I wanted to sell my iPhone but got excuses when I came back. The offer to buy was $100.First I got deducted $10 for no sim card.then he wanted to deduct more if the account was still on there.then he wanted to test it overnight and I have to come back.I said forget it.I recommend go to the Apple store and not get the runaround.Waste of my time.

Beware most of these reviews are for a $5 dollar discount before you’ve ever use the product.went and got my screen repaired, they didn’t warn you before hand that your iPhone will show you alerts for two weeks telling you the screen is not and authorized partThe touch on the screen is not the same as a iPhone screen and the quality of the screen is substantially less, it will break much easier as happened to me within one week of the new screen and the phone was not dropped. I went back to the store and they offered no help or discount on a replacement screenBetter off just going and getting a factory screen from Apple which worked out much better.

I have a series 2 Apple Watch. I have been swimming with it on 3-4 times a week for four years. In fact I swam last Thursday. The face (glass) cracked on Friday so I took it in for repair. Repair went well, EXCEPT no one told me that the water resistant feature no longer works with a new glass face because the original seal is broken. So, when I jumped in the pool today to do my lap swimming, the watch shorted out and is now useless. I am very irritated that this was not mentioned to when I picked up the watch. I would have understood and not worn it in the water anymore. All they said when I called was “Sorry”. I am fuming! 🤬

This is a good place. I cracked the screen on my old iPad, brought it in and they turned it around in a couple hours. I got home and the repair wasnt exactly perfect, so I brought it back. Without question, they fixed the issue and had it back to me the next day. I was so pleased with the service that I brought two more very old iPads in for repair. For less than the price of 1 refurbished iPad, they revived 3 that had been sitting around collecting dust for years. Its good to know these guys are around. Very nice tech repair shop.

I really dont like leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but Im hoping this helps another consumer, as well as the business. Its also costing me $5.00, since they offer a $5.00 discount if you leave a positive review.I dropped off my daughter Apple Watch 2.0. The gentleman behind the counter inspected it, said that the screen looked fine, and theyd be able to re-glue/attach it for $40.00. I called the next day, spoke to somebody else (I dont think I ever spoke to the same person) and as it turned out the screen needed to be replaced, for $100.00. When I inspected it initially, the screen did not looked cracked or chipped or anything. My daughter swears that it wasnt cracked. Was it cracked ahead of time? I dont know. Maybe it was, maybe it wasnt. That was frustrating, and taught me to take a video and careful before-pictures, but that is what it is.And I was OK with that...I called back a couple of days after they told me that, and authorized the repair and he told me that I could come in over the weekend to pick it up.So I did. And it wasnt ready. He said that they ran out of screens and had to order more of them and it would be ready Monday. I asked why they didnt call me to tell me that (I, like many people, dont like to have my time wasted, nor needlessly walk into places with people during Covid). He shrugged his shoulders.I called back late Monday, and it wasnt ready. They had to order it Monday, and it would be in the next day. Maybe I heard wrong. Whatever.They finally called me I think late Tuesday and I picked it up.Advice for the consumer:Take pictures, with zoom, of whatever you bring in.Advice for the business:Be more meticulous when you accept products that may have a crack. Use a magnifying glass; offer to show the consumer. Dont mention $40 to re-glue the screen unless you are *positive* that the screen works and that is the cost of the repair.When you quote somebody time, LOOK IN YOUR INVENTORY. Pull the replacement part and write the customers name on it. If you arent sure, tell the customer Let me confirm that I have the screens in stock.If you made a mistake and run out of screens, CALL THE CUSTOMER; dont let them show up to find that out. Dont waste peoples time.It cost me $5.00 and 20 minutes of time to write this. I hope somebody can benefit from it.

This is the second time that I have been to AZ iPhone repair for service and I am satisfied once again. Both times could have been stressful as they were during COVID and I have two young kids. The first time was b/c my screen was broken, and this time apparently my screen was broken again- but for a different reason- the screen was dark. Fortunately, they did not charge me the second time because of their 3 month warrant on service. This made me very happy indeed.

This place is a scam! They told me they were authorized to repair iPhones (they are NOT authorized by Apple), so I got my screen fixed here about a year or so ago. I went in to try and trade in my phone and Apple told me it was worth $0 because a non-authorized dealer installed faulty parts! Be careful- non-authorized parts completely void your warrantee!!!

They were great! I had a child sleeping in the backseat and they came out to get my iwatch so I wouldn’t have to get him out. They mentioned online they had curbside assistance to help with COVID social distancing, and they absolutely do! My watch is back to normal and I couldn’t be happier! The job was finished within their quoted time and the people working there are super friendly. Will be back if (when) something else breaks!

Took my iPod classic in today to have the headphone jack port repaired because sound was only coming out of one side of the headphones/car speakers. It was fast and affordable service. They got it done in a little over an hour, no appointment needed and for only $40. It being an iPod classic (6th or 7th generation) a place like UbreakIfix was unable to repair it due to iPods pretty much being discontinued, but I still use and love my iPod and really didn’t want to spend a few hundred bucks on buying new one on amazon or something! Great place, highly recommend!

