full price for all new phones. I have paperwork and documentation of trade in and they will not assist in adjusting this. It took them 4 months and 5 phone calls to even submit paperwork to try and adjust. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and will not hesitate to cancel all phone lines if this is not fixed. Highly recommend against Verizon and this location.

My wife and I had a myriad of concerns when transferring data from old to new phones. Kelly, Max and Adam we phenomenal in assisting us. They answered all of our questions and problem solved to make the transfer seamless. It was a pleasure. Learned new applications in the process as well. We are two very satisfied customers.

With my heart I urge you to stay away from this person. I went into this store with a locked out phone just needing it not reset to factory specs. I was misled by him to upgrade to a worse phone than he had convinced me into canceling my existing phone plan. Now I have been scrambling for two months and have exorbitant bills to pay cause of his dishonesty and care only to make a sale. All I had to do was pay $40 in insurance coverage to replace my old phone and got no assistance from this store. Please, please, stay away from this location and do not deal with this boy!!! Not a real Verizon store by the way just a authorized dealer, yes dealer, i said it kid...Peace out bro... Im writing to commend one of your sales representatives, Jose Barraza. I had the pleasure of dealing with him at your Verizon Store at 8980 E. Indian Bend Road in Scottsdale, AZ, this past Tuesday.My wife, Patricia, had been there the day before, and was not happy with the service due to some confusion regarding optional phones, plans, and promo offers. Though she sent in an unfavorable review at the time, that all has changed when we both came back the next day and sat down with Jose.In the past, Ive always been the one to deal with these purchases, but Patricia decided to do this on her own. By going in together the next day, we were able to discuss the options with Jose. I have to say that he was extremely professional, patient, and spent nearly three hours with us, covering all the bases so we could make the right decision.In addition to Patricia getting the right phone and plan, I actually purchased a new phone as well, something I had not planned on doing at the present time. Working with Jose was a totally comfortable experience, and in the end, we felt extremely confident with our choice.Our sincere thanks and kudos to Jose, and we would be more than pleased to pass his name along to anyone thats looking for first-rate service.Yours truly,Gene
Save yourself the time and nightmare. DO NOT go here for your Verizon needs. We waited two hours one night to try to get our new phones, only for them to tell us their internet was down 20 minutes before they closed, and we had to come back the next day. The next day we waited about 3 hours again total. The person disappeared into the back for about 45 minutes (after helping us and telling us that the phones would be done downloading in 30 minutes). We never saw that guy who originally helped us again, and someone else had to take over helping us. Overall we waisted over 5 hours and two days of our time. Now when I log onto my Verizon the bill is $200 overpriced and they messed up our account. So I have to go back to another Verizon store and waist more time! DO NOT go to this store. You will regret it.

Big mistake. I thought this was a Verizon Store. My old phone was dying, I was stressed and super tired. Sales guy did not adequately explain what I was being charged for, my contacts did not all transfer, was signed up for a protection plan that showed up on my bill. Took some digging and several phone calls to figure out what happened. My fault for not asking more questions, and for more detailed answers to the questions I did ask, and not paying attention to authorized dealer. Expensive lesson learned. 😕

I walked in here with my boyfriend to get a new phone and we were the only people in the store. After waiting a few minutes, an employee came from the back room eating with his mask down, and asked us to sit and wait while he finished up with another customer. He was on Facebook on the computer, and there wasn’t any other customers in the store. We stood there and waited about 5 minutes, until we got mad and left. Don’t think he even cared. He stood there on Facebook with his mask off making us wait when there was literally no one in there. Thank god there’s a T-Mobile next door!!!!!

I came in last week for a small issue I was having with my phone. It was a bit busy but I was assured that a representative would be with me momentarily. I waited about 15 minutes and a representative named Duy helped me out. We spent about 30-45 minutes together and he fixed my issue and showed me what to do if this problem happens again. I was very pleased with his service, when I’ve come in the past to this location some representatives just fix the problem and move on. Duy took his time with helping me and I can me be very bad with technology at times, but he sat there and showed me how to fix many other minor annoyances I was having. Thank you, for the great service and I will be sure to come back!

