I love when the sales associates arent all in your face. Just came to buy my mom a quick pair of work shoes.She loves them.

Walked around the whole store not asked if I needed help one time literally just standing around talking and joking total opposite of the Oglethorpe mall location way better customer service

The store in Savannah Oglethorpe Mall is needing to teach these young kids/young adults that the customer service is everything. So many attitudes in this store. Very poor service so I thought it was me so I went back another day and noticed another man had the same problem that I had...smh. Im about to email corporate about this because the manager could not handle the employee. They will remember me because all I wanted was a pair of Filas.

I grabbed my son some Js and he loved them. I love their prices.

Young cash register needs to be train better, to act more professional.

My family and I walked into this location and no one helped us!!! 5 employees standing by the register and no one ever said anything to us, but looked and laughed! They lost MONEY today!

Got the shoes weve been searching for, but the customer service is poor. The sales rep just handed the box of shoes and walked away, no assistance with them, didnt lace them, didnt asked if they fit ok. Any other time I would have walked out and took my business elsewhere, but was tired of looking for this particular shoe/size..... Long story short DO THE JOB THAT YOU ARE HIRED FOR AND SOCIALIZE LATER.
