UPDATE: I have changed my review to from one star to four because Tim in the service department worked with us and resolved our issue. Tim was very communicative through the whole process and got us the result we asked for. We appreciate his hard work and communication in making our issue correct. It wasn’t his fault and he really just got thrown into it but he handled it correctly and made it right. Thank you Tim!Very poor service. Originally brought the vehicle in for an error alert, this was resolved. While at the dealer the exterior paint of my vehicle was damaged, I brought the vehicle back for them to repair the damage they caused. The “repair” job was even worse than the original damage. I am now having to deal with getting this fixed. A one day repair job has now turned into a three week ordeal. Can’t seem to get a service adviser that knows anything, the two I have worked with just say they are new. Does anyone know what’s going on in the service department? I would like to give more than a one star rating because the dealership part was wonderful when we bought the vehicle but the service department has been absolutely awful on 4 different visits.

I have a 2021 F-250. We had a power train failure warning. One the symptoms leading up to the warning was a very hard shift and lurch from rev to drive. I brought it in and within a period of a few hours I got a call back there was a service bulletin that described your problem Everything was fixed. So I went pick it up and first thing that happened was the hard shift. Got the service advisor out there who agreed thats not right let me get the tech ...who had left for the day. I asked for another tech, but the requested I leave the truck there so the same tech can look at the truck. We had taken our the truck in twice before service. A windshield recall they told me would take hours and once I got there they said it was 2-3 days had to go to a body shop I called Rodeo Ford and they said same day. The 3rd experience was a simple oil change and tire rotation. It was obvious they didnt rotate the tires because the brake dust was still on the front wheels. I had to explain how obvious it was. The tech stated there are within normal range so I didnt rotate them but it was spelled out on the statement is was complete. TERRIBLE service. Called Ford roadside assistance to arrange to Have the truck towed to a real dealership for quality service even though its a 40 mile haul. Then had a call from Autonation we forgot to mention its normal behavior after a SW update after wasting hours of my time. Dont waste yours

Schedule our car for service and warranty work. Was not told when I scheduled, with the work being done, they would need the car for more than a day. Of course day of, they have no courtesy/loaner vehicles available. I asked to be updated to make sure I could get the vehicle the next day so my wife and I could transport our kids and still get to work, otherwise we would need to make other arrangements. By 4:00 the next day, still no call or update. They close at 7. I had to call them 3 times to find out what was going on. What really ticks me off is they told me a noise I complained about was fixed. I listened to that noise all the way home just fuming over their lack of service.

Joe was my sales man and he was awesome!!! Hal was the used car manager and was also very great. This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever done. Could not have been happier with the Raptor I bought and the quick service I received. I will definitely buy from them again. Please ask for my buddy Joe, best salesman I’ve ever dealt with when purchasing a car.

Ive been getting my last 4 Ford vehicles serviced here for the last 15 years. Boy has this place gone downhill since automation bought them. I used to have one service advisor for years (Mike Quinton) he always answered the phone or called me right back, since he left a couple years ago its been a new advisor every time I have needed service which tells you alot about the company they are working for. Now I dont even have an advisor, I call in and its all goes to one number, nobody ever answers the phone, Ive left 5 messages on the voice-mail and nobody has ever returned my phone call. I would reccomend driving to get service at Sanderson clear across town than deal with these clowns. Too bad VTAG put thier hands on what was a great thing.

Disappointed with the attention given to my truck. The checklist was not filled out completely and was not legible to read. The tire rotation was done but the air pressure was not adjusted.

Ive called and left messages. Ive actually talked to humans who said they would help, but the Service department literally will not return a message or answer the phone. Im beginning to think the entire organization could use some leadership and direction in basic customer service. Two weeks and dozens of call attempts is utterly ridiculous. My warranty issue identified by my technician and my message to the service leader Matt are still unresolved. Pretty shocking.

The only reason this is a 2 and not a zero is because Cameron understood my frustrations when I had showed up unannounced to figure out what was going on. In two weeks I called 7 times and left 3 voicemail and received zero response. My 11 years of customer loyalty to this dealership might be coming to an abrupt end. ITS NOT HARD TO FIX A PHONE SYSTEM....FIGURE IT OUT! If the people you hire are that incompetent...let me know....Ill send my team over so when I call I get some customer service!

Just visited for the first time and was helped by service adviser Kevin Morgan. He was so nice and professional. My car was done very quickly and Kevin kept me informed the entire time. While I waited I used the Service Lobby which was very comfortable and had all of the amenities expected. It was also very clean. I will definitely take my car here again!

I purchased a 2020 F-150 at AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale. My salesman, Peace, did a great job, no pressure what so ever. I wanted a level kit installed and he got it right in and installed. I felt like I got a great deal. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Paid twice my 02 King Ranchs KBB value in repairs, but it was worth it after letting Callahan Auto in Mesa charge $2k without even being able to get it running. Kevin was very cordial and succinct. No bs. These guys KNOW FORDS. Thank you guys 👏 👏 👏

Not what I was expecting with a pre-owned car purchase. No pressure, friendly sales associate, professional sales manager and financial department. They called in a paintless dent repair guy to take care of a minor ding on the rear hatch before we even purchased it. They told us to test drive it as long as we wanted, no salesman ride along, and it had a half tank of gas not half a gallon. We did purchase an extended warranty that covers the entire vehicle including oil changes for the life of the loan. The finance department took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions. All in all, very pleasurable experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone else.
