Priced great, good batteries and very fast service. Been here a couple times and always hassle free.

Good place to go if you need any kind of special batteries or light bulbs. They have things ordinary things, like AA batteries, etc., but their specialty is less ordinary batteries. They have car batteries, motorcycle batteries, batteries for UPS systems, batteries for phones, etc.

The customer service was excellent. I went in a week ago to get my battery replaced on my cell phone. I was told it was best to make an appointment on line and receive $10 off my visit (which I did). I brought my phone in after the appointment was made and Mike was extremely helpful. He couldnt find me in the system but after a few moments I was found. He was helpful as I told him I was not a techy type person. I returned later and picked up my phone and the gentleman who replaced the battery was also personable.

Mike the store Manager has gone above and beyond to satisfy his customers, I being one of them. This place is got some of the coolest gadgets to light up the night. Great place to get your Christmas gifts or the batteries to run them!

This place is completely unprofessional, I was dealing with Jay & Fernando. On 4/11 I called at 11:54 and spoke with Fernando, I asked how much will it cost to fix my iPhone XS Max. He said, $199 basically $200. I said, ok ill be coming in between 30-45 mins. I arrived at 12:47, Jay started assisting me he asked me an immense amount of questions. Fast forwards 23 mins later he tells me the price is $289. I said wait I called and was quoted $199 she said I was quoted wrong. I then asked Fernando why did he tell me $200 he said he thought I was $200. Jay was speaking to me in a very condescending sarcastic tone. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend coming to this establishment if you want to waste your time. It’s a very difficult time and I risked my health coming out there and didn’t have to. Thanks Batteries Plus for your unprofessionalism and bad customer service. You should teach Jay how to retain a prospective customer. He doesn’t possess the skill set to be managing a business. This experience is unacceptable, I’ll be going through the chain of command until this disgusting experience is resolved to my satisfaction.

After spending weeks searching for an unidentified socket type, we found it here. They are very accommodating, even searching other stores or ordering what you need. Pricing on my specific bulbs were the same as I found on Amazon, thats a plus in my book.

Price was reasonable but staff was sooo unprofessional. He shouldnt be employed anywhere. You cant have hat and sun glasses in the store while working. Last 10 minutes 2 people walked in and he said YOU GUYS LIKE TO COME LAST MINUTE, I ALREADY HAVE ONE CUSTOMER TO TAKE CARE OFF. If the store open till certain time, you cant say that. They came in within working hours. He shouldnt be expecting to go home at 7pm sharp. I would avoid to go there just because of lack of customer service

I had purchased a high end Duracell Deep Cycle battery for my sump pump. I noticed that it was not holding a charge and changed chargers. Same result... I took the battery in for a check and warranty replacement. I was afraid that there was going to be some line in the warranty language that was going to cost me another $220. I dropped off the battery, it was tested and I just installed the replacement battery on my sump pump system. Thank you Jay, at Batteries Plus, for the warranty replacement without having to jump through a bunch of hoops, excellent customer service.

Excellent service & friendly staff! They come off as very trustworthy. I had a very bad shattered screen on my iPhone SE & they were able to repair it in less than an hour. Would recommend to anyone with a broken smartphone, whether its the screen, battery, or other internal parts.9/10 overall: Only -1 for the price as it seems they were $20-30 more than other repair shops. However, the ease of doing business & name brand were worth the premium.

The customer service of the person I dealt with was great

Didnt have the charge cable that I wanted but they came up with a better (longer) one. Also, they had 9v snap batteries in several strengths, this in an area where such batteries have become difficult to find for some reason. Next time Ill see what they can do about odd lightbulbs.

Took my watch in to replace the 2 batteries that it needed. I had no success in other shops. The other shops couldnt get the back of my watch on. The young man on staff at BPB had no trouble and got my favorite watch working again.

