Like any dealership it always takes forever but the people are really nice so I always bring them Donuts. What I didnt like is that I made an appointment with my service advisor that I had been using for years and when I got there I got brushed off to the new guy who didnt know what he was talking about. He was friendly enough but told me my sunroof and see were not covered under a warranty that I know they were. Eventually they straightened it out but it would be nice to stick with who you know.

I was so excited and happy to locate a specific new vehicle at Fuccillo Hyundai of Schenectady. I called to put a down a deposit and hopefully pick it up this weekend however when I spoke with their sales person I was advised they would be adding an additional $4000 to the price of the car, market adjustment, is what theyre calling it!! I call it price gouging. I called a few other dealerships and they are not charging this fee. They can call it what they want - they are charging $4000 above sticker price because its a hot seller and in demand. Weve been able to locate the car at another dealer who is NOT adding this so called market adjustment

I purchased a used car and had to return to the garage in 2 days as they had fitted the wrong wipers and service light came on. Both those issue where quick to resolve but shows not much care taken. I paid cash for the car but the office registered it with lien and has taken little ownership of its own fault. As its a city with multiple car dealerships I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. poor experience of car buying once you hand over the money.. they just dont care

It was a disappointing visit as we expected to leave with the car. The mileage was misrepresented and additional dealer services added not at customer request. The car sales agent was great but the manager was very smug. Totally sad!

I grew up in the area and had preconceived notions about the Fuccillo brand based on ads and an interaction at another dealership. This experience in Schenectady could not have been more different than that. I stopped in on a day that was basically monsoon rain and asked to drive 4 different suvs. They were very busy but they did not act like my annoying request was at all that. They got the first one ready for me to test drive and then every time I returned the next on was ready pulled up and ready for me to go. They were not at all a high pressure, everyone I encountered was so pleasant and the opposite of everything I think of when I think of car shopping. I didnt find what I was looking for that day, but it was certainly not for a lack of effort on their part and I truly hope I get to buy from them in the future.

The most unprofessional car dealership Ive ever been to. I had an appointment and when I reach they said the sales rep was busy and I waited for 30 mins. Then another sales person walks up to me and shows me cars way above my budget and tells me they could arrange a financing plan for me...which btw is high interest. The KBB value for my car showed 11k and they offered me 6.5k and told me they were doing me a favor. I walked out promptly. Please look for another car dealerships to buy a car. Unprofessional and a total ripoff.

My husband and I visited this dealer on 5/17/21 to test drive a vehicle. I told the salesman it was definitely what I wanted but in a different color. We agreed that he would compile a list and we would come back on Saturday to complete the paperwork. We returned on 5/22 with financing and downpayment but he had not even started looking for available vehicles. We were asked to pay the downpayment and he would start looking when it slowed down that day. We refused to put down a large sum but did agree to $500 to hold the offer. While sitting there we found the exact car we wanted right down the road. The salesman said if we went to that dealer and decided to buy to call him and they would reverse the charge on my card. We left and went straight to Lia Hyundai and within 30 minutes of leaving Fucillo called to have the charge reversed. On 5/25 my husband called because we had not received our money. He was told we had to bring the card in for them to reverse the charge. We went after work and were told by the manager they did not need our card and they couldnt do it then because the salesmans dog died and he was off. I left my number and asked for him to call me. On 5/28 I called because I still had not received the reversal and I was told by the manager that they tried but the card number they had was incorrect. I gave him my card number again. My husband called on 5/29 because we still had not received the reversal. It is now 6/7 and I still have not received my money back. I will never attempt to do business with Fucillo again. $500 may not be a lot of money but they did not provide a service to me and I should get it back without all of this hassle.

