This is the best auto zone. They stayed late to help me find the part I needed even after they closed. If you ever need help ask for Chris A. Or Jmil D. They are great.

I have nothing but great things to say about this location and staff. I started going here in about 2009/10 and have always gotten great service, my parts were in stock and staff has always offered to or helped me install new parts. I moved away for a few years and was happy to see Don is still there and as helpful and patient as ever! He goes above and beyond every time and is the reason I keep going back! Nick also helped me today and was also amazing! A few new employees were training while I was there today and with learning from the staff that is already there, they will be just as amazing! Keep it up!

Always helpful to have a car parts shop nearby, especially if youre driving a 20+ year old car. This Autozone location in particular has been crucial for me- Ive almost always had good experiences with the employees here, most notably with Nick and Chris. Both have been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding in my experience

They checked my battery and replaced it after I purchased a new one. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great AZ location.

7/2021 First time to this establishment. In general it is about the same as the rest of the AutoZones. But I did enjoy the people here. They were helpful and friendly.

No books or computers to see what lights or windshield wipers you need. Plus they had a poor selection of headlights. I left and went somewhere else.

Could not make a purchase since employee wouldnt put on a mask. Will be filing a complaint with Cook county dept. of health.

Have been here numerous times over the years. It is my go to for car parts. I am not good with cars or trucks. They are always honest and forthright. I do not ever remember being sold a part that I did not need to pad their profits. Kudos to them for that and that keeps me coming back.

This is the best Autozone Ive been to. I called on Friday to see if they had a headlight and bright in stock for my vehicle and if they could change them for me and they did. The staff is very friendly and ready to help from the minute they took my phone call to me making my purchase.

Called AutoZone to determine if they had a battery for my Subaru. Customer service on the phone was friendly and informative. Went to the store the next day after getting a jump...the customer service couldnt have been better! My battery was installed, my nephews watched, the manager cleaned all the corrosion off of the cables, he offered to put in my windshield wiper fluid that I had purchased, etc. I wish every business aspired to the same standard. They went above and beyond! Thank you!

Went for motor oil, and was so pleased to see that they are set up for social distancing .. everyone wearing a mask. Pleasant and helpful and I noticed on my way out that they do all kinds of testing (and even battery charging) for free.Great place I will be back.

If I lived closer to this location it would instantly be my go to AutoZone.I went here for a serpentine belt and the tool. The customer service I got was great and the guys behind the counter were friendly and inviting. Then I realized my belt broke because my idle pulley was seized. I came back quickly to get some advice and before I could even finish my problem the manager bolted out the door to see whats up. This gentleman spent the next hour and a half helping me replace the entire tension pulley assembly.I wouldnt have made it home last night if it wasnt for him. Even when I worried about him spending his valuable time helping me he never once made me feel bad for it. This guy honestly wants to help the customers that walk in.I felt like a kid holding the flashlight again but I cant thank him enough. I made it to work today because of him. My AutoZone is the Carol Stream location but if I need anything after work I will be doing in here on my way home instead of waiting.This story is one of many reasons that AutoZone will always be my go to auto parts store. If every AutoZone in the country ran like this location they would put every other company out of business.

AutoZone on Roselle was recommended by a friend. I ended up needing a battery. Nick handled my car crisis (my car not functioning is always a crisis to me). He was efficient and also friendly. I will definitely use them again and will refer my friends to to them.

Very satisfied with the visit today. Went to buy wiper blades and this lady Stacy not only sold my choice of blades but also ensured they are installed properly to my car. Although it took about 10 mins to figure out the compatibility issue but she insisted that we did this to avoid return, redundant experience of both of us. I sincerely appreciate and laud her effort to provide excellent service to customers. Keep up the good work Stacy!

I just went in for a headlight, I didnt know how to change it myself and I took a chance asking the guys to help me, and they did! Sam helped me, he even checked and refilled my brake fluid too!! They easily saved me $100 bucks at the mechanics :)

Mixed bag on customer service. Some staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Some not so much. They will help you read codes and do simple fluid adds or wiper swaps. Nice convenient location,

AutoZone in Schaumburg on 660 s Rosell Road I bought starter for my Sonata 2011 they charge me co- charge and when I brought back used part of starter they didnt gave me my money back they gave me only $33 saying and justifying they should not giving me that because its broken( Reason I bought starter anyway duhh) which I later find out thats not supposed to happen they should gave me all my co-charge which was $60 regardless of the case . Thats their shame just letting you know what could happen if you do business with them

I came here to check my battery and as a girl I felt the need to bring my boyfriend but I have to say the two employees there were Girls! Yay. Anywho they were very helpful and even offered to place the new battery for free. And explained the different types of batteries and warranties which I appreciate it very much because I never had to buy a battery before. Thank you!

This was the worst experience I had in AutoZone. After the guy checked in the computer that they had the part that I needed he put me on hold and double checked that the part exist on the shelf. Then when I went to pick it up after 10 minutes the part was not there. The explanation was I thought you need a different part.
