They did an amazing job at my car. Had the car for one month and got into a hit and run. Thought my car would never look the same but you cant even tell anything happened to it even though they had to change the front bumper driver side door axle, suspension for both tires and other stuff obviously. I has a bad car accident and I thought the car was totaled and when we got the car back it was absolutely amazing how beautiful the car looked! It was better than when we bought it. We had bought a used car at a car dealership and the trim wasn’t as good as I would’ve liked and the car looks brand new after they fixed it. They gave us plenty of text messages to stay in touch as to how the car was progressing and they were very kind and caring to talk to. And they gave us just a beautiful car back! My car looked good when picked up but when looked at closely the paint was rough around the edges, you can see the buff marks and swirl marks from them buffing the car after being painted which I’ll have to redo myself since they couldn’t take their time to get it done right. My car didn’t start the next day since they left the better cables loose, none of the error messages were cleared from my car, my parking sensors didn’t work since they forgot to reset them, the interior and seats were dirty when I picked up the car and random bolts/screws were left inside the car. Plus they couldn’t even remember to put on my license plates when I picked up my car. Make sure you look over your car really close before driving away since it seems like they get lazy and don’t want to fix their small mistakes.

Great place. The car was not only fixed to look like nothing ever happened, they also detailed the car to look like new. I had to do a double take when I opened the door. Wife was calling her sister to recommend Caliber to her sister on the way home.

I was rear-ended by a drunk driver they put inferior Parts they showed me a list of parts that were actually manufactured from the same manufacturer my car but for some reason they didnt last very long. After two sets of Pirelli tires show them pictures and yet they did not want to take care of any of the work or any of the labor they did not want to supply any material or cover any of their labor in which they told me there was a lifetime guarantee well I guess its a life of a one-day fly is they did not cover anything that they promised this is not the company I would recommend anybody to go to stay away from this place like the plague thats right were in the middle of a plague were in the middle of a pandemic this place should be shuttered like a pandemic theyre absolutely worthless

Brought my vehicle here for repairing because my brother recommended it he brought his car in for repairs..... They told my insurance company my vehicle was a total loss....which it was really wrecked up n non drivable.... Which I drove it for 3 days for work n it was fine.... Which they knew it wasnt.... It was drivable when I took it in I didnt need no tow truck and I even have proof from the police man that made the report he even told me I could drive it just to show the report if I got pulled over..n they overcharge.....

The repair went amazing (for some reason my car has way better mileage), and the staff were very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. The repair time was better than expected especially since my car had over $6500 worth of repairs. I definitely will be back here whenever I need work done on my car. I also want to stress how friendly the staff and especially the manager was. This place is definitely worth 5/5 stars.

Terrible place. Had to deal with this shop twice (both times not by preferred choice). The driver’s insurance that struck my vehicle worked with this shop and repairs would happen the fastest if I went here. When my car was brought to them initially, the work took longer than was promised (driver’s door was replaced). That winter, when temperature has dropped significantly, my door no longer worked, would not open at all. I took my car there the next day and was told it had something to do with the mechanics in the door and the cold weather. I stressed that I wanted that replaced not to happen again. The follow up that was promised on resolving the issue was terrible by the store manager. Very unprofessional during all interactions. I had to go back TWICE because they managed to screw something up each time I brought it in. A friend of mine also took her car here due to insurance preference and had a unpleasant experience. Avoid this place if you can.

I went in after a front end collision. There was a metal grinding noise coming from the drivers side tire that was never there before the accident. They concluded that the noise was not caused by the accident. WITH OUT TAKING ANYTHING APART... I guess Im supposed to believe that the noise started at the same time of the accident by pure coincidence. And not because of the accident. dont waste your time or money.Plenty of other more competent companies out there.

I went here for Issues with some repairs and I had to wait a couple of months to get it fixed but they were able to accommodate me with a rental car for all the issues I had would go back .

I got my 2013 Focus fixed here after an accident in the fall of 2015 and at the time I would have given them 5 star review. It’s not 100% their fault I was insured by Gieco at the time and they made me sign something saying it was ok to use aftermarket parts. I would recommend if your car is newer don’t do this. They put an aftermarket radiator in there that started leaking after 3 years. They did stand by their warranty and replaced it free of charge. So I’m satisfied with their work.

I came due to a crash. My exhaust was bent in my Check Engine light came on. I never had it on before, they said they where going to fix, made me come twice knowing I did not have any other Car to move in. Called me saying there was a by-pass in my Cat and they couldnt cover me since it had been there. I went and got it checked by a Mechanic and he told me there was no by pass. He also told me there was no work done to it. They had previously told me they had put a new cat on it.They wasted my time and I lost a couple of days of work.

Abra in Schiller Park is great. Not all Abras are the same. Started here and should of stayed here. Went through Abra in Elmhurst because it was a Good hands shop. It was the worst experience ever. It looked like Mickey Mouse worked on the car. Had to take the car to Abra in Schiller Park for the warranty. Heres where they went above and beyond. Not only did they stand by their word and fix the car and cover the rental, but they did the work from the original estimate!! The car looks great. Rob the GM and Johnathan the CSM are amazing for getting the job done right and fast. Thank you both for the great service.

I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews online, however since it was close to my house and Im authorized repair shop by my insurance I decided to let them fix my car that was rear-ended. I am very satisfied with their work the car looks better than new.The detailing the did after the repairs made the car look like it just drove off the showroom.

My 2005 Honda CRV was hit in the front causing excessive damage they made all the necessary repairs replacing bumper and any part needed their customer service was very friendly and attentive highly recommended.

Just plain downright horrible. If you are from a Geico/Allstate or any other insurance and are looking at this place because its recommended by them then just run away.. check their Google & Yelp reviews.. run run run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

I brought my car here for a minor bumper touch up. They did a great job matching the paint, but some idiot decided to buff my entire car with an old pad or something. I have horrible scratches and swirls all over the car. I brought it back and they did a half ass job rebuffing it. They didnt even wash it before the buff. I called and complained and nothing happend. I dont recommend anyone here.
