Initially Brought my Tundra in for service to diagnose a trouble light issue.After inspection i was told a part was needed and I had to go to the parts dept prepay for it and then they would call to let me know when it arrives and to set up the return visit.After a week with no call I called them and after having to push the service rep in to looking this up to no surprise the part was there.I returned to have the part installed and during check out i was again charged for the part they made me pre pay for. When pointed this out to the smart a** cashier who had already charged me, she said that is not her problem and i should go find the service rep and would do nothing else not even try reach the rep and expected me wander around to find him. When working with the service rep I had to go get the receipt for the part as they could not or would not look that up. There is no doubt that this is a practice by Schaumburg Toyota to double up on the parts.After getting the parts corrected I returned and found that my arm rest center console and seat covers have grease marks all over!!!It was made very clear to me on this service visit that Schaumburg Toyota could not care less about me or my vehicles care.updateGreat reply from ST, that the parts dept, service dept and cashier are all separate from each other and Schaumburg Toyota expects a customer to coordinate each department. This only reinforces the intent of Schaumburg Toyota.Purchase the part after diagnosis with paperwork from the service dept provided to the parts dept in getting the sensor.Parts takes my order and money but does not call me or notify service or me of its arrival.Call to check status of part told it could be a few weeks. I had to push the phone rep to check on the order.Set up the appointment on the same call with service.Schaumburg Toyota charges me twice for the part.The smart**a cashier would do nothing to help would not credit me and did nothing to help resolve other than tell me go find some one to help.The Schaumburg follow up - the customer is on their own and only concerned with the smart a** and not concerned at all on the double charging
The employees are always very nice, the waiting area is clean and hospitable with a coffee machine and lounge chairs to make the wait a little better. Ive never had to wait very long, theyre quick and most importantly they have never been super pushy about their recommendations for the car .

They are NOT ASE certified for most of the mechanics they have. They overcharge everything of labor and are a complete waste of money when people are in a jam and need it done asap. They will do the work but when driving away from the shop and get on golf rd. and you heat the weights fall off and the balance of the wheels are shaky and vibrating THATS def a problem. I go to independent shops and get the best treatment locally and save close to $100 compared to this Toyota Dealership.....aka like ALL stealerships do.....
Don’t be deceived by the positive reviews. I’ve been fooled for 6 years. Their technicians are not knowledgeable and appear to be uneducated. They’re willing to tell you that everything was done on your vehicle even though you have documentation that it was not done correctly.I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have two sets of brands of tires on my vehicle. My front with Bridgestone tires and my rear set with Michelin. When I received my car back after service my Bridgestone tires were still in the front. I called to confront Schaumburg Toyota that it wasn’t done, because for all wheel drive vehicles you do rearward cross rotation. The representative Kevin tells me the technician says they don’t recommend the cross and just front to back and the back to front for Toyotas. Well they still didn’t do it correctly because my Bridgestone tires are still in the front. If you look at other Toyota websites, they recommend rearward cross for all wheel vehicles or 4 wheel drive. Also if you look at Bridgestone and Michelin websites, they also recommend the rearward cross.He also tries to tell me that they don’t recommend rotating tires if your tires are different sizes. All my tires are the same size. Through research, it is not recommended to have different tires sizes for all wheel drive cars. It’s difficult to get a hold of the manager, Mike. Kevin tries to tell you that camera footage shows it was done, even though he doesn’t have a license plate to verify your vehicle. Luckily I was able to get a refund so I didn’t have to report them to Illinois Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, or Better Business Bureau for fraud. The only positive experience I had was learning about my right through The Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
Very Bad this time, I booked appointment for oil change just half an hour before, and when I reached over, I was informed after 10 minutes of waiting, that they are ran out of oil and I have to go back.