This has to be the most unprofessional car dealership. I arrived at the dealership with an appointment and with them knowing that I had a truecar offer from them. Upon arriving they immediately met me with an aggressive tone and told me that if I wanted to use my car as a trade-in, they would need to inspect it before I could test drive the car. After the test drive, in which I was only allowed to take the car around the block and had to have the salesman in the car, I went into the showroom and they told me that they did not need to honor the truecar price if I did not finance through them. I informed them that I had outside financing which apparently annoyed them because they kept on wanting to get my information to run my credit. The general manager then came over and said whats the problem here, I responded that I wanted to buy the car for the price they provided through their truecar offer and wanted to use my already approved outside loan. He then tried using strong arm tactics that went in the face of Truecar policy as he said that if I wanted to think about the deal until the next day he would not honor the price and I would have to pay more. I walked into the dealership with money in hand and financing already secured, however even after finding a car I liked I walked away due to the unprofessionalism of the staff.

I had nothing short of a friendly and satisfying interaction for the purchase and service of my vehicles. First, I love the Hyundai brand. When I had issues with the motor in my 2016 hyundai elantra, I was prepared to have to fight for coverage and show my maintenance records to prove that I wasnt at fault for the mal function. I didnt need to do any of that. They took my car in and provided me with a brand new rental for almost 3 months while they waited for a new motor to put in it. And when I decided to upgrade a year later, the salesman, Dylan, was very helpful and kind. They got me right in to what I wanted. Everything went smoothly. My routine maintenance has been done with out issue as well. I will return here for my next purchase and future service.

Very long story short:I chose to drive about 75 miles (1.5 hours) to this dealership to check out a used car that I had called about a few days earlier. BOTH the night before AND the morning of my trip I called to make sure the car was still available before driving out. I was told by multiple people that it was. I even mentioned the exact time Id be arriving and asked that the car be ready so that I could test drive it. Upon arriving a salesman kept me waiting about 15 minutes while he looked for the car. Finally, I was told the car was not at the dealership, but was at a body shop being repaired and would not be available to see. So I wasted gas, tolls, and most of all, 4 hours of my day.Im sure that selling cars isnt easy, but confirming if a car is available before a customer drives 1.5 hours is VERY EASY. There are no excuses for this extremely poor service. There is absolutely nothing that would ever cause me to do any future business with Fuccillo Hyundai.

This is my second time since I moved to Clifton Park using the excellent services at Fuccillo Hyundai. Everyone is very polite and kept me appraised of what I needed done. I enjoyed the video of my car being checked over, as well as the mechanics clear review of what needed to be done. The waiting area is very comfortable and, during our current crisis, overrated the social distancing. I would certainly recommend Fuccillo to other car owners. Final note: being able to make my appointment or change it online is a bonus! Keep up the great work.

Salesperson was in my face right away, didn’t even introduce himself, didn’t ask me my name. I didn’t even get to see the car before he was asking me if I was going to buy it that night. Seemed extremely pushy right from the get go. When I expressed it to the people I was with, the sales manager over heard me and instantly confronted me telling me “he’s just doing his job”. Left right then in there. I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like actually buying a car from them. I’ve been in a lot of dealerships and within 5 minutes I felt pushed, didn’t feel even a little bit comfortable. Salespeople are supposed to make people comfortable when they’re spending thousands of dollars on a car. But in reality it was the sales manager who absolutely blew it for me. If he hadn’t come out aggressively I most likely would’ve been putting a deposit down. Such an upsetting experience. Whoever took my phone call she was great, but it stopped there.

All in all a pleasant buying experience.How ever, with the number of people therethe staff was a little unorganized.

I decided to buy out my lease. The experience was a 3. I had made an appointment 3-4 weeks in advance so that I could get my rate for my loan in advance and I could also get in and out quickly. I called Fuccillo, the day before to see what was going that was when I learned that I had to complete a loan application. If I had know that when I made the appointment I would have done so in advance. When I called back I talk to Carl Clark, and I have to say he was great and he helped me with the process. I would give Carla 4 stars.

I was not expecting to Lease a Sonata because I did not believe if would fit in my budget but after working with Richard Loomis he showed me that it can be done.
