This guy is not keeping his words, Once arrived his shop he told me I should wait 30-45 min for oil change. I waited 45 min then after he told me I should wait another 1.5 hours. I realized that this guy has another customer and he ignored me and took another client front of me....Choose another company, dont waste your time....

I’ve been stressed about my ac fear of how much it might cost but it was 90 degrees outside and no amount of driving fast with the top down was going to cool off my car. Went in he diagnosed it told me the next steps he needed to put Freon in the car w a dye it was about 100.00 come back in a week or so to see if there’s a leak if there is that dye will help them find it. My air conditioner feels so good right now. I’m more impressed by the quick diagnosis and how quickly i got cool air. Less than 45 minutes. We have to wait & see what the next steps are but he did a great job

This is worth less place to bee waiting for any things there say because if you are here for oli change it means there are helping you out not you you are helping for there business this please is Sucks

Tarik and his team did an amazing job on our 2012 Ford Escape. We had some issues with our exhaust and he was able to replace the affected parts and we were back up and running the next day at 9am. This is a fair and honest shop and I will continue to bring our cars back to them before going anywhere else.

I brought in a used car to be looked at before the purchase. Meineke was so thorough, detailed, and honest with the cars condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Meineke if you find yourself wanting an inspection before buying a used car. Im so glad I went through them.

They gave me a very high estimate to repair my exhaust. I felt they were overcharging the repair. The only option that was presented to me was to replace the whole exhaust system. They even tried to encourage me to take out a line of credit to pay for there overpriced estimate. I will NEVER take my car there again. Midas was able to make the repairs for a reasonable price. Do not waist your time here.

This place looks really run down. Seems like ownership doesnt take any pride in the appearance and even the waiting room seems like it hasnt been cleaned in months. I called ahead to make an appointment for an alignment. I made sure the service was short enough for me to wait rather than have somebody come with me to drive me back home. I got there before they opened at 8 a.m. on a Saturday only to be told that they cannot do an alignment right now. Why give somebody an appointment if you cant fulfill it? Needless to say I did not get the service done as I was already disappointed. There are plenty of car shops and you should take your business elsewhere.

I told them not to rotate my tires because I need new tires and he never even quoted me for tires. I was confused about the three months of free roadside assistance and he couldnt really explain it to me other than I just need to pay an extra $20 and Ill get it. I had a hard time reaching them by phone when I called the 800 number they wouldnt transfer me over to the Schaumburg location so I had to look in my car for an old receipt.

Shop under new ownership/management. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices as well.

I was received a ad in my mail, it’s only cost 25 per axle, actually they cost me 50 per axle and 220 labor. Don’t go.

Heard a strange noise while doing a cross country road trip from New Jersey. Meineke was able to look at my car immediately and was able to quickly and affordably fix it. Everyone was super nice and gave a thorough explanation of the situation. Highly recommend.

Phillip and the team were very helpful with my pre-purchase inspection and found some items I wouldn’t have caught which helped me negotiate the price of my vehicle lower. They documented everything for me with photos and helped me understand what would be needed to get the car up to standard.

Tariq here is quite possibly the most untrustworthy person I have ever met in my entire life. They “ sold “ me a car that has odometer fraud and a plethora of other problems that they hid while during the buying process. I will be taking to court over the odometer fraud. Beware!!!!

Tarik and Phil are always very pleasant and honest about my car repairs. As a woman who knows very little about cars that is very important . Always accomodates if i need to bring it back for any reason.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here yet again. Came here a couple years back for an emissions test and was impressed. Just brought my daily driver Jeep Cherokee there for a muffler fix. They were unbelievably quick and the price was cheaper than the other two local shops I checked out. Outstanding.

I scheduled for oil change and also asked for brake inspection since I did it with them in Madison. I mentioned this while scheduling in the online scheduling in the morning. When I arrived at the time in the evening I was told they can not do oil change and they could not check the car at the time. Somebody could have called me and updated as soon as I scheduled it in the morning.

Been coming here for several years. never disappointed. quick and precise (when it was my turn). I have trust that they are giving me the straight story and never inflate my bill with unnecessary work. Phil is excellent!

I went two days in a row a few minutes after they “open” (7:30 am) and saw no one was there. I called the third day at 7:45 am and no one answered. If they can’t even open on time, why would I want to trust them with my car?

I came in for an oil change and they told me my radiator is leaking, something I already knew and planned on fixing myself but I asked for a quote out of curiosity, they told me $600 for parts & labor, I smiled and left and replaced it over the weekend for under a $100 and 2 hours of work.As far as the oil change goes they didn’t bother to refill either the leaking radiator fluid or the windshield wiper fluids.

