Had a wonderful experience today at Game Changers. The store is in a really cool spot. I was helped immediately and wasn’t pressured into buying one particular brand over another.The guy who helped me took his time to understand the issues I was experiencing with the shoes I was currently running, he did some measurements and analyzed my feet and made some suggestions.He brought out 3 different brands of shoes, but the first pair I tried on was he pair I ended up purchasing.The staff was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to understand my lay-person explanation to get me in an excellent fitting/feeling shoe.I highly recommend checking this place out if you need some new running shoes or any type of running gear.

Just go. If you’re a runner, or a 40 yr old, trying to get in shape like me, go. It was worth going just to get solid information about proper stretching and working out knots in my calves to prevent plantar fasciitis. I had no idea I had literal knots in my calf muscles. I found a great pair of running shoes with lots more support for me than my sporting goods store purchase. Jonathan Was super knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The service, products and knowledge you get her is above board.

I’m lucky that while visiting Savannah, I found this store. I love running but have had knee surgery and I was currently having foot issues. Marc listened to my issues and got me correctly fitted into a different shoe and sock combination. It has worked perfectly and I have been able to run more since visiting this store and my feet have gotten better. I wish we had this store in Columbia and I may drive the 6 hours to come here again if I have more issues in the future. Thank you for your help!

I was in Savannah with my family when we evacuated from hurricane Flo and we purchased a pair of shoes from Mark. I had a problem with the shoes once I was home and he was so helpful with getting me a replacement. I have called the shop since and like always he was again very kind and helpful in his response. I would recommend this store if you are ever in the area.

My experience in this store was probably one of the worst I have ever had anywhere. When I walked in, there was a man working with someone, who quickly assured me that he would be right with me. Not moments later a young woman and her mother walked in and the man finished with the people he was working with, told me again hed be right with me, and started helping the ladys who walked in after me. Annoyed, I decided to wait anyways. The man ended up insisting to the young lady he was helping to let him show her some stretches, while she was wearing a skirt. He kept letting her know he wasnt looking, but it seemed extremely inappropriate to me. He had her sitting on a bench while he moved her legs around to different positions. After he finished helping that couple, he decided to help another couple that came in after me, again. I left the store after 45 minutes, and never getting any help, feeling angry for the way this man acted with the woman in the skirt. I will NEVER return.

When I came in looking for a new pair of shoes I had the best experience Ive ever had at a running store. The sales associate was very helpful and informative. He had multiple options from multiple brands and there was no pressure one way or another. I trusted this store with finding shoes for my mother so I can say you can trust it too.

Fantastic customer service! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They definitely more interested in making me a better pain free runner than making a sale. They have a treadmill on site so they can check your gait while you try on the shoes. I will definitely be back here.

This running store is a hidden gem. Head downstairs... We were met with southern hospitality when we called being confused by the 2 Google listings, the owner waited streetwise to flag us down & took us around back to the elevator to get our stroller downstairs. There he analyzed my gait & foot strike with multiple drills & a computer program. He correctly assessed what was going on ...Tight hips & locked up ankle showed me exercises & stretches to help with these issues. He loaned me socks, short etc. So no need to skip if you arent appropriately dressed for running analysis. He brought out multiple pairs of shoes for me try on the treadmill that fit my needs. Overall great experience. I ran out with new shoes that I cant wait to get out & run in. He went above & beyond anything Ive seen before in a speciality running shoe store. Im a fan.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. We were visiting our son at Hunter Army Airfield and he suggested we go here. I needed a running shoe with a specific type of support to deal with pain and Ive been pain free ever since.Thanks Game Changers!

Great selection. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Im a caddie and I walk 6+ miles per day, so I walked in looking for a comfortable pair of sneakers for work. The guy in the store recommended a pair by Altra. I love these sneakers. They are extremely comfortable, and I plan on buying a second pair next time I visit.
