They did a good job of making recall-related repairs to my car, without pressuring me too much to spend a lot of money on other repairs/maintenance.

Horrible customer service after purchase. Every time you call they send you to a voicemail regardless of who you ask for and never call you back unless you ask for a manager. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.