If i could id give zero stars. Was charged 3 times for the same service we received 1 time and have been trying to resolve it with the store before going to my bank but now ill be raising hell once i get done with my bank.

Worst Experience ever, and by far the worst customer service. We set an Appointment for an Oil Change by dialing the Toll Free Number listed for this Location. When we went here, which was out of the way, the Manager there said he wont Honor the Appointment and didnt take the car in for the Oil Change. This place Owes me for the Gas I wasted driving here. In the Car Repair Business, Customer Satisfaction is the only way to survive, and how we were treated was totally uncalled for. I bet they take Peoples Cars in and probably create more problems then what you initially brought the car there for. If they cant Honor an Appointment they will never get my Business. Do not fall for their trap.

I came in for a hole patch on my exhaust pipe that was leaking and I got that fixed but I also received a new catalytic converter for some reason. Cost me over $800.Update - spoke to customer service where they were “so sorry” and then crickets. Didn’t do anything for me, didn’t call me back, nothing... I won’t be back.

Ive been serviced by multiple auto repair shops in the area but several years ago we settled on making this Meineke our go to maintenance and repair shop. We have consistently received successful resolution to our car repair needs and always receive a call detailing the problems and costs before the work is done. Tariq and Phil have become trusted members in our network of service needs!! Much success to them as they continue to provide excellent service.

Fatal work in this place, the guy wanted to charge me 800 dollars to change the radiator, I did not want him to do the job, but even so, he charged me 120 dollars to check it, I never returned to one of these places and I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

I loved this place! I am not sure why there were so many negative reviews but my experience was wonderful. I was personally greeted by the manager Tariq and he, very promptly, personally diagnosed my issue (a check engine light) and told me all I needed was a gas cap when 3 other places told me I needed anything from a very expensive converter and some module thingy which was well over $500! I was horrified that I could have been potentially cheated out of so much money. I always worried about these types of places giving women an exorbitant bill and unnecessary diagnosis. However, for a little under $50 I was able to get that check engine light off, a new gas cap and an oil change. I will gladly bypass several other oil change shops to get to this one. These guys were professional and super efficient and they have my business for life.

The shady manager tried to charge me 1900 for a brake job that cost me 900 somewhere else. Absolutely sketchy, would not reccomend going to them unless you want to get robbed

Awful service. I brought in my car just to get it inspected and quickly fixed. Needed to get my uncarriage cover screwed back up since it was being dragged as I was driving. Instead of getting a simple answer, he altered his answer and gave me the impression that he didnt want my services. Complete waste of my time and gas.

This Meineke location has been my go to car service company for over a decade. After using several good auto maintenance companys in this area I felt most comfortable with this Schaumburg Meineke. Phil and Tariq have always been professional and honest with my service needs and costs. And on multiple occasions through the years have charged me little or nothing when an issue turned out to bea very minor adjustment.I am a loyal customer because after Ive researched potential issues and fixes for my vehicles, these guys have consistently assessed and priced the needed service appropriately.I strongly recommend this Meineke car center!!

Got my oil changed here and it took less then 30 minutes from when i parked my car until i was driving home. I sat in the lobby and Murder She Wrote was playing on the TV. Now that is a very odd show, there was alot of childrens puppets involved in that episode and it frightened me. I used a coupon for my oil change and it only cost me $22, what a steal. Still have nightmares about those puppets.

2 months ago I had a brand new a/c compressor installed. Before going in to this I had several other quotes. After talking to the manager, maybe owner he talked me out if going to another place that was actually 150 dollars cheaper saying they didnt include the price of something else that was needed and they didnt do good work. Well a month later my a/c went out. Took my car back to him and they claimed I now had an electrical issue and in order to find he wanted to charge me more money. I just left the dealership getting it checked out and it turns out they bent a pin in my connecter and he will not reimburse me any money and its their fault as I stated to him because my car had no other issues. Stay away from this place and customer came in there arguing about work on their vehicle he did during my visit I wish I would ve got up and walked away then.

Total B.S.!! Had an appointment at 1:00. When I arrived, he said hed be with me in 10 mins. I waited 45. As I sat there I heard all of the others complaining about the wait time and every time they came out they told the person they needed far more work then what they were there for. When I got angry he pulled my car in. I needed a muffler. I was quoted 89.00 installed. The only hole I had was in the muffler. After waiting an hour he comes to tell me I need an entire exhaust system at $300.00!! I told him to forget it and drove to another muffler shop. They told me that I ONLY needed a muffler and installed a lifetime muffler for $60.00. Stay away from this place. HORRIBLE service and VERY DISHONEST. Total SCAMMERS!

They over charge and screw up other parts in the car, make you go back for more service in so they can make more $$$$$$
