Lia Nissan was phenomenal from beginning to end! Their hospitality was above and beyond my expectation! From offering a beverage to a snack, even ice cream! They definitely take care of their costumers! We called Lia Nissan looking to purchase 2022 pathfinder in either gray or black. Salesman was extremely informative in regards to availability! Process was phenomenal, these guys really make you feel welcome from the minute you walk into the showroom to the friendly wave and enjoy you’re new ride as you leave! Salesman was very informative explaining everything throughout the entire process! I highly recommend Lia Nissan and we will definitely be returning in the future! By far the absolute best experience with the most knowledgeable salesman/staff !

I had an oil change and complimentary exterior wash. When I arrived I learned the oil change and a tire rotation would be done at no cost to me because I has purchased my Rogue from the dealership and financed through them. Nice surprise! The work was done in a very timely manner.
I purchased a sentra on Saturday. It was the best sales experience in a dealership that I have ever had! Robert was an extremely professional and knowledgeable salesman and did not waste my time. He showed me the vehicles that I was interested in and answered all my questions!I look forward to coming back for my ine month check up!

I have a 2017 Rogue Sport with 28k miles on it and a certified warranty . There was a fluid leak from the rear shocks. Both rear shocks were replaced but they are not covered by the warranty. I was charged over $700 to have them replaced. The labor charge alone was over $400. I was told by the service advisor that they agreed that the shocks should be covered, but it was out of their control. They advised me to call Nissan Consumer affairs, which I did. Nissan Consumer affairs told me there was nothing they could do and they closed the case referring me back to the dealer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. I work in customer service and this experience was terrible and would not be tolerated by my organization. You should be ashamed of the way your team handled this situation. I am totally dissatisfied and will never purchase a Nissan product again.
Everyone was so helpful and kind. They were very patient with us and having to distract our kids and having to walk in an out to let them walk around. They offered ice cream for them which was so thoughtful they do that. They didn’t pressure us by any means. And made sure we knew how to use all the special features to our brand new Nissan. We Will definitely continue to go to Nissan. Awesome work guys. Thank you for all you do!
Stuck with a vehicle I bought two months ago that I HATED. Was able to get out from under that and into a new Nissan. Dennis was great as was the Finance manager that also helped. I swore before that I would never go to another dealership, but now I am a fan of Lia.

I cant explain how awesome Dustin is. My car broke down on the highway and after being towed to 2 different mechanics I was told I had to take it to a dealership. I had never used the service department here and originally was told they couldnt get me in for over a week. I called some other places and nobody could get me in so I called back because this was closest to wear my car was. Dustin said just get it here and Ill have somebody look at it ASAP Im a bit much to deal with when Im stressed and he was so nice the whole time. Then I realized I forgot my work keys in my car and had to send someone to go get them, no worries, Dustin would walk them out to my car personally. BUT WE DIDNT EVEN NEED TO DO THAT because by the time my friend was ready to leave he called me to say my car was ready for pick up!I will come back all because of him. Give that man a raise!

Brought my wifes car into service. 90 minute appointment turned in to 220 minute appointment. I dont understand why dealerships do this, but par for the course. I was however set up at a table to get work done, given the wifi password and offered coffee. Service employee was very friendly and personable, he did a great job, made me feel good, gave me updates. Car returned with all service performed well, and car washed. The time thing boils down to the general service manager and the general manager. Will return, with work to do, as usual.

Will charge you fees that they do not tell you about prior to booking. I booked an appointment to have diagnostics done online because there is no way to speak to a person on the phone that is actually located in the shop. They use a third party appointment company. When I got there, he told me what they were going to do and then just before I signed he said oh and we are charging you $140 just for diagnostic and that alone is going to take over an hour. Ok sign here. I THINK NOT. This is very shady and misleading. It does not take over an hour to plug my vehicle up to your computer because auto zone does it in less than 5 minutes. This business also refuses to accept Nissan warranties and told me they have the right to refuse any warranty coverage. Nope.
The agent went above and beyond! I mixed up the day of my appointment & he said he was able to get it done for me since I was there. I was very appreciative!
My appointment was Tuesday but I had to drop the car off Sunday. I got a call early Monday telling me it was already looked at, what was wrong with it, and it was fixed and ready by the time I got out of work. Awesome service. Thank you!

