Went twice to fix damages on my car and it still isn’t fixed. This place is a JOKE along with their management team. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Just picked up my car from Impact Body Works and I am very happy. Excellent customer service and excellent repair. Paint matches perfectly and all brand new hubcaps. The car was cleaned inside and out. Paul had promised to have it done quickly and it was ready in 3 days. I highly recommend Impact Body Works, definitely a 5 star rating from me.

Paul and staff where very professional and helpful, they kept us informed during the whole car repair which I really appreciated. The car looks like new, therefore I highly recommend this shop to anyone!Thank you!

After tapping a small snow bank during the freezing cold temperatures we recently had, I needed to replace the bumper on my car. I was referred by a friend to go to Impact Body Works and Im so glad I did. My car looks beautiful, the team at Impact went above and beyond with my car. When I went to pick it up, I saw it parked and could tell from a distance, not only was the repair done expertly, but my car had been cleaned, inside and out. Incredible to be able to find a business that operates this well. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, Ill know where to go.

Updated on 03/02/2018:Got my car back yesterday. In short: 5 stars service and absolutely perfect job for the body work! As I request, They keep the old parts for me so they can show me which parts has been replaced. I dont have time to write detail review today(may update the detail in tomorrow), so just let the photo do the talk!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------02/13/2018My wife got into a really bad accident and the tow guy, sorry I forget his name, suggested that I take it here and they will take care of everything. He waited us about 2 hours so that we can file the claim first.So, here is the photo of my car. It is a 2015 Mazda 6 touring only around 14000 miles. As you can see from the image, the right side rear wheel got a hard hit and the rear SUSPENSION damaged very badly, the right rear wheel and the axis already twisted and the car is not driveable.I love my car,  I really hope they can do a great job to make my baby to perfect condition. Inside, outside, appearance, alignment, steering everything. Especially the SUSPENSION, alignment, steering. I will check those thing very carefully when they say my car has been fixed. And I will keep updating this review in this progress.So far, everything is ok, so I give them 4 star.  I’ll update the review when I get the progress update from them.By the way, they do can provide free car rental, although it is old car but it’s better than nothing. Also, they said, the fixing job will take around 10 business days. We will see….

DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!!! Run away from this place as fast as you can. I know Daniel-the owner for couple of years and he & his body shop was my first choice to do the repairs after car accident which happened 2 years ago. They FIXED IT- but how they did it I had found out 4 weeks ago. They charge the insurance more then 10,000 dollars for repairs that in the most part have not been repaired the RIGHT WAY or AT ALL, they did not replaced parts that they supposed to, the elements were joined to each other with cable ties, so you can asked me what they did- just good impression, because car looked ok from the outside but what I discovered inside was a disaster. And right now I will have to pay for something that should already be fixed. I contact Daniel and asked him to pay for the repairs, but he told me to not to call him again - and that would be it when it comes to the lifetime warranty.Today I called the Impact Body Works and told them (I spoke to Paul- because Daniel was not there, and doesn’t want to talk to me) that I am suing them not only for fraud but also forging signatures on two party-checks from the insurance company (someone signed checks on my behalf).I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THEY ARE FRAUDS AND THIEVES. They will do more damage than repairs.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO REPAIR. All kind of problems, delay after delay.months to get my wifes car back,. When I got the car back, still problems with the drive shaft, alignment, had to bring the car back to them. Car never drive right afterwards, had to get rid of it. When I went to trade it in, the dealer showed me other problems with the repair, knocked more $$ off my trade in.Apparently they run a scheme with the towing company to deliver cars from accidents to them so they can work with the insurance company to make money on the parts to fix the cars. So, if the towing company brings the car to them, have it moved right away to another body shop. If you wait, they will charge you 100s of $$ for storage of the car.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE.Don’t trust them even if they seem professional to you. They just want to rip off as much money as possible from you or the insurance company.We trusted them and right now we will have to pay for the repairs- that were supposed to be done and already paid by insurance- out of pocket.RIDICULOUS RESPONSE from Paul, that they are very sorry to hear that our car broke down and that they can assure us that the repair was done according to written estimate and state laws means nothing to us.OHH ONE MORE THING- do you think that we would put the car to your body shop again? NOOO....!!!!You wish it would be not related, but it is. You repaired my husband car Ford Transit Connect 2017 after an accident and you didn’t fix the car well. You took money from insurance company ($10,000), did the cosmetic repair for an eye - negligent auto repair.For everyone who is thinking about going there, WATCH OUT. If you decide you want to have your car repaired there, do an inspection after .... we didn’t know that and now we have to pay more then $5,000 out of pocket because of their negligence.