They’ve fixed my phone on more than 1 occasion. Always quick and fair prices. Going back tomorrow to have them replace my iPhone screen. Had to google them to find the hours, and figured I would leave a review while here since I am a multiple time repeat customer.

I needed a new iPad screen, and after checking several places, I picked Arizona iPad repair because they promised a reasonable price and quick service. They lived up to their word, but when I got home the iPad did not work. I had to bring it back to them to get it to work. They were very apologetic, and gave me a free screen protector for my trouble, but they should have checked the iPad before giving it back to me in the first place.

Nice People, diligent and honest. Had my iPhone repaired in 20 minutes and got a screen protector for a really good price. Also had an issue with charging my phone, instead of charging me more money to replace the connector, they cleaned it and now it has no problem charging.

I have used them over 5 times and they are great. They are the least expensive place I have found in or around Scottsdale for repairing iPad/iPhone screens, the devices work perfectly after being repaired and they have always done them quickly.Based on that alone they deserve 5 stars but the reason I came to leave a review is because of their water damage deal. If you drop your iPhone in water and need it fixed they will attempt to fix it for $20. If they can fix it then you are charged $20 but if not you arent charged anything else. I think that is a great price for fixing water damaged phones but what is amazing is how they seem to fix ANY water damage phoned. I had one that got knocked into the pool during a party and was there overnight....they fixed it. I have taken another old iPhone I had that set down in a drink that was in my cup holder and they fixed it. I have sent 4 other people there and all of theirs got fixed. It is very impressive.

Very poor quality of work. I brought in an prefect condition Apple Watch series 3 that need a new screen and when I went back to pick it up there were dents and scratches all over the outside of my watch the quality of work was very low. Then when I told them that the condition was not what I brought it in at the manger gave me some BS excuse on why there were scratches all over it. I was very disappointed in the work that they did and I would not recommend getting an Apple Watch fix here at this location.

I just took in my iPad 2 to get the screen replaced. All of the damage was limited to the top corner extending to the camera slot. Upon picking up the repaired iPad, I noticed a scratch UNDER the glass right in the middle of the screen. I walked right back in to ask about it. I was told that they only replace the top glass and that the scratch was the next layer down. The problem is... That scratch wasnt there before the repair; the only damage to the iPad was near the corner, not the middle so theres no way that damage was there before. Anyway, the guy simply turned on the iPad and said you cant see it when the screen is on. I didnt push the issue any further, but my repaired iPad is now damaged once again. What do you expect for $80 I guess.

I prefer local shops instead of franchise chains. Called the shop before coming to verify the price and time. Came in to get my iphone repaired. The price was good and so was the time it took for the repair. Also got a free tempered glass out of the deal! If you have to have your device repaired definitely recommend this place.

Did a fine job replacing the screen on my iPad for the advertised price with no extras and no hassle at all. Walked in, showed them the damage, went to McDonalds for lunch (walked over). Came back got handed my iPad, paid exactly the amount they advertised, and walked out.I had done a pretty good number on my iPad by dropping it so it landed on a corner and the compression caused micro-cracks across the while screen. The corner of the case was bent also. I would have bitten the bullet and gone into the Apple store for an exchange, but the iPad was a presentation from work and was engraved on the back so I wanted to see if it could be repaired. I had honestly expected to be charge extra for straightening out the case, since the advertised price was for screen replacement and this was more of a whole item repair. It never even came up, they just did the extra required. The new screen is good, very good workmanship and only a small blemish on the corner that took the impact.Highly recommended.

I stopped here on my last vacation to Phoenix and had them fix my iPhone. Everything seemed good until i returned home a week later and now my screen isnt touching right. I havent dropped it or anything so I think the screen is faulty.

It took a day longer than the promised time but when a store like this takes that much pride in their work I sure wasnt about to complain! The lied to me...twice. lied to my mom about the wait time being 20 minutes when it was an hour and a half. And then when I reminded him 2 times to call me when the phone was ready, he forgot and instead lied that he called me before and I didnt pick up. Dont trust them to call me, how can I trust them to fix my phone and at a reasonable price?

Recently moved to Gilbert and decided to have my iPhone 7 fixed there.Screen doesnt sit down right and has a spot that is sensitive to touch. It will kind of change colors when I press that part of the screen.

My IPhone 6 was almost unusable as I could not hear callers. This shop took the phone and worked it over with compressed air and successfully removed dust and grit in no time flat. And there was no charge. Just a pleasure dealing with them.

This place is horrible, I had my Iphone 6 fixed there, the phone worked fine for about a mouth, and then it started freezing and getting really hot. So I tooe my phone back into this place to see if they can fix it. The owner of this shop tells me that I dropped my phone therefore they warranty wont cover it(THERE IS NO MARKS ON MY PHONE AT ALL). When this is bullshit. Ive always had my phone in a case and Ive never dropped it since, so these guys lied so they wouldnt have to fix it under warranty. So now my phone makes a weird buzzing noise and the screen is unresponsive and has green lines in it AND the screen is not properly seated in the phone........ I wish I would of just left it alone and used it cracked...... !!!!!!THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE DONT GO HERE!!!!!!