I visited Tuesday for an oil change and was greeted by Karshan (Ashay) whom I had never seen in service before. He was polite, informative and professional, and not just toward me. Every interaction I saw with the other customers were just as pleasant. He suggested a tire rotation and offered to check that it was covered under my service plan, which it was. He told me what to expect about a recall for a part on my car and that I would be contacted when it was ready to be installed. I have to say that it was the best experience I’ve had at Nissan. Karshan is a great fit for that position. He’s knowledgeable and a wonderful example of what the customer service experience should be! I was extremely happy with my visit because of Karshan! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My cousin leased a brand new Nissan Sentra from here. It broke down 1 month later. Things happen, but the customer service that followed was TERRIBLE! Road side assistance took over 3 hours to arrive. They brought the car to our local Nissan dealership, who then said they couldnt get to fixing the car for 10-14 days. So they brought it to Lia Nissan instead.. LIA refused to give a loaner car after it was requested. Over a week later, the car is finally fixed. And they wont assist with bringing the car back to him. He works two jobs. Great guy. You LEASE A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP so that you arent running around without a car for an extended period of time. Lia reps Ive talked to have no intention of making this situation right.
My sales person was Robert Challacombe, it was getting time to renew my 2018 lease. So I went into Lia Nissan in Schenectady N.Y... Robert was very informative about My Oppositions to find a new Nissan to replace my old lease. My buyout was to expensive. Im 64 years old. I didnt want that big of a payment at my age. And a new 2020 Rogue lease was 75.00 more dollars a month. So I figured I would have to go to a less of a car. Then Robert suggested the 2020 Rogue Sport. It was a little smaller then my 2018. But almost had all of the same features as my 2018. He was very helpful getting me in my New Car. He is a wonderful sales man.

I just moved to Albany roughly a month ago and Lia Nissan is awesome! I went to Lia Nissan a couple weeks ago for a simple tire rotation and oil change and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They really care about their clients and treat you well. Dustin, in the service department, has been working with me and is wonderful. He is so flexible and willing to do whatever to make your visit a good experience. My oil change and tire rotation was done in literally no time. They’re so knowledgeable and honest when it comes to cars. I can’t thank Lia Nissan enough and will be a continuous customer for as long as I live in Albany!

The service is good, however the long wait times does make you think twice before making an appointment with Nissan Lia, not only that but calling to inquire status of service you can never actually talk to someone. and the prices are the same everywhere. So next time I will be making an appointment some where else.
The service on my Rogue was completed quicker than I anticipated. All staff seem to be very efficient.
Overall went well however the sensor that is supposed to open the back using your leg still does not work. Is there a recall on it? I was told other customers are having trouble using the kick feature too- it does not open. This car is less than a year old ( 2020 Nissan SV rogue)- I am not particularly impressed with it and may trade it in for a Subaru. Too much electronics that are too complex, unnecessary and unreliable.
Dustin was the most helpful person I’ve met at customer care, had my car their for a factory recall an found out had a steering rack problem, gave me the best price he could an took very good care of the car .

I went in, did a test dive, drove to my bank to get a check, drove back, signed a few papers, and drove my new car home -- all in one day! I cannot speak highly enough about Lia Nissan. After dealing with my car issues for 4 months, and with many different service dealers who couldn’t figure it out, Lia Nissan figured it out and fixed the issue! Although everyone was so nice, kind, and helpful, there were two young men that was truly amazing that went above and beyond with their customer service- Ah’shay and Mike!! Ah’Shay, from the moment I drove into the service port, he made me feel so welcomed! I knew right then that I was about to have a completely different experience then I’ve had in the past! He listened to me and my frustrations from previous experiences, and explained everything that was going on to me (in “plain English” so I can understand) every step of the way. Unfortunately, due to some issues and confusions that took place (with corporate) and my appointment, I told him that I would just reschedule. But somehow I mentioned that I had an extended warranty and right then he told me if I could get a copy he would look into it to see if my diagnostic could be covered at no charge to me. (I’ve already had 4 done, with 3 that I have paid out of pocket for!) I left, got a copy, and brought it back for him to look over and figured I’ll just reschedule then. Well, Ah’shay was at lunch but Mike was more than happy to help! I explained briefly what I was dealing with, and what I been through and told him that I could just reschedule seeing that at this point it was well past my appointment time.. Mike took a quick look at my warranty and asked if I had time so he can take my car right then and there... I was speechless!! And within a half hour, he came back to me with the CORRECT diagnoses and have already called my warranty and found out that the work was 100% covered!!... 4 long months with this issue and my check engine light on, and Lia found it just like that! He told me if I had the time, he could get to work on it right away and that’s exactly what he did! I am forever thankful to Lia Nissan for your outstanding service! My check engine light situation has literally been an inconvenience on my life, as I was suppose to relocate months ago and kept having to push it off till I got this matter resolved, out of fear of putting my children in my car with an unresolved issue.. But I am happy to say that my light is off, my car drives great, and I am finally able to move next week!.. Thank you Lia for everything! From the time I walked in the door, my experience there was beyond wonderful! I will definitely tell everyone I know about this amazing experience, and refer them to Lia Nissan! And I know that in the future, I will definitely be coming back to the area to bring my car back to Lia for all my servicing needs!! I can not thank you all enough!!