Damaged my right fender and front bumper with scratches on my right doors. Car was making so much noise and alignment was totally off. Car was not drive able. Paul gave me a call the very next day my car was towed to them and broke down all the damages to my car with cost and completion time. My car was completed on time and I was excited to go pick up my car. Maria who works in the front desk, was very warm and helpful with my car pick up. The whole team encouraged me to ask questions if I had any about the repairs, explained the warranty, took my payment, showed me my car, the repairs that were done. It was just so easy and stress free pick up. Quality of work was so impressive. My car looks just like how I got it from the lot. My car is aligned, new bumper and fender, no scratches and no more loud noise. I totally recommend to bring your car here, fast, easy, quality, and friendly service. Awesome place since I arrived from my accident, helped get my rental. Didn’t have to go anywhere. Fast next day had my date of when my car will be ready. They also allowed me to drop off rental when I had to pick up my car. Customer service is amazing. The workers are great and friendly, will definitely recommend and be back for any needs of body work.

BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS!Very sneaky polish guys. I had a minor accident at 10 miles/hour. Despite the fact that my airbag opened on the driver’s side, my car was in a pretty good condition, up and running. They’ve done an estimate of $11500 of the car that holds a market value of max $15000. I called them after I saw the estimate and told them that I’m not gonna repair it since insurance company pays that much for this minor damages. They definitely didn’t like my decision since the guys were ready to put a lot of money in their greedy pockets. So I came to pick up the car and they told me that they already ordered the parts and I have to pay 30% of the parts value in order to get the car back. They even put me to pay cash on this transaction since they DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR CHECKS(imagine that). I paid cash just to get out of there. But when I picked up the car I was really shocked. They damaged a lot of parts on the car including the fender next to the windshield, radiator, intercooler, ac radiator and other parts that couldn’t be broken since the car was running and had 0 leaks and it was obvious that they did it on purpose. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING, HOPE THAT PEOPLE SEE YOUR TRUE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!Ps. I attached a picture of the car after the accident (so that you can see how minor it was) and a picture of the fender that they have damaged.

So after 3 months of being without my car, I finally got it today(2-3-20) the main reason why it took so long was because of my insurance giving me the run around for almost 2months. I was upset with this body shop at first because I was told a date then another date and another for the completion. The manager called me and explained the reason why it was taking longer than usual. It was a long job. So I understood and waited. They also offered me a deal I couldnt refuse as an apology and also lifetime warrant said by the manager. My SUV looks like new. Drives like new. So happy with the outcome. Impact did an amazing job with my vehicle. Flawless work, no imperfections, no sign of any previous damage. Such a a beautiful and impressive job! My car was given to me in way better condition than I left it: flawlessly repaired, detailed and clean, tires filled with air, and smelling great! And if that werent enough, it was so impressionable to have received such great hospitality while we waited for the vehicle. Complimentary donuts and coffee, great customer service, very professional, clean facility, beautiful and tidy waiting area. This will be our first resort if any future body work is needed on our vehicles. Thanks to the owner, Daniel, who was simply wonderful. Great experience.