After Check engine and brakes diagnostics was told to fix catalyst converter pipe outside and brakes are low I can utilize $149.00 within one month within three or four days I went back to Toyota service told them to replace brakes adjusting diagnostic cost to my shock the same salesman Mr Anthony refused to comply

Probably the best Toyota service I have received in all of the places I have taken my vehicle. Not only was buying parts and making appointments easy online, but they stand by their word on pricing and are very reasonable when it comes to service and wont charge for things that you dont need like at other stealerships. I was in and out in an hour for a job that would have probably taken 2-3 hours at other dealerships. I highly highly recommend taking your Toyota vehicles here if you dont live too far

After they did an alignment to my car my steering wheel was not straight when the car was going straight and they told me that this is, because of the roads... I had to go to a different place to do my alignment right and they found that it was off with 0.6 degrees . My steering wheel is centralized again and I will never go to Schaumburg Toyota for service again !!!
I went in to get a routine maintenance last summer and they said everything was fine. I drove it home and my battery died. I took it to AutoZone and they said my battery was bad and also the tire pressure the put on my service receipt was 32 per tire but it was 45 when I checked them. They also always try and get you to have certain things done to your car that arent needed at the time they are suggesting them, just to make some extra cash from the commission.
Purchased 2018 Toyota tacoma sr5. It was agreed that the dealer would cover the heated seat and auto starter as to be installed option.I didnt think twice of it but later on realized that $2,500 was charged on the paperwork.Called the sales person but has no recollection of us talking about it.Yes, It is my fault of not checking but definitely would not buy another car from this dealership.
Worth service, spend about 3 hr yo change motor oil and fix recall my Toyota Sienna 2013.I have problem with automatic on sliding door and I sad them so I have 2 years warranty for this car could you check please, it might cover. They wanted to make inspection for $169 and I sad ok. But after 30 min they sad Inspection should be increase fir $276 . What a service? If you buying coffee for $1 and they charge you $2 fir sugar and cream, you wanna get coffee next time in this place.Avoid this place, If you wanna come here, bring your blanket, this place better place to sleeping.Lazy guys, change oil it takes thee hours and I hope that was my last visit
Me and my boyfriend is looking for a new car, we met this guy who’s one of the agent and we feel so annoyed the way he talks to us. Its like we cannot afford to buy a brand new car just because of the way we dressed or so. He treated us poorly.2nd, we checked Toyota’s 2020 Supra, we want to take a look of the car and the agent says “oh! I will open that car if you will buy it” its so rude and sarcastic to be really honest. We dont like the way he ends our conversation, he is so unprofessional, and he is not helping us either way. Im sorry Toyota Schaumburg, your cars are great but your agents are not. They are lacking of salesmanship. You should teach your agents not to judge a book by its cover.
From one former service advisor and car salesman, I have to say the staff here stand by their products 100%. They also take care of my 2016 Scion FRS RS 2.0 and I’ll be more than happy to buy another when the time comes.
I think their service is great but their prices are just outrageous. But I trust the mechanics there, so we end up paying more for their services.
One of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had to deal with. First time buying a car and wanted a certified used vehicle. Salesperson was rude and kept putting additional charges that were neither explained or desired. In trying to work out other information, have been given the runaround several times over.Would not recommend buying a car from this place and makes me never want to buy a car again.

I had an issue with the service department but one of the managers CJ stepped in and took care of everything. He also introduced me to one of the service advisor/manager Sean Richmond who was very helpful. Thank you for the great customer service, my vehicle is still in the shop pending a repair/replacement of the tonneau cover that is leaking. I will update my review once the work is complete.12/13/19 update:Schaumburg Toyota, so in the end nothing was done for the water leak, I was told a leaking tonneau cover is normal, even though other people’s seals on their factory Toyota tonneau cover don’t leak apparently it’s normal that mine leaks... however the customer service was much better when I spoke with CJ and Sean Richmond. I can’t say I had a 5 star experience because I had to go back and forth to this dealership multiple times but I can at least say instead of zero stars I would give it a 3/5 for at least trying to make the situation better. On 12/13/19 CJ said he would reach out to Toyota to try and explain once more where this leak is coming from to see if anything could be done and promised to call me back whether he got a response or not but he never called me back. At this point it seems nothing else is going to be done so that’s it. All in all 3/5 stars.
