Discount Tire Customer for more than 10 years.I went to make tire rotation for the tires I bought from the store. After waiting some times I was told by the rep that they cannot make a tire rotation because they found repair patch that was not theirs (it was done by my professional mechanic shop) and therefore they cannot do it. Unsafe. I have another repair patch one other tire made by them, and theirs is SAFE. In return I was offered two new tires to buy, I mean really?? The contract entitles you to get tire rotation for free and it was my discretion to do so. I will definitely look for other options for my next car tires needs.

BRIAN at discount tire really helped me out I come too him with an issue that occurred while my vehicle was being worked on he quickly figured out what I needed and assisted me with some of the best customer services I received in a long time. Great job Brian is very professional and cares alot about his job discount tire is lucky to have him working for them

One of the new wheels installed on my car last week was vibrating at highway speeds. Understanding the potential hazard at hand, Brian, Michael, and Tim worked seamlessly and quickly with their tech team to reinstall my spare wheel set as new equipment is delivered from the wheel manufacturer. Tremendous teamwork will drive customer loyalty and this instance shows it. Kudos to all!

Throughout my life I noticed most tire shops over charge and even lie to customers about not being able to repair a tire and t try to sell you new ones.Actually that was the opposite experience I’ve had at discount tire they seem to have the best prices and are very honest I recently dealt with both Brian‘s at the schaumburg store and bought tires for my truck and car and no one‘s price came close. I’ve also had repairs done there and they have been honest I will not buy tires anywhere else and I highly recommend it the store.

Good experience. I made an appointment and I was served about 10 minutes time after I booked. I understand why they didnt get to me right away, they were very busy that day. When they did get to me however, service was really fast. They took a look at my car, recommended good tires, and then I pulled my car in to one of the docks. From the time my car was in to the time I left was about 30 minutes, so I am really pleased with the service. I understand that I may have just been lucky that particular day, but that was really good service from them. I recommend this place. Make an appointment!

I dont give 5* reviews very often, but here we are. Discount Tire has absolutely unbeatable customer service and their prices cant be beat. Ive encountered Brian at the front desk multiple times and he is incredibly clear concise and professional. This past time, I was a walk in with a big bolt stuck in my tire. They gave me a wait time of a little over an hour but 17 minutes later I was given a call that my car was ready. I now live 30 miles from this location but will continue to come here.

Not the best discount tire I have been to. Great service, great people, great work, yet the other DT shops I have been to have excelled beyond expectations. Great shop, maybe I came on a bad day (twice).

Please readI have been a customer for discount tire for over 10 years . During that time I have received different levels of customer service (some not so good) from different locations including Chicago, Indiana, Northwest, and Southwest suburbs . The Schaumburg location has truly given me the best service . Came in for low air pressure . Luckily the warranty I got from discount tire covered 2 new tires. They guys also found 2 bent rims which they were able to order and replace with no issue . They were very informative. They actually discovered more issues than my actual mechanic. They showed me the issues so I could see for my own eyes, versus telling me “everything is fine “. Mark made sure to communicate all issues and exactly what was being done, including the placement the tires were being rotated . Everyone here is very respectful. Glad I decide to keep my business with Discount Tire.

These guys are the BEST! I bought a new set of tires a couple months ago. The other day, I found a HUGE bolt stuck in my tire while I was on my way to work. I called the Mt Prospect location (it was right on my way to work) and they told me theyd have to keep my car for the ENTIRE day until 6. I work in outside sales so that did not work for me.My boyfriend suggested to call this location since we had a great experience initially. They were able to give me the appt time I needed, did NOT need to keep my car for hours, and fixed my problem for me. There was a bit of a wait, but they resolved my issue and patched my tire in 20 minutes. The guys are all super kind and funny. We had a good experience with this location. Another person told me they had a similar experience with Hanover park location, but went to Schaumburg instead because they had appt times for their service hours.I recommend this location!!!!

Awesome customer service. I’ve been going there since 2019 for new tires, air check, rotation, flat tire services. Every time they’ve provided great service. Specially those who check you in communicate with you in a very good way.

I purchased a new set of tires. When I arrived for my appointment, it was busy, but they had need in a bay in a decent amount of time. The whole process did not take as long as I expected. Everyone was friendly and pleasant to deal with. I am satisfied with the service I received.

Excellent service and wonderful staff. I visited Chicago from out of town, and needed new tires. Brian and Doug were both wonderful and took care of me quickly. I was in and out within an hour with 4 new tires installed. They were patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this location.

Highly recommend this location. Erick did an excellent job in fixing my tire. I had no idea what was wrong with my tire as it kept showing that the pressure was low, so I took it to this store. I missed my initial appointment but the supervisor (I forgot to ask his name) were so kind to call me again and re-schedule my appointment for the same day. As I pulled in, they were ready for me and I explained my issue. Erick found out that there was a small metal in one of the tires which caused the issue and Erick did a tremendous job fixing the same tire and patched it up for me. It took only 15 min or so. Any other place wouldve tried to sell me a new tire just to get some business, but these guys were genuine and true to their word. They value customer service and do not try to sell you on things you dont need. Overall a very pleasant experience with great customer service and quality of work!!