Do NOT trade in your old iPhone 7/8 for a new iPhone 11. They accepted my iPhone 7 trade in valued at $300 and NEVER credited me the amount on my monthly payments. Just a marketing strategy to attract customers by up selling their old iPhones trade in value and locking them in with plans. It’s been 5 MONTHS and this issue is still not resolved. They keep saying we’re working on it and the lady who handled my transactions claims that she left her job and is pregnant etc.Verizon, is this how you handle your customers? Doesn’t feel a first world country by ripping off people without realising the fact you should treat you customers with honesty. Yesterday they said we will credit $150 to your account in 1-2 days after admitting their mistake and NOT the whole amount of $300. They said we will process the next $150 NEXT YEAR.Should’ve STAYED with AT&T.AVOID this Authorized RESELLER for Verizon.
Not very good experience. Get ready for paying extra charges like $10 for sim and around $30 for phone (Installation charges). I would prefer to visit corporate store instead of this store. I dont recommend this store at all

David T was so thorough and meticulous with making sure my plan was in tip top shape and just the way I wanted it. He answered all my questions so clearly and I never once felt rushed. I came in the store in an okay mood ready to buy a new phone and left with a huge smile on my face. I expected the phone switch to be a huge hassle like it always is but because of David, it was 100% hassle free and in fact, I actually enjoyed the experience. I had a most unexpectedly wonderful experience at this particular store. I took my elderly mother to buy her first smart phone (she does not have a computer). I basically knew what we were looking for and when I was ready a young man named Levi assisted us. He was the most considerate, patient, respectful salesperson I think I have ever met. He was very good explaining things to my mom and telling her what her new phone, accessories and plan would cost. He was extremely helpful to see that she got the best price he could get her with any available discounts. I am very grateful to Levi and the Digitell Verizon store for their help.

So impressed with integrity of the salesman, Curtis. We had very limited time to shop and he made it all happen without compromising good service and thorough information. He cared about getting us out the door on time just as much as we did, and that kind of customer service is hard to come by these days. In a matter of a half hour, we walked out the door with our new phone, new case, phone bill paid, and line of service activated. I would shop here again in a heartbeat!

One of most helpful and efficient Verizon stores Ive been in! We came in to upgrade one of our phones, and CJ helped us right away. In the past, upgrading feels like the longest process and that theyre trying to continually up sell us. But with CJ, he was so fast and even helped us decrease our monthly bill. Great experience!

Came into the store this evening. I was a little upset upon purchasing my iPhone 8 at Costco. The sales rep sold me the phone and would. Or help me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. John was awesome! He checked me in and immediately went to work transferring my information. He also had to help a couple other customers in the process. Once my phone was completed he informed me that my sons phone was close to an early upgrade and it would be a nice gift for Christmas, I decided to take advantage of the offer and upgrade my sons phone for Christmas. Again John did an awesome job! Will recommend to all my friends!
The man who helped us was nice enough, but he lied about everything he was doing with regards for our services. First, he told us wed be able to upgrade our Samsung Galaxys after the first year [which isnt true - that apparently only applies to iPhones. We wouldnt have gone with Samsung if wed known this]. Then he told us he was applying a special discount to our service, and wed see a large charge for the first month, then after that, our monthly bill would be X [that didnt happen - we had a large bill the first month, as hed said, and every month after that was not the amount he had quoted us]. He told me he was getting rid of one of the add-ons Id had on a previous account [also didnt happen - I took over the account and now see Verizon has been charging us for the add-on he said hed gotten rid of for us a year ago]. Very disappointed about the lies.But I will say, I had told him to only transfer over a certain amount of messages and information from my old phone, because otherwise the transfer would have taken 12 hours. When I got home and realized I had lost very important messages that I needed, I took my phone back, and he did everything he could to try to get the messages back. He wasnt able to, but he did work very hard to get them back.
Every interaction takes too long. From the wait time to the time with the reps. The good news is that the reps are knowledgeable, but their computer and inventory system needs work.

Jon B to helped me select a new Iphone after my IPhone 7 locked up after an update was applied. I selected an Iphone XR. He was very knowledge about the phone and all of it features.
