On April 29th I sent my son inside this family dollar store number 0315 and he purchased a Donald Duck red juice and some gain liquid washing detergent. The juice is only 1.00 and the gain probably run for no more than 16.00 dollars. However he never got a receipt and I didn’t care at first because I was like that’s all he got and I was in a rush to help my dad with his flat tire and be at the airport to leave for my fight. So the next morning I check my cards and see my balance in all accounts and see what I purchased the day before and balance my spending for my trip while I’m awaiting to board my next flight. I see I was charged 43.15 from this family dollar. I immediately called and spoke with some temporary assistant manager named Sabrina and she got my information and that was that because I was not in the state and I said to my self i made her aware of the situation and I’ll come back and handle it when I come back from my trip. So I comes back and calls and she said they have a district manager but she did give my information to another store manger. I called everyday since my return and she has only called me once and that was because whoever she passed my information to wanted them last 4 of my card number and that was on may 07,2021 and again I continued to call the store and yes I spoke to her and she said she was waiting on him. I also spoke Other employees at that location and they were aware and just made a bunch of excuses on why no one has contacted me. I also go to the store to see if I can see Sabrina face to face so I can get some clarification on this matter because at the end of the day an associate stole from me and that is not ok or cool. I’m still waiting on Sabrina, whatever manager she gave my personal information to and corporate to contact me and today is June 02,2021 and no one has yet give me any update or clarification or solution to my money being stolen. My next step is to press charges against the store and take it to court and get what they stole from me. Don’t this store is also in organized and the lines be hideous and extremely long. The employees be on their cell phones while ringing you up and have you waiting to them to finish their personal conversation. This store is a failure in our community and is a disgrace because they allow a customer to be overly charged and the don’t try and fix the situation at all. I will be reporting this to every reporting agency that accept complaints for company’s like this. Be careful and don’t let them cheat you out your money. That one star is definitely not deserving for this horrible store or the associates affiliated with this particular family dollar.

What can I say about Family Dollar. I have walking issues but can get there with 1 or 2 sits on my walker. I advise not buying complicated high dollar items.

20 people in line ahead of me and the store looked like it had experienced a natural disaster. Dirty and stuff laying everywhere. The sales associate was efficient and handling it the best she could, but there was at least one other employee in the store. Another register should have been opened.

Its 11:00am on 8/15/2019 its to early for a store to look like this the store needs a lot of cleaning up and also boxes was everywhere you have to be careful because you can fall.They been out of store bags for awhile now I got to things and they but it in a kitchen garbage bag hmmm I have a free garbage bag. Oh they are hiring soon as possible they really need help. The cashier was nice so i will give them two stars just for that.

Great products for an low price.

Theres always great deals along with great prices just a low or better than Wal-Mart. Theres a Family Dollar every few miles where as Wal-Mart on the other hand is 5 miles if not more. The only problem I have is they needs more help.

I just tried to call the store to talk to a manager but no one answers the phone. I want to speak to a manager about the review my husband left. We know that somehow we handed them $48.10 instead of 28.10.. maybe the twentys were stuck to one another I dont know but we asked the cashier to check and she said there wasnt an extra 20 but she didnt even count the drawer she only counted the 20s. You cant get the drawer total without counting the whole drawer down.

Not organized and unclean, but good customer service

The staff was friendly enough but none of the items rang up for the price that was listed. For them to advertise good pricing is hilarious. Not to mention I only got a few items that came to $28.09 I thought I gave exactly $28.10 But then realized I was missing an extra 20.... this was the only place I went today and when I went right back in and asked if when I paid maybe the 20s were stuck together. The cashier opened the drawer and counted the 20s while looking at the computer as if that would help her know if an extra 20 was in there and told me no. I know better... youd have to pull the drawer and fully count it down to what was in it from the beginning of the shift which was most likely 200. She didnt count anything but the 20s, there is no way that you can know by doing that. The receipt is hardly ledgable because they clearly need more ink so I had to Google the number and decided to leave a review which I rarely do unless Im very satisfied or very unsatisfied.

Its disorganized, the 2 employees working, one was her phone from the time I walked in, throughout checkout, until I left. The other employee couldnt tell me whether they carry travel size toiletries, such as hair gel, toothpaste, etc. but I will say he was working hard. Barely any product on the shelves so if you need a specific item, I wish you luck.

Manger was rude to everyone and her cashier keep calling her for change to put in hes register and she ignore for couple of minutes and then say to one of the customer can you put you stuff back because its going to take fifteen minutes before she can get change.the time was about 8:30pm,the cashier keep telling everyone he was sorry that he didnt have no change and keep calling for the manger, she was so rude and disrespectful, I stay down the street from this store and had to go to Kroger so I can get what I needed when this store is closer to me,if a dollar general was near family dollar wouldnt get a damn dime from me.I work to hard my money keep coming in these family dollars stores, I rather pay more money to Walmart, Kroger, target and many others then give family dollar

Visted the store today at 2:40 and there was a line from the first cash register to the wall and there was I one cashier who stayed on the phone the whole time.

The store is never fully stocked. Most of the staff is rude.
