Fantastic product and the team is extremely helpful. The store is clean and very well organized. I love the product from Michael Kors. The store offers ordering for you if they are out of stock of a particular item. Ordering was easy and efficient with the team member. The staff was super friendly and eager to assist me with my shopping needs. The location of the store is fantastic downtown Savannah. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

This location is really great. Im always greeted by an associate and they really try to help me find what Im looking for. I really appreciate not having to track someone down to answer my questions. This location is in the outlet mall so its new and always looks great. Theyre selection here cant be beat and they often have deals on new items.

Staff is very rude. The sales lady came over to me and basically told me not to touch the merchandise. My husband and I told her we were just looking for a price tag, and she told me they hide the tags in the hidden zipper part. She said that we should ask the staff first, and took the bag out of my hand. She then put it back on the table and walked back to the rear of the store. No hello, nothing.I have never had such a rude encounter at a retailer. I am very disappointed.

RUDEST Store manager I have ever dealt with. She was very nasty and treated me like garbage when I went to return an item that was defective and her employer told me the day before that as long as I had my receipt that I could exchange or refund the defective item and their return policy clearly states if you are dissatisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase . When I tried to return the item AS PROMISED today she rudely cut me off and said all she will do is an exact exchange. Then called me a liar when I said that her employer said she would do a return or exchange! Im waiting for corporate to call me back so I can file a formal complaint
