Absolutely love Washed Ashore. I visit the shop every time I’m on River Street. Great selection of cute clothes and shoes. Kudos to whoever does the ordering for this store! Megan and Kelly are hands down two of the nicest women I’ve ever met. I’m always so surprised they remember me when I come in and we end up chatting like old friends.

Came into this store on a whim while visiting Savannah! Megan and Kelly were so helpful and absolutely fabulous! I ended up buying a beautiful pair of TOMS I had, had my eye on! Thank you ladies for your excellent service!

Such a cute little shop! Was surprised at how many cute things there were and not just cheesy tourist gifts. The staff was super helpful and even spent time searching for my specific size in the dress I wanted!

I had to walk out of this store due to the rude comments directed at my 7 year old daughter from the woman behind the counter. We politely asked if they have a restroom. Response was No, not for HER. SHE will have to go down the street to the visitors center. Why the discrimination against a sweet little girl? She did nothing to warrant that kind of treatment. My son and his wife stayed to get flip flops because her feet were getting blisters from the shoes she was wearing. When debit card was provided she asked for ID. When military ID presented she would not accept it even though the store provides a military discount. I will never step foot in here again and advise anyone to do the same. I did not get her name but she is mid forties, mid length brown hair and glasses. I hope the owner reads this review and takes some action. I will be taking this a step further and sharing this on social media.

Very great experience here. Wonderful staff and extremely friendly. They really knew what to do to help me out with what I was looking for. I was extremely happy with the customer service. :)

Went in to Washed Ashore last week for a new pair of shoes and had the best experience. Kelly and Megan were so helpful. I am going on a trip in July and needed shoes that were comfortable enough to be worn for all day walking but still a stylish shoe (because, ya know, cute vacay pictures!). Their recommendations could not have been better and their patience with all of my questions was out of this world. I dont usually find this kind of service in the retail industry. I will definitely be back again!

All i can say is this place is the bees knees !!! Fabulous employees and spectacular clothing.. Megan the manager is awesome and answer all the questions i had. Too blessed too be stressed for sure

This used to be our favorite little store for cute shirts for both my husband and myself; however, we will probably never shop here again. No one greeted us, one worker stormed off after getting off the phone, while the other just ignored us, we were the only ones in the store (this was on 10/10/17). We were at the counter with a purchase and stood there for 5-10 minutes and no one helped us, she saw us and chose to ignore us while hanging up shirts. It was getting busy and still no one cared. We left our clothes on the counter and left. They get two stars because the clothes are cute.

Such a cute store! If your a fan of toms, sonuks, or reefs they have the best selection in savannah. Not to mention they have the cutest beach cover ups and great selection of dresses for the occasional date night in Savannah. The staff is extremely helpful as well. Just what to expect from a quaint historic southern town. They are super friendly and even gave us some great suggestions for lunch! They have definitely found themselves a returning customer.

We went in to by a pair of shoes. The sales woman was extremely rude. She yelled at my daughter for touching a pair of sun glasses. When we asked for a restroom for our youngest while the rest of our party was selecting shoes to buy, the saleswonam said no not for her, you may leave and go to the visitors center very rudly. My son went to buy his wife, who is military, a pair of sandals. She asked for his i.d. rudely when he used his debit card and refused to grant the military discount because the i.d. is his wifes s who was standing right next to him. She was incredibly rude. Washed ashore was a terrible experience and I do not recommend giving this shop your business at all. There are many wonderful shops in Savannah, but Washed Ashore is NOT one of them.

Extremely rude women would not let my wife use her military id for a purchase because i was using my card. Very poor service and unhelpful staff i would not recommend this store at all. Possibly the worst staff i have ever encountered.

Very poor service. Lady running the cash register (brown hair, glasses) was very rude and had an awful tone the whole time. Was rude too my 8 year old sister. She Wouldn’t use my active duty military discount because my husband was paying and it wasn’t my card. I had to literally stop the transaction and go somewhere else for service because I was so astounded by the poor service. If you want to go to a store downtown Savannah I would steer clear of this store. My entire family has had bad service in this store all by the same lady, I’m guessing the store owner. AWFUL service.