Asked for Leaf to be charged. Was told it was put on overnight. Not the case. Reservation email said there would be a courtesy exterior wash. Not the case. Not a huge deal, but don’t say you’re doing something and then not follow through.
I leased my 2020 Nissan Sentra in Schenectady New York. David Secord was my salesman and a wonderful person to work with. I was impressed by his knowledge and by his General attitude and demeanor. I never felt stressed or pressured in any way and he went Above All my expectations and I know he went to bat for me when it came to the finances and thats appreciated. Ill be seeing David again in 3 years when this lease is up to get my next lease :-) David has made me a Nissan fan for life.
I recently purchased a used Nissan Frontier from this dealership. The sales consultant I worked with, John Attanasio, was very professional and accommodating. They were also very fair with pricing my trade-in vehicle. It was a pleasurable car-buying experience.

My worst customer experience with Lia Nissan at Colonie, Albany on 4th Feb. I wont recommend anyone to visit this facility for any auto repair activity. Its robbery from my point of view. I went to the store with my original Nissan Rogue key to cut my duplicate key that I bought from Amazon and program it. They didnt say that the key that I bought outside wont work and started working on it. After waiting for 30mins, the service guy came and said the key cant be programmed and asked me to pay $15 for cutting the key. I agreed to pay as the service was performed. After some time when I enquired about my vehicle to take home, the service guy was asking me to pay the Program fee of $135 which did work on my duplicate key and insist me to buy a duplicate key from Lia Nissan store for $188 and pay additional $15 to cut and $135 to program it. This is ridiculous and totally unfair business done by Nissan. They had forced me to buy the other key and get it programmed and pay $3633 or lose the $150 for nothing. This is harassment. That was my first and last visit. I wont take my vehicle for any kind of services at Lia Nissan at Colonie, Albany. Who knows, they are charging for the services that they havent performed on your vehicle. You cant trust these people.
People are so friendly and caring. I had a little problem getting financed and they jump through hoops to to get it done and Im proud owner of 2020 Nissan Altima. Great Team!!!

All was fine but i have had a problem with the original tires on my truck one pair is fine but the other wore on the outside edge. i had the alinement checked and was ok i had the tires rotated but the tires are still wearing on the outside edge and no one can give me an answer why. i would think because they are the tires that came on the truck you would be responsable to take care of this problem. what do you think.

I contacted Lia MONTHS ago about a vehicle I was interested in. I Was messaging one of the sales girls and she just STOPPED messaging. She asked information about my vehicle, and then I heard nothing back from her. I then text through a chat option and was told someone from sales would contact me...nothing!! What is seriously wrong with this company?! I have phenomenal credit and could have bought this vehicle easily. Youve lost a sale and a customer that you never gained! Ill be sure to let social media know how you all work!!

When my odometer finally met the mileage due maintenance, it started to warn me because no one at the garage reset it. I called immediately to make them aware, the service manager was going to call me so he could stop at my home to reset. No one called or came here. I had the oil and filter and tire rotation on May 13th.
I had a car picked out, I wanted a manual and they are hard to find. Te sales and finance team were awesome, direct, suggestive without being pushy. I am very satisfied with Lia Nissan.

Brought nissan rogue in for a oil leak. Seal on transfer case has been leaking since dealer replaced transmission. Service advisor states that repair is not covered under warranty and will cost just shy of 800.00 to replace 2 $25.00 seals. Transfer case is attached to transmission and service advisor states that the transfer case remained in the vehicle and they never touched it. I called 2 different repair facilities that work on these cars and they told me the transfer case has to come out. Repeated calls to the service manager Tim Russo go unreturned. Have left messages, sent email and reached out over social media. Still no call back.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I love the online appointment option and I waited in the lobby for my car. The staff were friendly, courteous and my car was ready sooner than expected. Im so glad I was offered the car wash! It was in desperate need and free. Love that!
Service was OK, it’s generally slow there and today was no exception.But really I gave the low marks because I didn’t feel the facility was taking Covid safety seriously. Nearly all the customers I saw were wearing masks, but most of the employees were not wearing masks, or some were doing the dumb practice of having a mask just over the mouth but not the nose. Really what good does that do?So customers wearing masks were protecting Nissan employees, but Nissan employees were not wearing masks leaving the customers vulnerable in my opinion. So no, probably won’t be going back here
With the exception of the service work taking longer than was first anticipated I had an exceptional experience. It was my first time at this dealership and the service manager who helped me was above average and very helpful. He even took the time to explain and show me a diagram of a future repair I asked about. Very pleased.