I read some of the reviews on here and when it comes to the bad ones, I am honestly surprised that anyone would even post such nonsense.I have a 2014 hatchback Subaru STI and I am very particular about who works on my car. Impact Body Works was suggested to me through an insurance agent who also took his car there in the past. I had to have my front bumper replaced and since insurance paid for most of the damages, I threw in a few extra things I wanted to have done as well and paid for the extra work out of pocket.To say the least, my car looks like she was reborn and I am very happy with the work. Daniel and his guys got everything just right and kept me informed on everything they were going to do. Sometimes it was difficult to get in touch with him, but even if I didn’t have an answer the same day, I could bet he would clear everything up by the next.In the end, the work shows for itself. Highly recommend to anyone and have already recommended to my friends. Even as I write this, my family has a car getting worked on with him, because my dad saw my car and was impressed with the work. Seriously, just go here. If you do, by some small chance end up with problems, Daniel is more than willing to talk it out and fix the issue to make things right with the customer.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop! From the very beginning, they were very accommodating and even offered free loaner cars that were new and in excellent driving condition. Not only did they handle everything with the insurance company, but they also gave me my car back cleaner than when I left it(inside and out). The work performed on my car was great,you wouldn’t have even known that my car was side swiped. I love Impact Body WorksI am a customer of Impact Body Works for over 11 years! It was recommended to me by a friend of when I had trouble with my first car 11 or so years ago and no other places that I went to wanted to try fix my car. They were saying that it is too risky because they will have to take down the fuel tank and didnt wanted to do it plus its going to cost me a lot of money ... Then I went to Impact Body Works and Daniel the owner said that he will exam the problem and will let me know what was wrong and if he can fix it. Guess what next day he calls and says that he can fix it and its going to cost me only $336!!! I couldnt be more HAPPIER! it was only to replace some sensor that other places didnt even wanted look at !!!!. Since then I dont even think about going anywhere else!!!!It is very reliable please and I have never been cheated. They always give me the advice and explain everything they will do with the car. Even before I met my husband I didnt know anything about fixing cars. He always told me what needs to be fix and its important at the time so I dont have to spend so much money on parts that dont need to be replaced yet and keep my car running, be and feel safe!!!Trust me even my husband wont go anywhere else and he knows how to fix a lot of stuff on the car. A couple of years ago I had a little accident and it was with my brand new car so my husband was mad at me like for a week... and off course he said its never going to look the same as the new one.... And after they were done he said that it looks even better ☺️. So thank you Impact Body Works for doing such a great job Everytime!

I was borrowing someone car for a good month, believe you me after the borrowing I am very grateful to see my car and that it is restore back to life. When I got it back not only was the car done to pristine condition, they took the time to wash it inside too and give it back spotless!! Stay away from this place. My mother’s car unfortunately stopped on the street because the cooling fluid was leaking and car was over heating. Their towing buddy drove by and after he negotiated $100 in cash for towing offered to take her car to this shop. This happened Sunday and it wasn’t until Wednesday they looked at the car. I was ready to move it to another place and Wednesday they said they fixed it and called her to pick up the car. She paid $200 and guess what the cooling fluid is still leaking. I am not Mechanik but the problem is there and after having car for 3 days I thought they would figure out what is wrong. Now she is going elsewhere to fix it.

Amazing body shop. Took my 2015 VW Tiguan for repairs after an accident, they repaired it fast and perfect. I cant tell it was ever in an accident. The girls in the front were always helpful and polite even if my initial attitude was a bit mean but I had just gotten into an accident, you cant blame me. I will recommend Impact to my friends and family and I already scheduled my oil change with them.

Zero, I was recommended by a friend. They weren’t in network with my State Farm insurance so now any damages or any new things after getting my car back won’t be cover neither can’t get insurance involve for their bad job. I got my car back today after a month in a half Since I dropped it off feb 21st- April 3rd after they said it will be 3 weeks. I kept calling and texting the owner Daniel for updates but he had nothing else to say besides “it’s not ready yet “, As a women they took advantage of me having two claims for me to get a rental etc. They also kept asking me to call insurance because they found a few scratches I shouldn’t be doing their job. After getting my car it had a big burn on the door passenger handle on some drops of the hood I went back to the shop after driving a mile because my car was sounding like an airplane engine I’ve never heard. The guy Paul of course said they touched nothing neither did they caused the burn on the handle. I was all ready tired and frustrated there was nothing i could do besides tell him “ what ever it wasn’t there neither was that noise. “ on top of that it’s cash only which frustrated me more I went to go look for a bank. The two ladies at the front desk are super nice. My car just had minor body damages from previous years neither was I desperate to get it fix or waste money I just went along with a recommendation. Never am I recommending anyone here. I could’ve paid cash some where else without involving my insurance and I just went along with someone’s stupid recommendation.

