My 14yr old girls where in line today (I was outside holding their waters) and the check out girl told them they needed to move over and then waved another customer over to go in front of them so they stayed where they where and then she did it again trying to wave another customer in front of them but that customer said “they where in front of me” and the cashier said “who cares they can go after you” but the customer said “no it’s their turn” she rolled her eyes and was very rude. Had I been with them i’m sure this wouldn’t have happened. It’s important that good customer service spans all age groups and it’s appalling that these young girls where treated so poorly by a cashier because they where so young .

I do really enjoy this store, but there arent any in Ohio so I go when I see them on vacation. For me I will usually buy one or two things and I always enjoy my purchase, but I will say it is hard to find anything in a normal bodies size here... and Im only a 6-8.

Store was okay. Not a big fan of them style. Abbey likes it on occasion.

Ive been to several across the country, this is definitely one of the best selections I have seen. Very hardworking employees on the floor. If you like contemporary clothing, especially Addidas and Champion check it out. Also one of the bigger in-store home decor sections Ive seen.

Really great store with tons of options. The natural light and openness of the store is amazing. Its a bit of a walk to get here from the main stores on Broughton but its worth it.

Ugh! i hate to say this... but they need to train thier staffs atleast give a smile or say hello to customers!

The individual who checked me out was honestly very rude. i asked her “do you still sell unif or lazy oaf?” because at my urban outfitters location they do, but she gave me the nastiest look & said “no.” with that being said, the girl working in the fitting rooms was VERY helpful! i wish i could remember her name, but she was great.

The staff is super friendly and helpful even though we came in ten minutes before closing. Huge selection and reasonably priced.

Great place, although a little on the expensive side. Sells various articles of clothing for men and women and name brands such as Patagonia, Adidas, Champion, Vans, etc. Has an assortment of home goods, records, cameras, and makeup/facial care items, too! The store itself is very cute and encompasses two floors, and the associates are nice and professional. I visit every time Im on Broughton, though I tend to window shop or wait until things are on clearance to make a purchase.

Store is really dirty ... have not swept in probably a year ... needs some management for sure !

Cool store, made me feel like I was in an 80s TV show. I got a really cute shirt which I feel like was a fair price. Only problem was they only had one poor girl on the register and the line was backed up!

I love the store, its always clean and organized... but I dont thing anyone has ever asked me if I need help? Pricey, kitch, and fun. Special gifts, records and record players... though Ive seen the same players for a bit less elsewhere... even at Marshalls.

Very cool store with some retro merchandise. I loved the old vinyl records in the store...I no longer have a record player or I would have bought a few discs.

Best customer service and selection was better than most stores.

This location never has any good items. I recommend shopping online if want to waste money on these poor quality overpriced clothes. They used to be way better.

Small mens section and bad organization.

Closed fitting room and an hour prior to close Unhelpful !!

I love this store because it always interests me what they have. I can pick up a book in there and stay for the next hour reading it. Most of their products are expensive and cheaply made, but there more of a Novelty.

I am super big on customer service and at this urban outfitters left a bad taste in my mouth. I in there for a good hour plus and it was completely dead. I was shopping for my boyfriend so I was all over the place not knowing what to get. There was so many associates on staff and not one spoke or even looked in my direction. They were too busy having conversations with each other. Yes, I could of asked for help but as a shopper thats not my duty. I ended up spending 200 on my significant other because he loves this store. However, I did not want to give this urban outfitters any of my money and I will be doing the rest of my shopping there online or at home in Atlanta. Even though I am only 20 years old I know good customer service and yall need help. ):
