Affordable Prices. Bealls didnt have enough boys sizes 14/16 to choose from. The Cashier was pleasant and knowledgeable of their stores merchandise.

Visited the store to do a return on an item that was too big for me. The store manager said that they cannot do returns because the item was discounted 40 percent off. There are no signs stating this nor is this on the receipt as their return policy. The manager informed me that the associates are suppose to be telling people. Are you kidding me? Unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not purchase clothing items from this store again. However, I will be escalating this to the corporate office.

There used to be more stores at this location. I do not understand what happened.

Love this place!! Ive shopped at the Bealls in Savannah,GA at the Factory Outlet since it opened many years ago. Love finding big name brands for half the price. Theyve got everything from clothing to make up and beauty products to houswear and pet supplies. I hope they keep this store open here despite most of the other stores are closed at this outlet.

My favorite place I took three of my grand girls there to get shoes. The first of many stops I thought I was. going to have to make. They found what they wanted and back home we went. The shoes cost less than ten dollars and on sale.

Open for business...employees were wearing masks and store was orderly and fairly well stocked.

I ask employee where womens belts were located, and went to the wall she said. And not only where there no belts at that location, but couldnt find a single womens belt in the entire store.

My wife shops here constantly, and she always finds great deals. This time was no different. She found a pretty dress for a high school graduation we attended, and only paid $12 dollars for it. The ladies working there were very nice as well. I dont have to worry about my wife breaking the bank when she goes into Bealls.

I love shopping here where every Friday if you are under 50 years old you get an extra 15% off your total purchase and on Mondays people over 50 receive the same!! Talk about awesome!!

They have a wonderful selection of this and that. Its your regular department store with home goods, and clothes for the whole family. I found a beautiful fall table cloth and a water bottle brush.

Great other then always a long wait in line cashiers are in slow mode always no matter what time you shop in the store love the store and prices are always Great !!

Dont have my size

I’m a loyal shopper at Beall’s outlet on 204/95. I shop often on Friday’s to take advantage of amazing savings and to maximize my coupons.My most recent experience, was well below standards. I bought an item that was the incorrect size. Went back the next day with my receipt and the tagged item that needed to be exchanged, waited in a line that seemed to be moving a little extra slow that day. I took time to grab the correct size so it should be a quick and easy transaction- same item just different size. The associate helping me stated she had to do a return and refund and then ring up the item I needed at full price, it would be an additional $4.00; keep in mind it’s the same exact item, I asked her if maybe a manager could help us because I wasn’t paying more for the item. She shook the key around her neck in a condescending manor and stated she was the manager. I shop in this store almost weekly. I’ve never seen managements talent best used at the cash register. I left frustrated asking her to hold the item I wanted.I called the next day and spoke with another associate that said she was the store manager, she assured me she could help! I drove yet another day and 25 mins on way to exchange my item. This lady was helpful and simply exchanged the two items in less than 3 mins! I was impressed; I did express a concern to have the other lady that’s a manager also trained to avoid people’s time being not valued. I told her this was my second time coming in over this item. She politely smiled and told me she would tell the “store manager” (still have no clue of her name since I’ve met 2 people over the last 2 days that claim to be the store manager until an issue arises).I went to exit excited to have finally gotten my items corrected only to hear the two ladies laughing and making comments about my transaction, I polity poked my head around the corner and expressed my dismay over being made fun for addressing a training issue and a lack of concern for consumers time. Then I was asked where I lived and it was even suggested I live in a particular area; I replied with actually I live further away than that. (Not that it matters where I live)I’m so disappointed in the training, lack of concern and lack or respect these ladies displayed.I’m hoping that the really store manager will get this review and address this training issue.I love the products and spend thousand of dollars annually (much to my husbands dismay). However if this level of disrespect continues I won’t continue shopping at this location.

Great selection of everything from clothes to cologne, toys, Bluetooth speakers and bath essentials. They have a great variety of sizes on their clothes. The prices are definitely very reasonable. They have every thing from khakis to tap out clothes and a great variety of socks and underwear . I will definitely be going back myself .

Been in a lot of Bealls. This one actually looks like u would expect a thrift store to look. Junky, messy, no organization. Didnt buy a thing very unusual for me at Bealls.

Staff is always nice. Store is clean. Need to get more home furnishings like you use to have. Tables, chairs, etc.

They have colorful plus size clothing. I always leave with a bag full of items. The grandkids benefit also with the amazing prices for childrens clothes. We love this store. 😄
