Brought in my GL450 which is known as a prolific maintenance hog. Business Was highly recommended by a work associate. Glad I went. I wish all businesses were this personal and professional. Absolutely stellar. Zero room for improvement. Loved the text recommended service advisor with actual pictures of findings of issues and repairs. The only thing I could recommend is free license plate frames and decals to help promote the business. Highly recommended.

I needed a wheel alignment and my Service A was due as well. I didn’t want to go to the dealer where service has progressively gotten worse over the years so I searched online and what caught my eye was “vehicle pick up and drop off” the fee for that was minimal and it would’ve cost the same to Uber back and forth. I then realized the services I needed were about 75% less than the dealer. I used the online chat feature and Carl was great to work with and Zach came to get the car, drop off, and was the one who worked on it. They definitely beat my expectations!!!! I went in to have them look at a broken rear view mirror. The Owner came out and looked it over. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the issue. He followed up very quickly with an estimate and a plan of action. I was very impressed at their entire operation from this brief encounter. Will plan to return for regular servicing on my ML 350.

Great to work with. Had an issue with an unknown noise from under our S-550. Carl was willing to fit me in last minute and took the time to have the car looked at. Though I was unable to get the noise to repeat for them, MBZ took the time to take a detailed look and made a couple of other observations for future service on some suspension bushings. Excellent and professional dealings and a good and honest shop. I will be back in the future.

What a great find. I am new to the area and was not expecting to find such a great independent Benz mechanic in N Scottsdale. Shop is clean and everyone that works there is really nice and welcoming. I originally brought my AMG in for an A service but they also performed a full visual examination to ensure that my car was in top running condition. In that inspection they did recognize some other items needing attention but at no point did they pressure or expect that I get them repaired, at their shop or at all. It was literally just an FYI. I did elect to have those items addressed and these folks not only did a great job on everything but were also very fair on pricing. Im thanking to have found these guys and look forward to having them service my car for years to come.

I replaced some suspension parts and needed a 4 wheel alignment. This was completed by MBZ quickly, professionally and at a good price. This is not the first time I have visited and Im sure it will not be the last.

Having previously owned a Lexus and BMW this was my first Mercedes and I had no mechanic. This company uses mobile technology for appointments, inspection, result of inspection even the invoice can all be texted to you complete with images and outline of issue so you know exactly what is going on with your vehicle. It is an extremely professional team and I recommend to anyone who owns a Mercedes.

When I get my car fixed, I usually put my dad on the phone to speak with the mechanic to make sure Im not being ripped off. At MBZ I dont have to do that! I feel like they treat me how they would their own family. I fully trust that they are not overselling me. They are very honest and kind! They didnt even make fun of me when I brought my car in for its first oil change in 40k miles...

This service has been excellent. They have always gone above and beyond the standards one expects from a Mercedes service. Everyone that works there are super nice and overly accommodating. I have taken several AMG cars here and I never have any doubts when picking them up that the service done is not top notch. I always recommend them to my customers. MBZ got us in right away when our 2500 Sprinter Mercedes’ check engine light came on. They worked with our previous mechanic who had just installed a water pump to communicate that the part had failed and handled its return. Five Stars. My Benz had an intermittent check engine light that was difficult to diagnose. Zach and MBZ took their time testing sensors, inspecting parts and getting to the bottom of the mystery. A less professional shops would have changed parts at random, crossed their fingers and charged me for guesswork. MBZ, on the other hand, performed a thorough diagnosis and changed ONE part. The price was reasonable. The shop is as clean as an operating room. Dont take your Mercedes anywhere else in Scottsdale or greater Phoenix.

I bought a 2009 CLS AMG from a dealer and MBZ checked it out thoroughly. They caught things I missed and fixed them timely. They also walked me through getting a dealer warranty for a leaky gas smell. Mercedes fixed it for free and I would not have known this without MBZ. They also recommended Discount Tires for wheel sensors because they are cheaper there. MBZ will not rip you off. They also fixed my cup holders and did a great job. I will always go here for trouble with my Mercedes.

Booked an appointment online; apparently despite MB offering that service they’d prefer that you not use it?I arrive 5 minutes early and instantly had my concerns dismissed by Sam. He was (is) EXTREMELY rude, condescending and did as little as possible to even feign as if he wanted assist - I cannot believe (don’t understand) how management would have him interact with the public.I just called the other MB and they told me that they could see me there, to come over!
