Absolutely terrible. I cant believe the lack of service the Penney store.Maybe you should incorporate this thought into the service of your store,When this business was founded, it sought to win public confidence through service, for it was my conviction then, and is now, that nothing else than right service to the public results in mutual understanding and satisfaction between customer and Merchant. It was for this reason that our business was founded upon the Eternal principle of the Golden Rule.It might be a good idea to inform your managers and employees that the person which I just quoted was Mr. J C Penny.I find it difficult to believe then Mrs. Penny would be very happy with what is going on in the stores he founded.Or dare I ask, does anybody know the Golden Rule today?

They are out of stock on a lot of things. I wear a sz 12 mens after picking 7 pairs of sneakers they didnt have my size and if I ask for a sz12 why are they telling me other sizes that dont fit my feet. And none of the employees are pleasant

I woke up 4 hours early to purchase some highly anticipated shoes the shoes were added to my cart Foot Locker said that it was the directing me to the check out then the said wait patiently it made me wait an extra 30 minutes just to tell me the shoes were sold out but I click the button at 10:00 a.m. horrible service wont get my money anymore
