The employee (Jackson) who helped me was awesome. They didnt have my daughters size in anything I was purchasing so he ordered it online for me. It was an easy process! I will return to purchase more items! Thanks!

BE AWARE !!! Came to return an item that was purchased online, which was never processed. I had to deal with corporate for several days before I could get my refund ! They probably do this often in which they pocket refunds, and never process the funds back to your card.

Store full of stuff I dont want cant even order shoes you want whats the purpose of these shoe stores again?

The female employees in here on this day werent friendly or helpful. We walked in and the male employee was assisting a customer, but one female employee was doing absolutely NOTHING. She stood next to a rack, never spoke, never moved. We walked right past her and she never acknowledged us or asked if she could help. The other female employee was at least working, but she too, never spoke or offered to help. After about 5 minutes of trying to find what we were looking for, we left and took our money elsewhere. Theyll never see us again. Train your employees on customer service.
