Scam. Ripped off my 13th floor. Rude too.

They towed my car and charged a lot just to release it they had my car just 1 day, my debit card and credit card was in my car at that time, a week later i got notifications they used my credit card for a Netflix account, and they used ny debit card at Walmart online but i quickly blocked it so it didnt go through and they tried 4 more times using it, they took pictures of everything.

Was referred by Wernick Locksmith for a lockout on a Chevy Tahoe in our condo association parking lot in the 60656 area. Called the office and was very impressed with the polite service. Tow driver came quickly and was extremely polite and a God send. No scratching or damage done to the car. Highly recommend. Awesome experience. This place is a bit further away from my house, but well worth the drive. I always get taken care of with every issue I come with. Vito the guy always helping me out is definitely all about making the costumer happy and loves what he does. Every time Im there and someone comes in I only hear them asking if Vito is there. So if you need your car fixed something replaced or just checked out I recommend you go see them. Vito is the guy to go to.

This place is robbing people with their charges, They like to charge people for haven their cars at the towing lot during the weekends when they are close for the weekends I highly wouldn’t recommend to do any kind of buisness in their, The service is horrible and unprofessional and the people that work at the receptionist are individuals that lack character. I highly wouldn’t recommend to do any kind of business with this company and I strongly hope that they stop robbing people for their charges and that they get close down for robbing people on the charges.

Norridge police use these guys to tow. As such, they have the authority to jack up rates on victims who werent thinking about towing after a dramatic accident.

Service was snippy &took FOREVER. waited over an hour and a half for my car to be unburied from the snow even though I seen it parked in front with my own two eyes.

Was Told by Franklin police towing is only 100. I got towed Saturday evening. Went to pick up that same day and it was closed. So because of their own fault I have to pay 50 storage fee for those two days. Oh by the way. Police lied to me. Towing is 225. I pay for AAA for a damne reason. Because it was an emergency my whole check plus savings goes to these greedy low lifes.

Money hungry liars. They will do anything to keep your car in their facility for as long as they can. They lie about the car not being released. Do not use them. It is not mandatory to get your vehicle towed by them if it is not disrupting traffic.

What scammers these guys are. These guys target cars. You call in for assistance at 4am, tell them what you need assistance on and location your at and they say they dont do flat tires Next thing you know your car is gone for its out there sitting on a jack. They even go as far far as drafting fake Illinois State Police Tow Reports (I can draft one of these in minutes)and say it was authorized by ISP. I knew better for I called ahead and the State Patrol did not authorize this tow, but this tow company are on ISP preferred tow list. Friendly Joe the owner is classic scammer and he has this script down to a T. Hes got the scammer fees down too, $180 tow fee + $75.00 to drag the car out of the lot (he would not let me put my tire back on my car on his property, but his guys would do it for $97.50) + $20 Admin fee for Mama Joe cut and 2 days x storage fees at $35 per day. They will hook you on a Sunday, but you cant get your car back on Sunday for they are closed. They must be at church or something, but will answer the phone and tell you you cant pick your car up. Speaking of church, there was even a priest sitting in the owners office comparing rosary beads with I assume Mrs. Joe. Obviously totally oblivious to what is going on there at Village Towing or gets a nice cut in the basket at Sunday mass. They even went as far as closing all the gates so I could not see them putting my tire back on. Im sure something will probably malfunction soon. This is classic, classic scumbaggery in the Chicagoland area. No wonder why people like myself have fled this area in droves, its because of the government officials and business like this continue to rip people off like this. I would recommend that anyone avoid Village towing at all costs.

Very unprofessional, and they steal and take selfies in your car. Becareful they will kill the battery in your car then charge you to jump it .they will not let family or friends jump it for you, big scam!!!!!

This place is a scam. My daughter-in-law had a car accident last year April. Told RG police she had AAA and would call them for a tow. She couldnt drive the car. RG police told her it couldnt wait. Blocking traffic. ( AAA tow truck 10mins away). Towed car to village towing. Only open 8-5. Accident at 4:45. This was on a Wednesday. Got to village tow Thursday at 4:30. Charge for clean up after accident (65.00) Towing and time on the lot. Would not allow insurance company to view car in order to tow to insurance company lot to total out. Not open on weekends. Continued to charge over weekend. Insurance company had to wait till Monday. Total 650.00. Do I smell kick back to RG police? Shouldnt charge if u are not open to get car! Other tow companies are open 7/24. What a rip off.

Not open on the weekend but will still charge you for storage fees. I had to wait for 1 of 5 or 6 men who were from towing all trying to wrestle this soda machine in for about 30min even after I paid and even with the receptionist requested someone from towing come to the desk over the Intercom 3 times ... very slow paced, inconsiderate, empty head group of people.

If I can give 0 starts I would Worst place ever 4 miles $425 for tow storage fees said just for 2 hour