EDIT 2/8/18 - Finding lots of little things that were NOT damaged before, are now damaged. Just very sloppy mistakes.Every day, I find something new broken that had absolutely nothing to do with the damage that was to be repaired.Example - my van is dark gray. They replaced the covers of my side mirrors with silver/chrome covers. Why, when neither were damaged? The little plastic cover for the signal lights on the mirror were removed. One down to the circuit board which shorted out my blind spot system due to exposure to elements. . The trim in back is pulled out, rear door does not operate properly, the lights on the inside of the door popped out. The rear hatch is also not sealed.*The original damage was to the front of the car.*And my MPG went from 15 to 7. The engine is not right. Doesnt feel the same at all.Have a feeling when I get it back from inspection, there will be even more issues & the original parts I requested (& certainly paid for 😒) may end up being knock-offs.Back to not being happy. 😠EDIT 1/25/18 - Picked up my baby this morn, about to take her on her maiden voyage. She looks heavenly. 💜They did exactly as I requested & left the original damaged parts in the back.They also discovered a wiring issue likely due to a previous repair (2015, never liked that repair) & wrote a note for my ins so that claim can be reopened & the issue resolved by the ins co from that time. 👍The girls in the office were very nice & GREAT at keeping me updated with the progress.Once I get do a full test drive, if all is still good, Ill up this to 5 stars.As of now, I would absolutely recommend them to others for body repairs. 👌-------------------------------1 star for the moment. I chose them based on a recommendation from a valuable friend, ratings here, and honestly, the approximate location to my house.I told him that I was paying out of pocket but to treat it as if it were State Farm car. All new, original, manufacturer parts, Old parts to be put into the back of the van for further inspection and verification.Theyve had the car for 3 days now and have not even looked at it. I had to go to the shop to ask for an update because I received no communication. While there, they reassured me that they would get to it the next day meaning today.If things change I will change my review but ATM I am at other body shops as I feel like they think that this is a sure project for them so they can sit & take as much time as they want & I will just sit & wait.(Would have been, but that has changed).Considering my other car is seconds from dying and the car I brought them is my baby, I am not willing to just sit and wait while they twiddle their thumbs and wait until they have a couple minutes of time.My van has always been taken care of to the highest quality and at a reasonable price. I expect it to continue to be .Hoping they dont feel that just cause Im a woman who brought car in on her own that I dont know anything. Cause they couldnt be more wrong about that. I was raised in a garage, learned about & personally doing repairs & maint. I also have people standing by waiting to double-check any work done on this car to make sure it was done properly with the correct parts. If they even get an opportunity to do the work.If they come through I will absolutely change my rating. But as they have had the car for 4 days now & I had to go to them to hear that they havent even looked at it, I am not impressed in the least.The women at the front were very kind & polite but the person who I think is the owner seemed, I dont know how to explain it. I dont wish to write negative, personal things about a person based on a 5 Second meeting. So stay tuned!

Update(06/19/17): Looks like the owner only cared about the Stars of the review, He called me 3 times and then I never heard from him again. my car has been in the for 100 days now. They continue to have delay. and making up excuses. I plan now to serve the shop with an official letter from my lawyer and take them to court if my auto is not out by 06/21/2017. what was a 21 days estimate turned into 100 days and counting. Truly disgusted!Update: The owner has reached out to me and is activity working on this case, he has communicated with me on a step by step basis on where we are with the car and he updates me on ETA.I really appreciate the communication channel that we have established. So I am adding some starts to this review. I will keep updating this review until my car is ready.Nick also gave me call when the front right side of my car was damaged. After quite a bit of convincing by Nick, I decided to give Impact a shot with my High-end car, I even asked my insurance who reassured me that Impact Body Works was a good choice. I also went online and looked at the reviews. Most of them gave them average rating; but I saw a guy who complained about his car being at the shop for more than 90 days, and who eventually asked his car to be moved somewhere. I thought that this would never happen to me. WRONG. I am 3 months in and my car is nowhere to be done. When my car arrived at the shop, I asked for an estimate, the Owner ( Daniel) reassured me that the car would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. A month later the manager ( Paul) told me of some additional damages and another 2 to 3 weeks of additional wait time since the parts had to come to Germany. For the Next 2 months after that its been the same song. I show up to the shop 2 weeks later, they great me with a smile, reassure me that they are making progress and explains some of the stuff about the car and send me away with another 2 to 3 weeks estimate. 2 weeks later, they find some additional damage which causes another 2 to 3 weeks delay. Now while I understand that there can be some stuff that they missed during the initial estimate or even the second estimate, I think that coming up with more parts to order on the third, fourth, and now the fifth estimate is overstretching things quite a bit. I find it aggravating that every 2 weeks a new issue comes up that needs to be replaced; worse, each new part always needs to be ordered from Germany which means another 2 to 3 weeks wait.As I am writing this article. I have scheduled to have the insurance guy, the shop manager and I meet. At this point, I will be looking at moving my car to the car dealership to complete the work. I am very disappointed. DO NOT follow their FAKE smiles and empty promises. if you have a a Luxury car, do not waste your time with them. Otherwise expect major delays.
