They dont answer the phone. Ive been calling since they opened at 11am it is now 6pm. I still havent gotten through to anyone. Why have a phone if youre not going to answer?

I was trying to buy shorts to match a shirt I purchased earlier the told me they Required mask so I asked if they could provide one so I could make my purchase and they said they didn’t have any I walked out of the store and then watched him let two others in without mask. I felt discriminated against and was disappointed I wasn’t able to get my shorts

The employees are rude and weird like you work in the mall lol girl bye no customer service skills just weird and confrontational 🤣

Love it. Way different then the store in Brunswick, Ga. I like the way every thing is so findable.

Seems Like Nobody Like Picking Up The Phone

Please dont ever go inside this place. Idk why they exist. They had a shoe on the wall i tried on and the shoe wasnt even in their system for me to purchase. They said they had to scan a different shoe, different price, put a discount and still upcharged. Just facepalm. Gives every jimmy jazz a bad name, first and last time in any of these.

I went there the other day and the customer service was good the guy who attended me old his name was sooo nice. But then later on that day I realized that they charged me twice for a shoe and it took out double out my bank account when I only bought one. I was been calling and calling the next day to get a hold of someone and no one picked up. It’s crazy I gotta go through all this & I don’t live close to to drive there & is so much has.

Since I am a sneaker head,I love just about all the shoe stores in the mall.But Jimmy Jazz is one of my favorites!

Don’t shop hereThe sales girl here named Terraneshia( I think that’s how that BS is spelled) is the worst. Usually when you walk in a store some one greets you with “ Hello, welcome to.....” not here. There were only 3 people working in the store and two of those people were helping other customers. The free body that was floating around doing nothing Terradaktyl. She was just at the counter looking at her phone .I said hello and got the most ghetto whatever as if I was disturbing her by being polite. So I kept walking and disregarded the ignorance I just encountered. There was a item I was interested in and since everyone else was busy I had no choice but to ask tyrannosaurus if she could help me. By this time she was literally on the side of the counter with her phone in her hand dancing to “ Cierra’s” first CD as if it had just came out that day. After stopping the soul train line of One she finally went in the back to grab the shoe I asked for. Just as I thought triceratops forgot what I asked for, so she had to go back and look for it again. When she did come out she had the wrong size and came back with a even worse attitude. Just so happens that the show I was looking for was in the store with 25% off where other stores in the mall had the same shoe at full retail so I had to deal with the ignorance that terradome was oozing out from every pimple on her face.If you don’t have to shop at jimmy jazz then don’t. Customer service is poor and the sales people act as if you owe them something because they’re working there. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate today. I shopped at jimmy jazz while in New York and Maryland and never had to deal with such disregard for customers until I came to the store In Georgia.

I have not been to this place but every time I put I have not been here or dismiss it keeps coming up so Im going to give her review for a place I have not been... Never been here but the name is awesome
