UODATE *** We u weed to the Big store in town and they had shirts!!!Every place we visit we get a shirt!!! The River St. store did not have any shirts with Savannah Logo!!! The woman working in there was super nice (2 stars for her) Such a disappointment!!! Don’t understand how you are located on River St. (Biggest tourist attraction here) and no shirts!!! 🤨😡NOW WE HAVE TO GET AN UBER!!!😡😡😡

Honestly Im on the edge with this rating. Steve was my salesman and was amazing! I would give him 5 stars no doubt. I had a few issue with the bike I purchased between 2-5 months after getting the bike. My 3 year warranty did not cover the first one which happened a little before the 2 month mark. I had to pay for the diagnostic and parts. Then I would have had to charge them to fix, however thanks to youtube I did free of charged. 5 months after purchase more issues came about. The warranty covered it this time but then was told I needed more stuff done to the bike that would have me pay for labor and parts. I was not pleased about this. I even called to reach the sales manager, they said they would call back however never did. The only reason Im giving them 4 stars is because the Service Manager called me back a month later to apologize and make it up to me, which he did and I do appreciate that. However there are no hard feelings between me and Harley but I, myself, will most likely take my business elsewhere.

Had a great experience at this little Harley shop on River Street Savanah. The lady working the shop was super friendly. Love my collectable coin and poker chip from there.

As a customer I tried to be nice to the two women in there working but they acted like they didn’t want to put too much effort into Any appreciation for the customer. I spent about 90 bucks, they acted like they can care less. Maybe they hate their boss. Other than that the place is OK. It would’ve been nice if they had a few more longsleeve T-shirts instead of one. But I got a shirt and I like it

Exceptionally friendly staff. We were looking for a specific shirt. The lady workin there, offered to have us call daily until it came in & shed mail it to us. She ended up finding one & we walked out with it.

Only got four stars cuz if not that big of a selection but the lady I dealt with for buying my fathers T was cool as all hell down to earth like you wouldnt believe helped me out a lot wish I wasnt so quick and I could have stayed and talked seem like I could have hung out with her she was cool blue hair tattoos everywhere and she even salt looked at my body and my tattoos she said nice work place is cool get there

Ive been to better Harley shops. This one was ok, but the girls working were a little off putting. Not very helpful and a little rude. One girl actually followed us upstairs I assume to make sure we didnt steal anything which I understand they need to be able to see customers and all that but we asked where the shirts were, she simply looked at us and said upstairs and the about 2 min later came up and started messing in their open office. She could have just been like oh let me show you and it wouldnt have been so obvious.

Thanksgiving weekend 2014 we made this our first stop when we hit River St. on Saturday night.....the ladies working there were phenomenal. Their hospitality & helpfulness was 1st rate. We walked out totally satisfied with them & their shop, and I walked out with Harley Davidsons ladies newest winter coat made like the Navy P Coat. STOKED & it was on sale....since I live in the north it was an awesome buy & much needed warmth. Thanks Savannah H.D. ladies you made it a great stop & your store decor is awesome.

Nothing more than a clothing store. Staff was not very friendly, which is unusual for a Harley-Davidson retail store. Update...stopped in on our last visit to Savannah and the store has moved. Staff was super friendly and helpful. 2 stars to 5 stars!!

They are doing work on the Riverwalk and it made it very difficult to get to them

Whoever was working girl with the pony tail is pretty disrespectful. Neither knew what they were doing messed up the order completely. Both should be fired

Absolutely no one greeted us and it took 10 minutes to pay for 2 poker chips. Was interested in looking at a bike, although couldnt get anyones attention....probably because Im a girl.

New location as of February 2018!! Be sure to stop by and check it out! Dont let the size of the store fool you! They carry everything for your apparel needs!

I hope all the motorcycles in the shop dont flood like the car with water up to its windows when Hurricane Matthew passed thru! Kinda seems like dredging the Savannah River for larger ships is not keeping the water back! If they dig any deeper, the nasty toxic coalash & nuclear waste water from Augusta will pollute the Florida Aquifer, which is where we get our drinking water!

My brothers and I took a little road trip on or street glides to Jacksonville, FL and stopped in at Savannah Harley Davidson on 7/27/14. We pulled up to the dealership and parked in motorcycle space in the parking lot. There were a few guys outside moving bikes around so we walked around the building to enter the show room and literally walked completely around the building. Greeters at the door never said a word. We finally found the entrance and walked in. We were literally there for 45 minutes and not one person greeted us or even said a single word. Not sure if it was because were African American or not but it sure seemed like we were being ignored on purpose because there were people that came in after us that were Caucasian and the greeting rang ouT from ever corner of the store. Hopefully things will change soon at this location for visitors.

HD clothing. Kind of a ramshackle eclectic mess shoe horned into an unsuitable location. Felt like a charity shop.I did buy some HD gear but paid more than the location suggests I should. Defo needs some reorganization and upgrading.Friendly enough staff.

Stopped in from being on the road to have some warranty work done. Pedal loosened up, stuff rubbing, etc. Nothing huge, but that and a service. Couldnt get me in, didnt have the time. Technician said he could, but the shop wouldnt. Wont stop here agin

Small but very neat. It has what it takes to have a souvenir from this store. The ladys attention was very pleasant, we had a good conversation when we said that we were tourists. Always with a smile.

For me, but a little hidden, with no workshop but with toys for the dog, rare. The workshop is elsewhere in town.

The employees are not very friendly. Small, limited stock, but well located.