Bought 4 Tires 6000 miles ago with certificates. I got a nail in the center of the tread on one of the tires. They refused to repair it because of some small wear on the inside of the tire. They almost refused to put my tire back on the car and I have no spare. So I would be stuck. I took the car to Firestone and they repaired the tire with no issue. Im not going to buy from discount tire any longer if this is the way they do business

Be careful and wary. I went into the shop with my wheel constantly losing psi. They showed me into the back with the said tire and wheel submerged in water and told me the wheel was corroded and recommend I get the wheel replaced. Total for 1 wheel replacement was 200 and to match was 700 dollars. Lucky, they ran out of stock and I went to a shop across. Other shop was able to fix the problem just simply grinding and rewelding wheel together in piece for less than $100. Make sure are not getting ripped out of money by these crooks.

Unpleasant. Was told my wheels were corroded and recommended replacing. All they needed was a quick wire wheel which is what I asked for. They then preceded to install the tires without the wire wheel pass why I dont know. Assuming to cause a premature fail and sell more wheels. Spoke with them and made sure the wheels were wire wheeled. They said it was a mis communication as I hear another customer ask confused why she was told earlier that she needed to have her wheels replaced.

I went in about two weeks ago due to my tires having low tire pressure. The person helping me out explained thoroughly about why the low tire pressure sign was popping up despite the tires being in good shape and pressure. Since I was in my car, he knelt down so that we can talk eye level instead of me squinting due to the sun. Definitely great service here.

Quick friendly service.

They told me it would take an hour and a half, and thats how long it took. It was really worth it. I got to watch the crew in action, and they were great! A lot of fun to watch. I drank coffee and played Solitaire on my phone, it was no problem spending the time. I have been going to Discount Tire for a long time and stand by their service and recommend them to anyone.

Probably one of the best discount tires that I’ve been to. Had 2 front tires that were slowly leaking and they took care of it quickly, and took the effort to also re-torque and air check all 4 tires as well. They put the broken part in a bag to show me proof. Good service here.

Pulled up to the Check Air Bay and waited a few minutes but a guy came out and checked my tires and filled them and was on my way. Was very thankful for this service. Especially with 2 small kids in the car and not having to pull them out.

Personnel were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient whenever Ive been there. Today I asked for a tire inflation check. I sat in line in my car, but all 4 bays were in use. However, the line kept moving. I correctly suspected that pressures were low, and the mechanic added air to the correct price free of charge. I remain a loyal customer.

I got a flat tire and needed to get new tires ASAP. I called Discount Tires about 11 am and they were able to schedule me for 5:30 pm, the SAME DAY. I found a great promotion on a tire brand that I wanted, but they did not have it in stock. Brian was nice enough to offer me a discount on another brand (slightly better brand actually) to keep the pricing about the same. Erin, the manager authorized the pricing, which I greatly appreciated. Adam was the one who checked me in and got my tires rotated within 40 min. First time at Discount Tires and I will be back!

Went to get my tire repaired. They were able to quickly look up my information and saw that I had tire coverage. About 30 min later my tire was fixed and also rotated. Id say thats a win.

I have always gone to the Discount Tire by me and have never had an issue, great guys. My 18 year old was looking to get rims for his car so I suggested Discount Tires so he went to this one in Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates and was treated HORRIBLE!!! I truly believe because of his age, but I just want you to know that it was truly your loss, because he was a serious buyer, but since your employee treated him the way he did, you have lost our business.Word of advice in Customer Service/Sales. NEVER judge a book by its cover, you always need to open up the book and find out the story!!!

This place is the worst Ive ever been, I ordered tires online from discount tire and when they came, the seller wanted to sell me more expensive ones telling me they are not good. Then later he came with better news, that I have to pay 240$ for all 4 sensors because they cant get them out(scam) saying that they are rusted and nobody cant get them out without braking them, which I told him I want to see my tire and the sensors, so I took his tool and got first one out so easily, then he went back and with no problem now, took the rest out. So please be aware doing business with them. I wont be back to that place

I am a honest person and I expect places to be the same. We came in for a flat tire. The worker barely checked the tire and said it was not repairable and that it would need to be replaced. $150.00 tire. He basically said his other tires were no good. We were determined that the the tire was fixable.He then said that it would take about 2 hours! We tried to leave and he tried to get us to leave the tire there. We decided to go elsewhere. Glad we did! Firestone FIXED the tire for $20.00I mean, for your Customer’s please at least look at their tires please.

Got in and out fast. I had brand new wheels which I brought into the shop. You can tell how every employee was careful not to scratch or nick them! I placed an order online since the tires werent in stock and they called me back the same day and already received them! Employees at the front desk were respectful and courteous entire time! Awesome people!They even put tire shine on!Will defiantly come again!Update:Came back again on a separate occasion with a flat. I was worried because it was 5 minutes before close. I was taking the wheel out of my trunk and one a the friendly service techs came out and gave me a hand. They had absolutely no issue that I was that late.