Ray and Mike did an extraordinary job of assisting with a fix on an old piece of electronic equipment. After replacing a custom set of rechargeable batteries that apparently were defective they went the extra mile in examining the chassis, transformer, contact sockets etc. to assure that all were in current working order. Furthermore, to assure nothing was overlooked in the form of replacement gear they included a cross check with their own internal engineers to diagnose and/or identify solutions to replace malfunctioning gear. In todays market this level of service and dedication is rarely evidenced and seldom acknowledged. I would highly recommend this store, these individuals and their technical and service capabilities. They have our business for life.

I ordered online and had shipped a replacement battery for my old Galaxy S4. The phone did not improve its battery life at all (vs a 2+ year old battery I had been using) and seemed to degrade rapidly over the next two months. I told the store and they said they had a lifetime warranty on their batteries (not sure what that means....) but that I could come in and they would replace it with another. I came to the store and it was done, no hassle. I dont know if my phone has a problem or if the battery was truly deficient, but the treatment by the store was good and I am pleased.

Purchased a new car battery. I went in around 9am on a Saturday and had to come back around 11am when they had more employees working to install my battery. Other than that minor inconvenience, my overall experience was pretty good. James was a nice guy and helped install my battery. Call ahead or go in a little later to make sure someone is available to help you with your battery install.

This is a great way to get a replacement battery for your car. They replaced it right in front of the store. Cleaned the terminals and used a memory saver to keep all your presets saved while the battery gets swapped out. The store should get some safety glasses for the young man who did the swap.

Change my iPhone 5s Battery there. 0 cycles and good shape at beginning. After three months about less than 200 cycles, the capacity is only half left. Got it changed in Salem NH at no charge. Nice staff and good service.Need investigation on quality of iPhone batteries.

Im writing this 5 ☆ without hesitation and honestly Im so grateful and relieved that the staff here was able to splice back together my wire cord for my retro wall adapter to my jukebox Samsung phone. Early this morning I noticed my dwarf rabbit had chewed right through my phone charger and I called them up hoping they might have an old phone adapter for sale. I was encouraged to come in right away and they suggested I wait just eight minutes so they could splice back together the copper wire pieces that my bunny chewed up. They can splice cut up wire here for you as you wait and now I have a working phone charger for my Samsung jukebox phone because of these wonderful people. Everyone here is patient, knows how to listen, problem shoot and present you with courteous excellent service no matter what phone you bring in for repair. I was only charged about $8 for their prompt service so I highly recommend everyone come here first because its cost effective and very prompt.

I called because I needed a car battery after my car died. I had the battery jumped, called Randy at the store and he found me a battery he installed it, and checked the alternator and all.connections. he even saved all.the radio presets. The price was very fair and the service was great!

No option for 0 stars, unfortunately, as i didnt get anything after 5 months of me waiting to give them my money.The new car key service is a complete joke. Noone has any clue what they are doing. Ordered my new key+fob back in Nov ‘18, it’s currently mid March ‘19. It was for a brand and model of car advertised on their website. Went 4 times there and spent at least an hour every time and every time there was something wrong either with the programmer or the key they ordered was the wrong one... Last time i went there i left with the promise of someone to give me a call few days later with a final word of whether they can do it or not...(left also with a check engine light ON, after all the “expert” programming that was being attempted, which even though it wasnt a big issue i had to spend more time to go and have the error deleted). That happened about a month ago and i ended up calling them to cancel the order. DON’T waste your time and just go some place else where people know what they are doing.

Id give them zero stars if I could. Nothing against their parts or the store, but the old douchebag with glasses, grey hair, is a big time liar. I needed a battery for my phone and he opened it for me in front of me, but my phone didnt work. He tried to enforce a false effin policy on me saying I have to charge it 100% for return. How am I suppose to charge the battery 100% if my phone doesnt even work? plus they gave me the battery at 50%. Regardless, I was able to charge it after a week and went in to return. This time, the manager helped me out and said there is no such policy and that oldie was right next to him and tried to avoid me. F....k your false sales service you BIG time liar.
